Came early, that was as a bonus. Good food. I was expecting the sausec to come in separate recipients, but they came on the food. Usually, we use only part of the sauce.

The most tender Lamb shish and the best Chicken Doner kebab I have ever had and I'm old. So nice I highly recommend it.

Cold, crunchy chicken. Large was like a small compared to other kebab shops. Full of water from salad. Poor quality.

On time most of the time. Not so happy about having to pay for the dip being put in a container.. sometimes too much sauce is put all over not in one place.

aside from the knock on the door being so loud it scared the daylights out of us, food quality was as expected, and delivery was much faster than indicated. portion size is always more than you expect it to be.

I ordered HAMUS, including one pita, so I ordered 2 pieces, you should have a total of 3 pieces of pita, and I got 1 pieces of pita. because I added two pieces of pita bread. That’s why I’ll give 3 stars because they don’t check the prepared order lists

Reasonable good food. Just remember they pack all the food even when I'm containers in paper. If having chips this makes them go soggy. Slight improvement but still the same packaging which is why not giving 5 stats, but definitely best kebab shop in Hatfield

Don,t often have a kebab but when i do I order from HK, always on time and nice food.

The chios were cold and dry kebab near was really dry and my kids wasn't happy with there meals.

Standard of food is normally very good but today it wasn’t. It was Luke warm, meat was mushy, salad wasn’t fresh like it normally is wasn’t much sauce and completely ignored the note that was also left with the order. Really not great quality this time. Won’t be ordering for a while now.

Always enjoy their kebabs thought I'd try their chicken burger and rice this time too (sharing with the family) and they were lovely too. Despite them always being super early the food is always good and always hot.

Chicken kebab was hard and chewy . Such a small amount of rice and the chips were soggy … it was expensive for what it was the best part was the salad

Went there half hour ago ordered a large kabab the heavy bald guy handed me a kabab to which the cook most of told him in he's language it's not large and he's cutting more meat because it was a shifty exchange (so weird) then he just said your kabab is ready i even asked is this a large kabab? he said yes, I opened it when I got home it was smaller then small to make it worse it was cold and hard I tossed it which is probably why the cook wanted to do a fresh one, but the heavy bald one is a bad stain on the business

Disgraceful order did not turn up cons don’t answer the phone £30 spent absolutely disgusting says it’s arrived and nothing should be taken off just eat how can they be in companions with this disgusting vile place they don’t even answer the phone there’s no option for 0 stars and it never came

Kebab Meat was nicely Cut , thick and tasty, I wish the Salad could be much more fresher , and more of it …. the Pita Bread was the best I had .. Apart from that all Good ! Thanks .

Very quick delivery food was hot but some of the donner meat was a bit old and crispy, chicken donner was lovely and chips were good. They also forgot my drink so I paid for a drink I never got.

I ordered the big meat sharing platter was disappointed, it was mainly just donner meat not much sish meat and the salad was next to nothing , wasn’t even enough salad for 1 person let alone two, and when we rang to check if that was correct , he said yes that all you get and he was abit rude about it , first time ordering , won’t order again

I had worst experience in the start when I first used their website for order. But now they have improved it so much they also giving discount on lot of good deals on website. It’s perhaps the best halal pizza in Hatfield. And Turkish staff makes sure you get fresh meat in pizza ❤️

Burnt pizza Charged for bag when one wasn't given. Not worth money. Sadly I can't post the picture of my Burnt pizza on here.

Ordered an Al Capone pizza, but it came without any tomato base, so it essentially was a 12 inch garlic bread with toppings. Was really weird, had a rubber consistency and lacked any flavor. Spicy a chicken wings were uncomfortably hot which was adequate, came with an inch thick of breadcrumbs which was more of a hinderqnce than anything. My wife pulled a funny face eating her burger to find the bun was incenerated or some benign reason, so nothing else said about that. Over 32 quid for something that tasted like being mugged off, wasn’t impressed. Spent a lot of time looking through 120 odd takeaway options and chose this one. I never get anything right.. :(

I did leave a bad review in the past ? Since then nothing but 5* service and the best kebabs in Hatfield. I always give a second chance as we all make mistakes . I have had about 10 kebabs since and from my bad experience and can say they have sorted it all :) Love them , please let the staff know they are doing a great job

Very good customer service. The owner and people who work there are very friendly and generous. I ordered dine-in with a friend and he made the pizza exactly how we like and had lots of sauces! I ordered twice for delivery and I got my pizza within 20 minutes and it was hot and lovely. Highly recommend them 🙏🏻

Hot, fresh, flavourful and tasty as always. Great portion that left me satisfied. It was actually delivered early! I was kind of confused when it arrived at my door as the app hadn’t even updated to tell me it was on its way, but i was by no means unhappy. Hope to order again sometime soon 👍🏼

I've been going to this place for almost 11 years and I can honestly say that this is the best place ever, they start off with a friendly greeting and always make their food to high quality standards, definitely recommend.

*** DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! *** I rang to see where our order was (as it was over an hour late) the girl on the phone was swearing down the phone saying to ‘get over it’ when I asked and continued to say, ‘what, are you going to cry about it! I don’t care I’ve finished my shift now’ and then she hung up! I tried to call back (as I was shocked to have been spoken to like this), they answered then hung up straight away! When the food eventually arrived, the chicken was not cooked properly and was stone cold!! I still cannot believe how they speak to their customers!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Don't read, or check order, deliver wrong items and can be asked to correct. They turn off their phones so you can't complain terrible. And cold food AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE

First time I used this restaurant food was very nice

Food arrived at least 45 minutes earlier than it said it was going to. Didn't get an update om it turning up either but I won't complain the food arrived early and still tasted good despite the fact they didn't add garlic sauce to 1 of the kebabs.

Poor review as given this resta few yries snd not enjoyed any Delivery. Lettuce was brown, Food was cold, Delivery was late, Chips were soggy.

Often order from here but recently food is going downhill. Very bland meat, not cooked well for my liking and little favour, poor amount of donor for a large. Barely warm on delivery and long delivery time from order. Driver never uses doorbell either which is reallt annoying banging on the door.

Speedy delivery and fantastic service! Delivery guy polite Food is amazing cooked to perfection couldn’t recommend the place more and will most definitely be using them again couldn’t be happier with our food
