I Went here with my family, ordered the Crystal Special platter which was beautiful. Lots of different lamb and chicken all seasoned well along with rice. The bread was so warm and fresh and the salad was perfect. We all enjoyed, the service was great, very quick. We also received complimentary baklava and at end of the meal which was a lovely treat.Far better than the other Turkish restaurants nearby and reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone to take the family and friends here just truly delicious and amazing authentic Turkish food I would even go and say this is the best Turkish restaurant in all of the uk 🇬🇧

Wow, wow! Always friendly, the ezme salad is the best in the area. I love everything from the flat bread as starters to the tea served at the end. Every dish is 5 star, well seasoned, succulent and delicious.

Large portions, quality meat, and polite staff. The price is worth it compared to the big portions. Everything is quality and homemade. The bread is homemade, as well as the baklava dessert. I enjoy their fresh mint tea. If you wonder what to order - get some meat with rice, especially the red/orange rice. The atmosphere is average, lots of tables put closely next to each other but it is not very full and noisy.

The first order seen in the picture was really good, not sure I can remember what dish that was. Then we got some lamb chops, chicken wings and rice. It's a good place to have good lamb chops and chicken wings. Not quite sure I really enjoyed the rice it itself; had a sour taste (thought I ordered a plain rice, unless that's how the plain rice tastes) The atmosphere was good, thought it took a while for the food to arrive. The courtesy pita bread was cold, which discouraged me from eating it, sadly. There's parking at Morison, and quite close to bustops. So the location is great!

I only came to drink soup and eat pita. The soup was not bad, so was the mixed stomach with meat, but the salad that came with it was not fresh at all, it was leftover from yesterday, I wasted a lot of money. Money doesn't matter. But. In return for the service provided. It was hard for me to pay this much money… I hope this comment is taken into consideration. I also tried to reach out on social media and did not receive a response.

I called up with a last-minute request for food for 20ppl for a work-related event, and Utku was absolutely amazing in accommodating my requests! We had, 3 of the family house special, 2 hot mix meze, 2 mix cold meze, 4 salads, 3 vegetarian dishes! This restaurant came highly recommended, I had never eaten here before, and I was not disappointed at all. I definitely will be back! We received soooo much food for a great price and quite a few free extras 🥳! The food tasted amazing, some of my work colleagues said it was some of the best Turkish food that they had eaten! Fresh and tasty were the words all my colleagues used! Thanks Crystal, we enjoyed every bit of food and were completely full, with leftovers!

Visited over the weekend for a bite of breakfast. Had a good experience. Wasn't too busy as was still early but staff still attentive and food was good.

We always go to this restaurant all as family ! It's very nice, we all love it. Food it's very tasty and amazing served, staff is very kind and friendly and very polite. Prices are affordable. I would recommend it 👌! 100%

I tried this venue in search of a decent doner. I ordered the mixed doner, it is a decent sized portion, the chicken doner has a delicate balanced taste, however, the lamb doner was overly salty. I finished my dish, I would recommend the chicken doner over the lamb doner. The service is quite attentive, with no complaints there. The atmosphere is slightly lacking. It is quite barren with a couple of aquarium tanks with fish. I rate it as a 6.5/10 as the restaurant has areas to improve on, as stated above.

It's ok. I was on my lunch break and thought I'd have a look around the area to find something nice and found this place. A kebab deal offered with a yoghurt drink. I changed the drink for a bottle of water because that's all they offered as an option which I thought was very stingy of them. The kebab was mediocre and very average. I won't go there again.

Very unhygienic place, gave me and my children food poisoning, we had the poo runs and also vomiting, my child also got shivers and we had to take him hospital, a horrible experience from this place, never again, we will just go to KFC next time, I basically paid and got ill, also their tiny portions for the expensive cost they charge is an absolute disgrace, better kebab shops further down the road

You need to take a stop here. The food was amazing! The portion is massive so if you have a small appetite, I would suggest sharing with a friend. The staff are so nice and the gave me Turkish tea on the house. Would be here every week if I didn't live so far away

We come here a lot and it never dissapoints. The waiters are very nice and polite. The food is a reasonable price. The food is always fresh and beautiful. The toilets are clean, and we trust this place a lot. They have a wide variety of items, from mix shish to seafood! It is in wood green and is easy to get to with bus 29! Came today and our waitress was very kind! I definitley reccomend!

I used to go to this restaurant 12 years ago when the shop layout was small and old. I went to eat at this place again after 12 years with my husband, and I must say that the interior has improved as it has been extended. It has more tables and it looks much cleaner and better. We both ordered mixed doner with pilav and salad and onions salad. The chicken doner was very well cooked and it was very tasty. The lamb doner had fatty parts, and it was extremely salty. The onion salad was soaked in salt. I don't know if thats their usual recipe or the person who prepared it was having a bad day. The salad was not edible. But overall I will definitely go back and have chicken doner and perhaps try their other dishes too.

I have eaten here today because i had a good memory about it from 2012 and 2008. Since then, this place has been perfect at its service and food quality. Fresh food and reasonable price

This Turkish restaurant in Wood Green is truly the best in the area. Although the prices are on the higher side, the excellent service and overall experience made it worth it. I pre-booked a table and tried their İskender. While I usually don’t enjoy İskender, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it here. Highly recommended for a special meal!

Excellent Turkish cuisine especially grilled fish dishes

we went on Saturday night for dinner, there were few tables there weren't many people.. the eating is no longer like it used to be.. the service is quite horrible, they give you food as if to make you go away, they don't respect the starters, they bring the main courses immediately, very careless, they are not professional, I will never return to this place again

I am caming to this restaurant with my family from 6 years now, so the review will be verry accurate. The food it's great, always taste the same, I enjoyed the guvec, my favourite stew, but also other dishes are delicious. Waiters are very polite and responsive and always ask at the end of your meal if you would like a turkish tea, sometimes even make your day sweeter and bring you baklava, whoever manage the place it's doing a great job. We will definitely return to this restaurant to enjoy the food and the service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I will give to this restaurant 0 star because I received the most 0 terrible experience that I have been tried this crystal restaurant. The worker are not serving customer very good. The service is very bad very, very bad. I hope nobody go there ever to experience. They have the best grilled seabass in Haringey if not in London. And not only. Me and my son are pescatarians and they have a good lovely variety of dishes.

If I could give more than 5 🌟 I would :) the food and the hygiene is over the standards just the best in London with breakfast lunch and dinner 😋

Fantastic food. Wide selection of dishes as well as mixed platters for sharing. Platters are a great way to experience different foods with a group of friends. Really great prices and staff are friendly. Decor is nice and cosy as well. Would highly recommend this restaurant and its culinary offerings.

Server Caner is a great asset to the organisation. The entire team is helpful and so friendly. However, Caner is a family favourite

date and time of visit: 29/08/24 between 7-8pm wonderful service from the waiting staff, the food has big generous portions and the atmosphere is nice, what more can you ask for? i will come back soon.

Excellent lunch time meal. Menu was varied with lots of choice. Huge portions. Excellent service- courteous, polite and efficient. I was offered a box to take the remainder of my vegetarian pide home too!

The best Turkish restaurant in London! Great food and great service. The best value for money in the area as well. Had a meal for two, included a starter of hot bread, hummus and cacik, adana, chips and salad and a small desert of baklava and Turkish tea. All for under £35. All the staff are lovely. The chefs always take the time to say hello and the servers seem to know a lot of the regulars. Highly recommend.

We’ve been coming here for over 2 years and it’s always an amazing experience. From the food to the service, there is never a complaint. This is our favourite restaurant to come to! Special shoutout to the servers Utku and Dilara who always make us feel welcome.

First of all, the looks of the female waiters in the restaurant were very disturbing and they never listened while ordering and spoke in their own language. I think I understood what they were saying for us. The male waiters were very friendly and welcomed. I ordered kebab lava cake etc. . It's a very noisy place in terms of atmosphere. My friend and I could barely hear each other. People are talking very loudly. I suggest you eat your food without talking and leave 😂

Nice restaurant in Wood Green. Similar vibe to other restaurants in the area. The lamb shish was nice, and portion sizes were massive (maybe a little too big because we couldn't finish our meals). Would recommend the garlic mushrooms and calamari for starters. The servers were very lovely and the restaurant gave complementary Turkish tea and baklava at the end of the meal which was really appreciated!

Amazing place! Service is AMAZING. Food is great, also very generous. Not expensive at all. Servicw charge is not added to the bill, but it could absolutely be with this type of service. I always comd with my child and they are very accommodating. He loves the fish tank. Everything is just nice here. Also the take away is good, well packaged and cheaper than eating in.

I had Yoghurt Pacak comes with bread and side salad. The Pacak is very runny and bread is very dry and hard like it's leftover from yesterday. I asked for Turkish Tea and they charged for it and it's not free like other Turkish restaurants. But the good is thing they don't have service charge here

Best everything, I miss you guys.

I've not been here for aong time about 1 year ago and they had lovely food , I know because I reccomend it to my friends and have family who have been and enjoyed it in the past, not sure if they are under new management but the lamb soup looked it was cooked in sewage water, never was like this salad all full instead of cut up with cucumber and tomato it how used to be also rice used to come with the soup we only got the bread . I had to drain all the gross brown from the lamb soup keep the lamb and cook it again at home , I would have put up photo of before and after but the google review won't allow me to upload the photo🙄

Usually the food and service here is wonderful, not sure what has changed, but on my last visit I was not pleased with the service. Several of items we ordered we had to ask how long it will take since it was taking forver, at the end we just asked for it to be removed from our bill since we already finished eating and was no point getting the forgotten items.

I went to this restaurant last night. The mushroom starter was too oily. Also they didn't serve it right how I ordered this dish. I ate only few bits and left it on the side. None of the waiter asked how was that dish and why I left it over..They served my main dish wrong as well. At least that time the waiter apologised and wanted to change it. The dessert was not that good either. The chocolate fudge cake was too dry. The reason why I ate most of it because I ordered a cup of tea. It was easier to swallow.... My suggestion is heat up that cake a bit. It would be a better taste. About customer service.. The guy who served us was ok but the girl who come to my table was not really nice. She had such a strict face, no smile, she seemed like she doesn't want to work at all. Just standing in one place do not care about the tables are finished with the dishes or not etc. Anyway it was not a good experience and I'm not sure I really want to go back or recommend this restaurant at all.

i had to change my review not about the food but the service form one staff member been going here for years before they changed the interior. foods always been good how ever yesterday i came with a friend the short waiter was standing near the fish tank talking with his friend who was eating a meal they was clearly talking about us kept looking over my friend said to me look they talking about us coz they kept looking over pointing and laughing i didnt think to much of it untill i noticed my self i looked over and said u want to share the joke the guy turned red and pretended he didnt know what i was saying then moved seats i dont know why would treat ur customer like this not very professional making customer uncomfortable especially old customers

I have been there few days ago, some of the dish are not avaiable in menu,they took the order and after 15 min they come back , we don't have this , that, bla bla bla, we ordered again and they come back sorry this dish we don't have avaiable, wasting our time leaving within 1h, which we musted leave after 5 min , never back again

Visited in June 2023. 4.25/5. We came to Crystal Kitchen after a visit to Ally Pally locally. This was rated the best Turkish restaurant on Google Maps. We were greeted warmly and it wasn’t busy, with plenty of tables available. The service was good, despite the communication issue with one server who didn’t have the most confident of English skills, but not a problem. We ordered Lahmachun, Hummus and Mixed Kebab. They were all delicious, the kebab especially had the right blend of spice and flavour. The restaurant is clean, comfy and modern, it was bright and inviting. It was a good Turkish experience, not my favourite or the best I’ve had. Overall, worth a trip.
