Honestly the most flavour I got was from the burnt section of my pancake. They messed up my order when I have an allergy and the waitress rolled her eyes when I informed her I had an allergy. Felt most unwelcome and food was tasteless.

Food was a bit dry than usual. Some of the friends who ordered vegetarian options were not pleased at all with the food.

We ate at Nandos one day and everything was good. Correct portions and friendly attention although everything is self-service except the food that is brought to you. You order your food through the website with your table number and pay directly. You grab your cutlery, your sauces, your drink and wait for a waiter to bring you your food. The place is well decorated and you can park well outside.

Santas Grotto was magical, even for me , and my grandson loved it . I know it’s winter but the rest of the farm needs some TLC , so hopefully by spring it will have a lick of paint and the animal petting area some TLC too. It looked quite abandoned . Cafe fabulous, staff fabulous.

We had an amazing meal at Zen last night. The food was incredible, probably the best Thai Green Curry I’ve ever had. Everything tasted unreal and I’d happily eat it all over again. We were only in Birmingham for the evening and we’d recommend it to anyone!

too much money for just 1 piece of meat ,didn't come with chips or any salad,very dissapointed .

Phone line doesn’t work , tried to order online, payment seemed to have worked, tried to ring the store mobile number provided on Google for 45 mins but didn’t get through at all. Driver turned up at the door and demanded cash. We explained we wanted to pay by card and told that the food is here now so we have to transfer funds to the drivers personal account. Massively unprofessional bordering racketeering. I would avoid using this company as I certainly will not be using them again.

The service was awful from some very uninterested staff. The food was bland and horrendously overpriced for what we got. Cross that we had to pay for such disappointing food. Would never go again.

Stayed here last month. Really nice place, lovely location and locely courtyard. Food was very good. Great powerful shower. Only small complaint was the room was extrmely hot (and not even a hot day) but there was a portable fan in the room so wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay again.
