The deserts are amazing. We had the cookie dough, hot fudge sugar, falooda and crepe. All were faultless and delicious. The only draw back is the location and size of the establishment. But if the quality of desserts is all you care about, you can't fault this place. Well done guys. Highly impressed. This is my go to place in Luton from now on.

Came in at lunch time and was greeted by a strong bearded fella at the till who took my order with utmost manners and respect. The oreo waffle was served quick and tasted smashing 11/10 would definetly come here again.

The ferro rocher tasted out of date. It tasted minty, bubbly and the inner shell was soft not crunchy (like it was off)

The girl Standing at the counter is very Rude, She Always serves rudely and with missing items in orders.But the main thing is their food quality is very low to the point that it’s a health and safety hazard. I tried a cake it was so hard like it’s been Expired and it was still on display. And the ice cream fridge is broken, You can literally see melted ice creams.

Entered the shop and was greeted by a bearded chap, who provided a breakdown of the menu so I knew what to get. Tried the Rumble in the Jungle milkshake and it tasted delicious. Also the two girls at the counter recommended me the Oreo Monster sundae and the Mixed Kinder cookie dough and it was so amazing that I had to order another one to take home.

Came here for a cornflake tart with some custard. Young bearded muscular lad along with a young lady behind the counter gave me excellent service, very well mannered individuals. The cornflake tart was absolutely fantastic, would strongly recommend. Staff in general made me feel very welcome, almost felt as if i was at home! Would definitely come back.

Went in with a couple of friends recently ordered a few waffles, cookie doughs and milkshakes all tasted really good and the girl at the till was very respectful and polite while taking my order as I had informed her of my allergy to peanuts when ordering my milkshake and she made sure to make my milkshake separate to the others. Would recommend to friends and family to visit.

Craving dessert after uni and we stumbled across this place. It was so amazing. I asked for a chocolate tart but with sauces on top and they instantly said that’s fine. The cake was presented immaculate. The girl behind that counter did an excellent job. Will definitely be bringing my family.

I came in for my son’s birthday and all I can say is that he enjoyed his blue bubblegum ice cream and I enjoyed the Oreo cookie dough. The staff were very welcoming and the food was given out quite quick. I will be returning and I recommend to anyone out there to come and try their cookie doughs as I absolutely enjoyed every bite out of my Oreo cookie dough!

Absolutely disgusting service!!! Felt very uncomfortable whilst ordering, the staff were giggling and laughing when taking my order. Had to repeat myself several times about a nut allergy because the lady at the till didn’t seem to take it seriously! Then they called to collect my order when it wasn’t even ready..then the lady goes it’s not ready the guys are just mucking around. I will not be visiting again, very immature staff that need to be trained with basic mannerisms.

This use to be one of my favourite place, it has really gone downhill. I ordered a strawberry mojito and what I receive was a drink full of ice and a tiny bit of a syrup at the bottom not even mixed, never mind any mint leaves provided. The staff look so young and disinterested probably getting paid less than minimum wage. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Asked for Falouda, turned out to be ice cream with pink looking pieces sprinkled on top and sugar syrup at bottom. That's deception

Even though I want small businesses to grow and usually refrain from negative feedback this experience was bad only due to service. I ordered a coffee and was shocked to see the cup it came in. It was disgusting and had yellow marks when I asked the staff member she said it's due to the coffee machine which is a plain lie as the cup handle was covered in that too. I asked them to change the coffee and she simply poured the dirty cup one in plastic disposable cup. I was shocked to see that. The same staff member was arguing with another customer too.

The food was amazing BUT, order was placed at 5:40 and didn’t arrive until 7:20??? Absolute joke and will not be ordering from them again.

The milkshakes were nice, they need to work on their crepe batter, its way too thick.

Desserts a really nice but the cookie dough portion is very small. The dough is only about 1cm thick. It should be thicker then that in order to fully enjoy it. Other then that everything tastes really nice.

I recently purchased an Oreo milkshake from your establishment, and boy, was I let down. It tasted nothing like Oreo - more like a plain old vanilla milkshake! Now, don't get me wrong, when I specifically order an Oreo milkshake, I expect it to actually taste like Oreo. it was nowhere to be found to taste like oreo. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe in giving feedback, even if it's not all rainbows and unicorns. As a customer, I trust that I will get what I pay for, and this time, it just didn't happen. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is something that shouldn't be taken lightly. I won't be recommending your milkshakes to any of my friends or family who are looking for a delicious Oreo milkshake experience. It's a shame, really, because I'm sure there are others out there who would appreciate a true Oreo milkshake.

1. Food came half an hour later than expected. 2. Waffles were cold. 3. Maple waffle did not have enough maple syrup on it and it therefore tasted extremely dry. 4. Asked for a raspberry waffle and received one with strawberries instead.

First visit! Tried chocolate cake, Ferraro rocher cheese cake and peanut chocolate cake. All cakes were good but peanut chocolate cake was the best. 👌 Ferraro Milk shakes was nice too. Serviced by Mohammed and Essa. Both youngsters were amazing in serving and made me feel special. Definitely a happy customer.

No strawberries as ordered and charged for

Zero stars. This place had good potential but as soon as you walk in, it smells, there's a hoover on the table, floors and hygiene behind counter looks dirty and there are piles of rubbish and broken plastic boxes in plain view and the seating area is loaded with rubbish in one corner and is just an eyesore. The employees are unprofessional and don't know how to speak to customers. We were eating in but were given no napkins and paper cup for the ice cream. Also the cutlery was dirty and the custard boat was cracked. The employees chatting among themselves was really unprofessional and adds to the distaste of the the place. It's a good spot for locals to get some dessert but I will not be reccomending this place one bit, you are better off spending money and time somewhere where the workers are much more polite and actually give you napkins and some kind of customer service.

Took the family and have to say customer service was 10/10 all 3 staff members were very kind and well informed of the menu, will definitely be visiting again. As for the food the crepe was one of the best I have eat for what you pay you get more then any competitors. Kids loved the icecreams and cookie dough 👍🏽

Mango sundae was decent so was Oreo sundae. Falooda was way too sweet not authentic, the gajar halwa was very disappointing. Just had powdered milk mixed with some carrots full of food colour!! Really was poor and went to the bin unfortunately!

I was disappointed with today's order as I was treating my daughter for her birthday. She had the kinder waffle which was so sour to taste. Couple of bite fulls and straight in the bin today. It didn't taste right at all! The cornflakes tart portion was definitely not worth the money.

Absolutely disappointing ordered 4 Ferrero milkshakes so bad that there was foil from the wrapper in the shake my little brother choked please be aware these milkshake are not for children unless supervised by an adult

Waffle was good and tasted great however the Pina Colada tasted terrible it was very watery and didn't taste like🍍or🥥at all also the portion was too small only half the cup was filled up which isn't an acceptable amount for the price that I regret spending on it and I won't be ordering again👎🏼

Banging, tasty milkshakes and waffles

Large don ferreo was on 3/4 full and looked like it was smashed together or dropped en route . Used to have Ferraro pieces and sauce running through , now just a couple of scoops of ice cream with a bit of squirtty cream on top , hardly worth eight pound something

The waffles tasted a bit sour like spoilt milk. My kids didn’t enjoy it at all.we had to bin it🥲

Please train your staff with some decent manners and customer service skills. The girl that is working there didn’t look like she would like to be there in the first place or maybe it’s the heat who knows. The way she just chucked the tubs of ice cream in the bag was unacceptable. Everyone please be aware of this girl with her problems on her face. I only came here as my little cousin’s recommended it. Let’s hope the deserts are good…

I came to eat in with my siblings and the man behind the counter served us. He was nice to all of us and respected us although we may have been picky. Would recommend coming here. Overall the customer service was good and the cookie doughs we’re perfect.

Came in with a few friends and the customer service was good. The waffle was great and fully cooked. I don’t usually order waffles I would recommend ordering from here. Would 100% come again and the man behind the counter was great. He was respectful. The waffle came in great quality and as I requested.

Gave me a quarter pina colada and tasted off too. When asked about it replied “this is how you are meant to make it”. Embarrassing

It was absolutely waste of time and money. They have changed the desserts ingredients without updating the menu. Falodas come without noodles and seeds, although the menu is the same. Never visit this place again.

Picked up a chocolate milkshake yesterday, made with barely any chocolate very stingy on their ingredients do not go there. You do not get what you pay for . I would definitely be recommend Ice Box much better.had to give them a star to post.

When this shop first opened it was such a vibe but the hype soon ended. I do not understand why their portions are so tiny. Like their cheesecake or any cake is tiny and they are not exactly cheap. I do not mind paying more for a good dessert but not for a tiny potion. It’s ridiculous. It’s so off putting feels like you are being ripped off. What would an extra couple of inches of a slice do? Make your customers happy and satisfied and make them want to keep coming back. Really disappointed. They should definitely take the gajar Ka halwa off their menu. What an embarrassment. It came burnt. It was obviously frozen then heated in the microwave but they left it in too long. Stick to desserts you can actually make. Anyhow overall a complete let down. Meh.

Cornflake tart tasted damp, did tell the staff and the manager had a bad attitude about it and was talking really loudly in a rude way to the point where it seemed as if she wanted us to hear. The manager also seems very snobby towards her staff. The cakes were very hard from being in the fridge. I’d say go to ice box the desserts are much better and are more fresh tasting.

Went with family couple of days thought to try few things falooda wasn’t like proper Pakistani falooda that I have tried, waffle was raw from the middle hardly any taste haded to ask for extra cream but the guy got bit annoyed so they need to be more friendly, helpful and patience with customers. Spended money for no taste n wasted time n also in return got bad mood sorry never here again

Horrible, don’t bother going We asked for the Faloda and they gave us melted ice cream with boiled coloured noodles on top, when asked them to take it back the staff was very rude, this happened twice. First time we thought they are having a bad day but NO. It’s just the rude staff except one girl. Again don’t order FALOODA or u will waste your money. 👎🏼

The cookie dough was like a hard biscuit, the new cardboard container are no good as most of the cookie dough was at the bottom, had go scrape. The ice cream was not the usual soft whip ice cream.

Served by Shakirah. Was polite and friendly and we received our order quickly. Deserves a pay rise. Need more people like her.
