Cobran 8 libras. 00 por ensalada Coban y £28 por Shish que es extorsivo. Los precios me parecieron muy caros teniendo en cuenta que la calidad de la comida es mala. Humilde consejo, mantente alejado a menos que no te importe que te estafen.

¡Por dónde empezar! Fuimos a este lugar para celebrar el cumpleaños de los amigos. Es solo un kebab barato de aspecto para llevar lugar, pero no en cuanto al precio. El servicio es terrible que se sienta y luego ruega a los camareros que vengan a recibir su pedido, luego de nuevo esperar durante mucho tiempo para tener su pedido para venir a la mesa. Una vez que recibió su comida, es una decepción total, ¡solo un extraño sabor a ajo en lugar de un buen salteado! Y si pides pollo cremoso con estragón, ¡solo obtendrías un trozo de pollo hervido sin salsa! Mala comida, mal servicio pero espera un minuto algo extra en tu factura de agradecimiento. . . ¿Para qué? ¡Para el servicio y la comida que esperabas tener pero nunca tuviste! Pérdida de tiempo y dinero EVITA ESTE LUGAR ME LO AGRADECERÁS DESPUÉS POR ESTO 👌

The lovely restaurant who eager to eat delicious foods, and the atmosphere is pretty beautiful

Everything was delicious. Especially Lamb cubes are juicy and tasty. It was like melting in your mouth. Service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend it.

We visited for lunch and chose the early evening and lunch menu which offers good value for money. Portion sizes were generous and the freshly prepared food delicious. Nice atmosphere for a lunch time sitting; about half the tables were busy during our visit (Thursday lunchtime) so I am guessing walk ins for 4 or less people can be accommodated mid week. Complimentary bread, hummous and olives were appreciated too. Lovely service by friendly staff too!

Very disappointing overcooked lamb

Booking via Google Map First we were served hummus with fresh Turkish bread and a plate of pickles for free The order was delicious and expensive at the same time, but prices in all of London are considered expensive, and the waitress, Figan, was cheerful and worked with love. My request was: Banana feathers Jasmine rice potatoes 1 cola The dessert was baklava with coffee The baklava is nice but the coffee is very ordinary The account was 464 riyals 😰

We had Turkish coffee and baklava, very delicious, and the cheesecake and Americano were good

The best part was the hosts. They were friendly, helpful and courteous- A lovely lady called Midnight was the main host assisted on a few occasions by another called Monica. I loved my starter and the mixed grill. Midnight recommended the dessert and I'm glad I listened .

A great place to have dinner. Its cozy, classy, good service and absolutley delicious food. Honestly it combines the flavour of home cooked food with the a twist and of fine dinning I ordered the Kuzu Sheesh (lamb cubes), Meyveli Kuzu (braised lamb with bulgur), Deniz Taragi (pan flired scallops), Manti (green dough filled with smoked aubergine), Sucuk and Hellum I loved all of the dishes they were flavorful however, the lamb sheesh was my personal favourit and ofcourse I'm planning to try the rest of the grills soon. Thank you for the lovely meal .. highly recommended

Ishtar is incredible, best turkish food I’ve ever had. The baby chicken is tender and flavorful, the goat cheese salad is fresh and delicious, and the tzatziki is creamy and authentic. The falafels are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Add to that the warm atmosphere and excellent service—it’s a must-visit!

Saw the reviews online and took kids to the place. Not a place to take your young kids. More of a bachelor pad! The quality of food was just ok for the price I paid!! The servings were pretty small and chops weren't tender either. The baby chicken wasn't worth it.

Food was decent, however the service was slow, and there was one particular staff member, a female with short hair who was very rude. Made the whole experience awkward- we were polite at all times there was no need for it

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with its own special ambiance. The staff was on point, very polite and attentive. The food was delicious! After starter dolma I enjoyed incik (lamb shank) which is my recommendation to try. My meat was cooked perfectly and every bite was tender and flavorful. We were amazed by the quality of the food and would definitely go back!!

Overall a great experience with food and service, the staff are attentive and are knowledgeable. I had the mixed grill and the lamb was heavenly. The portions are ok the smaller side for a Turkish restaurant and £30 however I would go back. Great experience and I would recommend it

Volví a Marylebone con un amigo de Sudáfrica como parte de un fin de semana de rugby. Una comida en Ishtar fue nuestro punto culminante del viernes por la noche. La comida y el ambiente era fantástico como yo lo recordaba y disfrutamos de entrantes y la parrilla mixta. Gracias a todos, volveremos pronto.

Every dish was a delight, starting with creamy hummus and perfectly grilled halloumi, followed by seared scallops. For mains, we devoured the tavouk kebab, which was so tender and full of flavour. But the real star for me? The künefe—my absolute favourite dessert! A heavenly, crispy, buttery cheese pastry soaked in syrup and topped with ice cream.

The ambiance is very nice and food was delicious. We enjoyed the Mocktails and service was well done. I highly recommend it

Today night was amazing, especially the belly dancer and cabaret show. I came here with my family and we were enjoying the night. The food was very delicious and the service was also amazing. I really recommend this place to visit for a lunch with family. The atmosphere here is brilliant.

I've been coming to Ishtar for over 10 years and was very sad to see the food prices have really shot up, the quality and portions have gone down and yesterday evening they tried to charge me for a drink which they didn't bring to my table which was cheeky. Thankfully I read the bill properly.

I am really disappointed with the service my group and I received from Ishtar Marylebone. In summary, in August we booked the private dining area for a hen party scheduled for Sat 5th October. We spoke to a worker called Monika several times, and even went to the venue to view it with Monika. During our discussion with Monika she mentioned as we were only using the venue for 4 hours, and agreed to leave before their busy period at 7pm, we would not have a minimum spend. Monika told us there was another booking of 40 people at 7pm, and we had to be out of the venue by then. We proceeded to arrange the hen party for 19 people and agreed the above terms. As agreed, the week of the hen, we sent our pre-order to Ishtar, only to be told by the manager Eljin that we had to have a minimum spend and could not order from the menu we agreed with Monika (bear in mind we had already gathered the pre-order from the group of 19 people). We explained to Eljin that this is not what Monika told us. He said as Monika was off until 4th October, a day before the hen, we had to wait until then to clear this up. We spoke to Monika on the 4th, a day before the hen and she completely denied our arrangements. The manager Eljin was being very rude over the phone, talking over me, telling me I changed the terms, and just generally having an attitude, he was not helpful and clearly did not want to come to some sort of arrangement to allow us to use the venue. I asked Eljin to think about the sitaution logically, why would we book a group of 19 people, and change the terms a day before the hen, it wouldn't make any sense for us to deliberately jeopardise our booking, we had nothing to gain by doing this, but had everything to loose. Eljin continued to be rude and talk over me. Eljin told me the restaurant is busy, I should find somewhere else to go, and I'm changing the terms of what was agreed. He said Monika has worked for Ishtar for 7 years and would not have agreed these terms. He refused to think about the situation logically or even consider that Monika did in fact agree these terms, as we had nothing to gain by lying about this a day before the hen. Whenever I tried to explain the chronology of events, he would talk over me, at one point I had to ask him to allow me to finish talking, which he didn't do. Monika's response to the sitaution was to tell us she will refund our deposit and "see if you find anywhere else to accommodate you". I believe Monika and Eljin deliberately did this to try to force us into spending more than what we agreed. They left it until the week of, and the day before the hen to bring this up. In addition Monika's comment was very spiteful knowing we had booked the private dining area well in advance for the hen, and would be unlikely to find another venue to accommodate a group of 19 people at such short notice. I am unclear as to why Monika could not be honest about our agreement, and I wonder if she is afraid of Eljin and felt she had to lie after agreeing these terms with us. This would not surprise me given the way Eljin spoke to me. If he speaks to his staff in this manner, it would explain why Monika felt she could not be honest with him. Beautiful decor and lovely ambiance. Delicious Turkish food, great flavours and quality - slow cooked lamb with pear, apricot & bulgar wheat was amazing, lamb really tender and my friend enjoyed the chicken dish. Slightly on the pricier side for a Turkish restaurant but I don’t mind for the quality. There was some belly dancing going on downstairs so good entertainment available too for a Friday night. Service was good, maybe a little eager to take plates away but wasn’t an issue.

First time visiting and would definitely go back. Food was fresh and delicious.

The staff at Ishtar made our large group dining experience so enjoyable. We had several dietary restrictions (halal, gluten free, pescatarian, no spicy, kids, etc.) and they did not bat an eye lash at any of it! Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our requests is worth 5 stars in itself! The food was also great. Lots of compliments from family about the quality and taste of everything they served us. We would recommend for anyone looking for great Turkish food in the area!

Returned after 13 or 14 years and was surprised that everything was still incredible. Alkim, Serdar and the lady (forgot her name) downstairs were great. DJ Aslan made our night on the decks and the food was as good as it was years ago. I do suggest they remove some of the cheesy 'cabaret' acts and stick to the belly dancing and DJ :) will certainly return.

Okay where do I start! The team overheard that it was my birthday so they brought me cake with a candle and played happy birthday music it was the sweetest thing ever 🩷🩷not only that we were chatting with the incredibly friendly owner and he found out we were doctors and insisted we didn’t pay for anything!! I couldn’t begin to thank them enough especially Engin and Monica for a superb experience 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Also the food was authentic and tasty 10/10 👌👌

Nice , mixture of Turkish and Morocco’s food

I had the most delicious braised lamb with pears and apricots here. They really went out of the way to cater for my gluten free dietary needs. I received complementary gluten free bread and I noticed that they replaced the bulgar with jasmine rice in my meal. I was very pleased with the food and had a lovely experience. I would definitely visit again. Thank you for the brilliant service. 10/10 :)

Our first visit to this amazing restaurant, which is recommended by my niece. 6 of us went for birthday lunch on 25th Aug. We Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, friendly service and lovely decor -the whole experience exceeded our expectation! The baba ganoush and And slow cooked lamb with turmeric were especially tasty. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back again.

I went there with my friend for dinner and it was absolutely stunning. We got the Ultimate Meze Experience and Kuzu Incik which is the lamb shank to share. The portions are crazy big we almost didn’t finish them! The flavour of everything was just so good! Even the mocktail was so nice.

A very wonderful restaurant, beautiful and clean, delicious food and fresh furnishings, the staff are very cooperative and respectful, they help you and explain to you with all credibility and a nice place, very quiet and beautiful. I recommend visiting it. The employee Aqan is a respectable man, polite, respectful, humble and polite.

Every time I visit London I stop into Ishtar as it's one of the best spots I've ever been. This last go, service was not as good as usual (although, we were there at an odd time for an early dinner but it was incredibly slow despite not being too busy) but the food is absolutely outstanding and the space is beautiful. All of their lamb dishes are 10/10, and their baklava presentation is bar none. Make sure you show up with an appetite as servings are huge and you're going to want to try everything on the menu!

Good food and service but £36 “Gratuity” charge on the bill (with no opt out) is a bit much… For lunch time today the restaurant was virtually empty which raises a little concern for a Friday but not to complain as we got more attention

Good relaxed vibes with nice staff/decor and not too busy. Central location so on the more expensive end since the portions are small. The risotto was lovely and decent portion. They have a private dining area for events with a screen.

I keep going there for their baklava which is out of this world. It's got proper pistachio flavor and you can see there's really pistachios in it. This time had their savory items from the menu, very delicious tender meat reasonably priced overall great 👍
