Off the main drag of theatreland and a good find. We had no reservation but found a table pre-show and we were efficiently served. Fairly mainstream tapas but well prepared and tasty. Not astronomically expensive for central London.

I really want to say I liked this place because the service was really good but the food was too bad. One thing I liked are the calamari. The worse patatas bravas I've ever had, I tried to season them with some olive oil on the table that was definitely watered down and tasted so bitter I ended up just leaving the potatoes in the plate. The chicken was so dry we had to leave it, the ham croquettes tasted weird, left that as well, the rest we ate cause we were starving but quite unhappily. Chorizo was ok, cause let's be honest, you can't possibly make chorizo taste bad! House wine was £9.50 but tasted really cheap. Everything was overpriced for such bad quality. We had to leave to go and get food elsewhere. Disappointing and underwhelming.

What to say? So bad. The food was beyond JV for tapas. The chicken was a chicken nugget stick for children. The sauces lacked flavor. It was in a basement which felt like a basement. Just a bad call.

Very central, just next to Leicester Square and ideal for cinema or theatre. Most places near there are chains or are awful ripoffs - so it is good to go somewhere individual and reasonably good. I am surprised by the 1* reviews. It is not “wow!” But it is pleasant enough. Service was fine, the wine pleasant, food tasty if uninspired. I would not search it out or make a special effort and there are obviously better tapas in London— but if I were in Leicester Square or going to theatre I’d be quite happy to go back here for a meal.

WATCH YOUR BILL. We have been going there for years. We just discovered that they have been overcharging us for years. They put 10% service charge on the whole amount, BEFORE any cancelled dishes or corrections. The cancellations / corrections only come after the whole amount + 10% service charge. The waitress told us she only charges 1 bread £3.85 of a table of 3 people and any refill, but we were charged £3.85 per head! When I went back with the overcharged bill, she told me it was the machine. Not a good feeling after going for years.

Despite the friendly and efficient staff, the restaurant's worn appearance mirrors the lackluster quality of its dishes. Unpleasant odours from the toilets further detracted from the atmosphere. It is down stairs so a lower level,The vegetables may have been canned, soggy and overcooked, calamari was chewy. The food was acceptable - but you can do better than this, Andalucia! Disappointed to find standards had slipped and prices had risen considerably since my last visit. I last went a few years ago for pre-theatre dining. The restaurant used to have a competitively-priced set menu and friendly waiting staff. Now there is no set menu, and the drinks in particular are over-priced. The menu states which items are vegetarian, but not vegan. We had one vegan in the party and the waitress was very unhelpful when we asked which dishes were vegan. She basically gave the impression she didn't care, which is odd these days, when most establishments are more aware of dietary requirements and intolerances.

I've been here a couple of times for dinner before an evening show at the Harold Pinter or the Wonderville Cabaret. The food has been delicious and the service great on both occasions. We've gone for about 5, mainly veggie tapas dishes between 2 which is enough for an adequate but light meal. It does feel a bit on the pricy side, hence 4 stars overall, but I guess the location and convenience are enough to bring me back. I wouldn't want to go in feeling too hungry as the overall cost would sky rocket as the number of tapas dishes goes up! It feels cosy and the service has been friendly and homely which is super nice for Central London.

I have to say the wine menu had a good variety and we went for a white Rioja. The one thing you can always rely on in a Spanish restaurant is the white wine is cold ( as it should be) and very good. We had tomato on bread, chicken in white wine, and the chicken was so tender, potato brava croquettes, and a cheese platter with quince jelly. We are veteran Spanish tourists and I have to say the standard of the food was extremely high and very reasonable. We will definitely be returning & spreading the word on this gem.
