I visited this restaurant with my family on a night out, I really enjoyed the meal and drinks they provided us. The waiters were very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming but just needed a bit more wowza to it. Overall I give my experience 5 stars and I recommend this restaurant to others who are interested

People of Antep, good luck with the liver, it's delicious, BUT dude, you can't charge 13£ for 3 pieces of liver (half of which is fat anyway). I suggest you consider the price or portion.

We had a very comfortable dinner, the dishes were abundant and the service was fast and good. Also, the price was quite affordable. We hope to return soon.

Bought Adana wrap to eat in.. The wrap bread was hard and we couldn’t chew at all. For the value of 29 pounds should have come with a side mini salad or tursu even though it was a wrap. I did not like it at all. Told the waiter I am sure he knew what I meant about the wrap bread. Then the waiter offered us to have the food takeaway for the two small Adana we couldn’t eat which was fine. When I came home to eat The rice was sorry to say was off and only put one small salad which was soggy and a small cacik . End of story the food gone in the bin.

This evening my husband and I went the service was bad, salad bread was old not fresh the mains where raw not able to cut or chew I told the waiter he didn’t seem bothered this meat was so dry very bad service

I think they would be happier if we didn't go. It was obvious from the facial expressions of the employees. I'm sure there are places where you can get much better service for 90 ₺.

The staff were incompetent and rudness overshadowed any potential enjoyment our experience. From the moment we entered, it was clear they were disinterested and unprofessional. Their inability to fulfill basic requests and their snide remarks left a sour taste in our mouths. It's a shame such childish behaviour tarnished our experience! FOR ALL MUSLIMS ATTENTION!!! We went there for take away (2 antep lahmacun, 1 mixed pide) then we paid ~£20, but because Iftar was close and they prepared slowly our take away meals we changed our mind to eat in. We sit in the take away table because there were no space for eat in table and the floor was dirty from leftover food. We drunk a small water and apple juice for eat in. Then the old man with glasses at the till charged us again ~£16 just because we changed our mind and eat in. First of all, he didn't tell us beforehand that we will be charged for eat in price plus the water and the apple juice for extra £10 is unethical we think. For all muslims who are reading this never go there because they are not respecting people who are keeping the Ramadan. Shame on you, never return!

Absolutely diabolical service, disrespectful and impertinent. My experience was dismal due to abysmal customer service. From being ignored upon arrival to rude comments and dismissive management, it's clear they lack any regard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs!

We went as a family last night at 21:00. We bought the offer menu for 2.3 people worth 81 pounds. Only 4 slices of bread came with the menu. The bread was really stale. We were truly disappointed. We asked for bread and it did not arrive until we finished our meal. I don't even want to write about the salad anyway. I was going to order 15 lahmacun, thinking that I would be satisfied. I'm glad I didn't. We wanted 3 teas and the teas were terrible. And they included it in the bill. We couldn't eat a meal worth 81 pounds. We decided to have dinner as a family. But it ended in disappointment. I guess I don't think about going yet. By the way, staff must need training...

Horrendous Customer service on the phone! I have nothing to say about the food it’s absolutely amazing, however you might want to find someone a bit more respectful when answering the calls! I asked if it was possible to book a table around 18:30 and the staffs response was I quote “ come in at 18:00 and wait. Bye” and just hang up.

We ordered beef and chicken doner. Both of them tasted excellent. I can say it's the best doner I've tasted in England.

Wow! People don't have any idea about what the proper Turkish food tastes like. If you liked this place, that means you haven't tasted anything close to turkish food or simply you have no taste sorry! That's how these shops earn money, from your weak knowledge! The food is not good here, they use low quality products and I assume monosodium glutamate too. S.glutamated dishes will give you funny stomach or you will have to open your trouser’s buttons because after a meal here:) this ingredient should never ever go into turkish food. if they followed the traditional process properly, they wouldn't need it!! a big disappointment as this place was reccomended to me. now I don’t trust these people:)

Antepliler shops at Haringey green lanes are just the best there. Either Baklava, The Restaurant, The Patisserie or Doner. They Amazing. There is no doubts! If you will visit one, you will going to see them all. Lovely food. Lovely desserts. Drink and etc. Really good service at each shop. Very kind, friendly and helpful. Very clean, organised, beautiful. Warm, cozy and relaxing atmosphere!!! ANTEPLILER KUNEFE & PATISSERIE: Here, we beyen transferred with my daughter after she discovered the rainbow cake , exposed on the shop window. Very tidy, clean and nice place. fast Service. The Ladies were very kind and friendly. So much positive energy. It made us feel really comfortable. Delicious Coffee ☕ Latte, I didn't have to add the sugar. I ordered white chocolate cake with forest fruit inside, it was so tasty, perfect balance of flavour, nothing else matters. Very beautiful interior. Beautiful green and orange colours, made the place so warm. Good music. Me and my daughter are amazed by it. She didn't want to go home 🏡 We are going to bring friends next time. 5 ✨ stars. The worst lahmacun I've ever had in my life. I ordered two, one was almost burnt and the other was too soft. The meat on lahmacun was too greasy, it was dripping oil. But their baklava was amazing.

After having our gathering (lunch), we decided to have dessert at this restaurant. As we were a big group, we had to find out if there was enough space before going in. We have been told by staff that we need to pay at the dessert counter which is in separate shop. So after buying a whole large size box of baklava, we entered the part in the corner, which I guess dessert (kunefe) area. As we were trying to sit ourselves (because there was nobody to great and sit us). Waitress came up and rudely told us we can't bring in take away box here. To what we said ok, but that's what we were told to do. She said no, you have a takeaway box instead you should order for sit-in. Then we realised there was a misunderstanding between dessert shop and us. So we then said ok no problem, forget about takeaway we have. We will order drinks and dessert again. To what, she didn't agree and kept arguing clearly, showing us that we are unwelcomed. And when we asked, "What do you mean we can't order anything? Are you telling us to leave?" She said," Yes. " I have never experienced anything like it in my entire life. Group of 11 adults and 5 children kicked out of the restaurant. Of course we could take the issue to Management and stay there but after what happened we decided to spend time and money in different restaurants. And even after we left the shop and was trying to come out of the shock of what we experienced, the restaurant was empty. We are never coming back to this place unless they change the staff. In the middle of London, such an awful treatment to costumers is unexceptional.

We ordered £60 mixed grill and were absolutely disappointed! Processed meat?!? Instead of Lamb shish we received thinly sliced lamb (?!) which was overcooked anyway! I don’t even want to talk about doner which was inedible!!! An absolute joke! Don’t waste you time and money ordering from them!!! Avoid avoid!!!

After visiting the Turkish restaurant, I can say the experience was amazing. The food was delicious. I went with my college friends, which made the evening even more special. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed exquisite dishes. I would recommend trying the lamb ribs and the rice pudding; they were particularly delightful choices during my visit. Although I must admit the cost was a bit high, the portions were generous, making the investment worthwhile. Additionally, my Turkish friends were with us and explained the dishes, adding a cultural touch to the experience. Overall, it was an excellent day that I will remember fondly.

It is a nice restaurant, I went with my friends for lunch. I stayed with a great company there. The food is good but the price is expensive. The restaurant is too far from central London and it’s not good for me to return there. I recommend going to this restaurant to try something different also for the Turkish culture.

Actually it was really good experience for me. As a Turk, the dishes were so delicious but it might be a little cheaper. Cheers for everything, if you like to eat meat, you should try exactly.

This restaurant is wonderful. We went there with my language course friends. We had good time in there. Service was quick. The restauurant staff was very friendly. They brought a lot of free starters for us. Meals were very delicious. We went there which my friend advice. I will be go there again with my family. Thanks for everything.

I ordered a meat set. I was able to eat many types of food there. The meat platter was especially delicious. But, I felt a little expensive. Although the price is a little high, I would like to go there again.

Good food, good experience I went with my foreign friends to try Turkish food. We tried kebap mix, lahmacun, pide and starter. Service was quick and food was delicious (except starter) and l didn’t like Turkish coffee because it’s very dark and it wasn’t served very well, it was spilt. Staff is very friendly. Waiter presented us rice puding. It was very kind. We had good time.

I was at Doner Antepliler, The service was great but food was a rip of. The burger was so tasteless that I left half, fries were good but a small portion for the price. The burger was the cheapest item on the menu. The menu card was disgusting as there was bits of oily food on the cover. I used the ladies room and packed the seat with toilet paper after washing it with hand soap and tissue, that was after washing the tap handle with soap in order to use the tap. The walls in the ladies room and in the restaurant near the top was covered in thick black dirt/dust. If I wasn't desperate for the loo and feeling obliged to buy something, I would not have stayed and would have walked straight out after I went to the ladies room. Very disappointed as from the outside it looked promising.

We went to dinner as a family, it was so bad, I can't explain it, I mean the waiter who came to take the order by asking what you would like before we even took off our jackets, his strange and disturbing looks throughout the meal, a place I will never go to again, friendly service, zero, never see the plate that comes with lahmacun as a salad.

Booked a table here but when we arrived on time we were told they had no table for us. The lady on reception even smiled when she told us. RUBBISH!

We ordered Adana Kebab and we were asked how we like it? We thought what type of question that is. Adana Kebab is Adana Kebab that it is very famous Turkish Kebab that everybody knows it. We said anyway and helped the waiter for the question saying that; normal Adana Kebab. He tried to explain the question asking; what salad would you like inside? We said again; normal. Waiter went and came back with Adana Kebab. We had ordered wrap. The meat and kebab was just OK, not great. Salat is only something green and the bread of the wrap is cold and it was just dry. I think they put the kebab meat a cold bread with some salad and that is it. This place is very famous so that I think they do not have any care or business capacity to sustain a good service. Service quality is very low. We discussed this with friends who went there more than once. They all have similar stories. For example, one of the stories, Künefe without Kaymak even ordered, late service, reluctant waiters. We all decided that we will never go back there and we do not recommend it at all.

On my first visit yesterday, I was shocked by their attitude. It's not like that, they are so sullen, it makes you lose your appetite. When we asked for the bill, he threw it right in front of us and disappeared without asking whether it would be by card or cash. I try to tell one of the waiters that I want a card machine, but he tries to be polite, as if he's playing tag with me, and I'm sure the guy who brought us the bill has forgotten our payment. There is no concept of seeing off customers when getting up 👎 Not to mention the lack of business questions such as do you need anything, should we bring bread? If I've never been to a busy restaurant in my life, I'll blame it on their busyness, but I only got such an attitude from this place.

Bustling as ever, great food swiftly served. Our waiter who we've had before is lovely with the kids and brings them rice pudding and lollipops. Always a great experience and our favourite on green lanes!

They had one of the best kebabs and doners in London but I was a bit disappointed on my last visit. Their beyti kebab was not as good as before.

I've visited this place a few times, and it seems like the staff aren't keen at all on serving or engaging with customers. Each occasions I came I had the same experience😅 It took me asking three times and a 15-minute wait just to get some water. On a weekend visit, they were out of knafeh and directed me to their sister shop next door, where I ended up paying £17 for six pieces of baklava! 😬 Despite the good food, I won't be returning due to the poor service. A little advice: please train your staff to be more attentive and treat your customers with respect. And honestly, overcharging for a small treat doesn't endear you to anyone—it's just disappointing.

Called them at 18:11 first man speaks Turkish when I spoke English he hung up, the second call some one els took the order, told me the order will be ready in 20 minutes, arrive at the time a few customers were there, one girl just ordered while I was waiting. After waiting 20 minutes more than the provided time to collect my order and the reason is ready we are busy Asked to see the manager he offer me drink as we have not seen any drink in our live No respect for the customer time at all, will not be back at all

Went there for a dinner with our friends and it was amazing! The food was delicious especially lahmacun and mixed kebap. Also I definitely recommend you try Kunefe after dinner. The portions were enough to share so you can easily try more than one different type of food with your friends. If you want to try Turkish cuisine in London this is the right place.

The food is expensive but tastes good. Türkiye garlic pizza is delicious. Black tea is provided free of charge.

I was not gonna leave review but enough is enough , I go to this restaurant almost 3 days a week to have Lahmacun , no complain about food but the old man at the till is just so irritating and needs to be warned .I asked for chilli and garlic sauce along with my lahmacun order , he suddenly got pissed ,gave me that dirty look , honestly I would be less angry if he sweared at me instead of acting like that , if you normally charge for the sauces then tell me and I kindly pay for it. What is the point looking down on costumer , if it is the money you are asking for the sauces then talk to me , it is a shame that such a great restaurant has this man at the till ,

Just read the rest of the reviews as well to know what you’re getting yourself into if you go to this restaurant. The lady managing the kunefe shop could use some serious help and training in learning how to run a restaurant and treat customers. Her pretentious attitude when ignoring our family of 9 as we were waiting to be seating should have been the first sign. The only table that was available at the time had used dishes and cutlery all over, and only after multiple attempts were we able to request it to be cleared and our order be taken. (Mind you, this is 10pm on a weekday, and the restaurant only had 3 other people in the restaurant at the time who were already served and drinking their tea). After “clearing” the table, and coincidently wiping down half of all the trash and crumbs onto our laps, it finally came time to order… only to find out that our family of 9 cannot order 3 kunefes and 6 teas. At first we thought she was joking and when she bluntly said “Not enough,” only to find out that she was serious. When we showed even a bit of resistance to ordering more, she barged through one of us at the edge to walk away in a huff. We had to audibly stop her to ask what happened and then finally be told, “Order 6 kunefe” or get nothing at all. As we all looked back in the split second of shock, and didn’t reply, she proceeded to shrug her shoulders and go right back behind desk and just stare at us. At that point we decided to just get up and go. No way in hell will a restaurant run like this, or a women as obnoxious as her will ever get our business, and I advise no one else to go as well until upper management decides to make some serious changes.

Excellently char-grilled shish meats and lamb ribs. Good selection of hot and cold meze dishes.

Usually love this place and give it 5 stars however it was not so busy tonight and less buzz in the air. Just received our starter and main was sent out so sent to keep warm. Prices have increased since last visit however the quality of the food is excellent.

Definitely not the best Turkish restaurant on Green Lanes - just the basics are much better as standard in the other restaurants. For example at this restaurant the salad portions for five people were two small bowls and a portion of cold, stale bread. The kebabs were standard as was the service.

They charge 5 Pounds for one Lahmacun and you still going this restaurant? If you check other restaurants you ll see much better prices. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant, they do over price with no reason.

Food was a disappointment when you think about the price and portion size comparing to other restaurants.

I went to Antepliler New Year's Eve, the food was not the same as before... and the service was very bad, the waitress doesn’t know how to do service. we ordered plate for 3 people and she leave plate on corner of table and go 😅 while we eating she was clean next table and an other shock, she put dirty plates from next table to on my table while im eating😅😅😅 for poor service and non tasty food i pay £97 to expensive for that quality service and food. Non of the staff smile and welcoming. I feel guilty to ask something, they answer you like I do something wrong. People go to restaurants to have a good time and enjoy, not to feel guilty .

Antepliler Künefe salonu war im osmanischen Stil. Service war leider nicht so gut, die Mitarbeiter waren unerfahren und sehr langsam. Es war jedoch sehr voll. Künefe hat echt gut geschmeckt und wurde auch schnell nach der Bestellung serviert. Preis-Leistung ist gut.

The last lahmacuns I got were tasteless and bland; they were really bad. I'm not sure if it happened because I mentioned we would take them to a distant place – the place is nice, and the staff is okay, but the flavor is lacking.

Awful service at this place. Three of us came to eat and we wanted three teas and one kunefe to share between us. We were told by the staff that they would not serve us unless we ordered a minimum of two kunefe?!? I’ve never been to a restaurant were you are told by the establishment what you need to order. We left as we knew we wouldn’t be able to finish two so it would be a waste of money. The place was half full with no queue, so I cannot understand why they are telling customers what they must order?!

I cannot believe how a restaurant of this size cannot provide a decent customer experience. After driving for 45 mins from my house, I brought my parents and family for a meal near this restaurant and as we were all quite full. We wanted to have 3 Kunefe among us and 10 teas. The waiter after making us wait for almost 10 mins, forcefully asked us to sit on dirty tables as she would not clean them up prior to us sitting. After finally cleaning the table, she said she will not accept us sitting until we ordered 6 kunefes. The way she spoke to us was extremely rude. I would have accepted this response if it was not 11pm, there was practically nobody in the restaurant and no queue either. I am not visiting this place again, just because of this behaviour!

I went to this place for turkish kunafa which is my favourite, We asked for çay and kunafa then I asked the lady who serve for another çay but she said that I only have the right to order one cup of çay and not more than one!!! I found this so weird tbh and the lady was rude provided, she did not write it on a paper to let the customers know. I think the customer always have the right to order anything as long as he will pay for it. It was an embarrasment for me, I did not like her attitude and the way she deals with her customers.

I recently came with my family to have dinner at this place. At first there was a misunderstanding with my order which I don’t necessarily mind but afterwards I noticed the colleague was showing attitude towards me. When i order mixed kebab I would assume bread would come with it but there was no bread served at all the whole time. Even though I noticed the other tables were being served bread. Honestly disappointed with the service

the attitude I encountered here was one that I have never seen before. when I asked the lady at the cash desk if we could get 4 more cups of tea, she told us that she couldn't serve them because we used up our quota for teas (?) I thought she was joking first but turned out she was serious. first - there were still a lot of space for more customers to come, second - if you're not happy with customers drinking just tea, then revise your price policy. refusing to serve tea at a price set in your menu is nonsense and rude, let alone being unlawful. I'll never eat/drink here or other facilities of antepliler. good luck with this communication/pricing strategy. plus katmer wasn't perfect either. certainly overrated.

Mediocre deserts with terrible service. Both katmer and kunefe weren't impressive and staff were incredibly rude. Guess they have no relation to Gaziantep, where you can have the opposite: great food and wonderful hospitality. Not worth it.

Amazing starters and great service.

I feel bad to give you a 1 star but this what your management and service deserves. We ordered our drinks and food, food arrives before drinks and they didn't give enough attention to customers at all. Also we ordered huge takeaway order and was missing few dishes, we came here miles away...no point....

This is the best Turkish Restaurant ever!

We looked at the place from outside and the vibe seemed nice. We entered the restaurant and ordered Lamb beyti and lamb shish. The food compare to other Turkish restaurants in the area is just fine, not more than that. Portion size is medium and the price is high. But the most annoying thing about the restaurant is waiters behaviour and the service. I wasn't satisfied at all. I should tell that the best thing about the restaurant is its vibe and music! All other things are mediocre at best.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and attarctive. About the food, we ordered lamb beyti and lamb shish, the lamb shish was acceptable but the beyti was very chewy and stiff. We ordered a large lamb shish and the portion was not as large as expected, I mean if that was the large one, I don't know what could be the small one! The staff also were kind of rude. They were not friendly, and they kept coming to our table asking if we are finished with the food! Like they wanted us to leave faster, while they had lots of empty tables. Totally a bad experience for me👎

The food was over priced. We ordered a mixed kebab, they presented more minced meat than lean. Also I would have hoped they had some level of boycotting as I watched them serving coca cola.

Best place in London for Kunafa. It’s on Green Lands street where you find most of Turkish and Halal restaurants. They have a doner restaurant also across the street. Antepliler means ‘from Antep’ which is an old city south of Turkiye. Great taste. Must enjoy it with Turkish Tea. Lovely experience.

I'm not happy with the service. I ordered 20 of lamucen, its thin bread, with mince on it. There were supposed to be 10 in each box. But there were eight in each box not happy as I spent a lot of money at the restaurant 😕

I visited this restaurant yesterday first we had food which was ok but overpriced then we decided to get kunafa when we get there I ordered kunafa and tea we been sited in a dirty table after 10 m a stuff member came to clean it and she was looking at us in a strange way I decided to ignore the look then I wanted to take picture of the Turkish tea pot and then she stared at me and start talking with her colleague about me in her language, we waited for more then 10m they got us finally the kunafa without any cutlery or tea we had to wait again and the stuff were avoiding eye contact so we had to wait again I was so annoyed never again and the kunafa tasted all butter I would of rated them 0

I had a disappointing experience at Antepliler Kunefe shop. Despite being directed there by a colleague from the baklava shop and seeking assistance for a combined order of kunefe and baklava, I was met with rudeness from the lady behind the counter with short to medium dark hair. Despite explaining the recommendation from her colleague, the promised baklava never arrived, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service.

Very bad service. There is a guy at the till when your buying take away food. He is very rude and aggressive towards customers. I bought 16 Lahmacuns for last night and when I asked for chilli sauce and garlic sauce the guy at the till was very rude and telling me that he can not supply 16 individual sauces for my lahmacuns, when I clearly did not ask for that amount of sauces. He was very rude. And when I said that can he not give me any he throw couple of sauces in front of me and shuck his head! I ran a take away busines my self and I believe that there alway a nicer way of explaining to customers about products that needs to be charge as extras. This guy at the till needs to learn some manners and have to be more politer towards customers. If he cannot handle customer care maybe the owners need to replace him. As he is bad for custom!!!!
