Very delicious chicken burger with spicy punch. Chips were good but they were much better with the spice on it. I recommend if you like spicy food! And If you dont like spicy food you can just leave the spicy souce out.

Ordered food for 13 people to take away. Ordered 2 family platters as well as a whole chicken. The order was large so we had to wait 20 mins so the server told us we could go for a walk then come back. Overall efficient service, got what we paid for. Plenty of sauces, tissues, wooden cutlery with paper bags all provided.

I asked 10 times for a free lactose meal, and here I am dying because of a full lactose mashed potatoes I thought It was free. If you ask for allergies since costumers sit, pelease, make sure that kitchen does right his job.

I went because someone wrote there is juicy meat; that wasn't my experience. My better half and I never heard of Nando's but the teenage boys had. Things were ok but not my preference.

The food was great but there was a luck in the service... dirty table for example.

The staff here are rude to the delivery drivers, just treat them like they're one of your customers. They're working for your store technically. Anyways hope your HR teams looks at these reviews and makes a chance.

Listen nados management team Portland st it's really simple, if you're busy at the restaurant with customers, just turn the deliveroo machine off and don't make delivery drivers and wait there for 30 min with no response from the bell I've rang.

Absolutely abhorrent staff. I was eating in and they were bullying and abusing the delivery drivers picking up orders there. Will never ever go to a Nandos again on the back of this experience

All you can expect from a Portugesian Chicken food chain. Well cooked chicken full of flavor and perfectly sauced. We also tried the chips with Chicken and medium spiced sauce and it was delicious. With the Chicken we ordered garlic bread and spicy rice for sides and eating It all mixed remebered me my trip to mozambique, lovely. The staff of Portland Street is the BEST part, lovely and caring, ill love to go back someday.

Had a fantastic time here yesterday. I had half an hour to eat and leave, and the whole team were super great about getting me my food with enough time. Thank you to Tyrese and the whole team for this!

Fast food place at a good price. We ordered several chicken pitas with potatoes and rice and they were quite good, although they abuse the spice a little in this place and it absorbs all the flavor of the food. The refill drink was not good. Price between 10-20 pounds per person. They do not charge a tip but they do require you to place the order with your mobile if you want to pay with a credit card. If you pay in cash they allow you to pay on the premises. You don't need to reserve, I recommend it.

They don’t care about delivery, packing orders for 20 min, don’t come here

It was a bit of a shambles when we went, admittedly it was a large group of 10, but after 90 minutes only half of us had our food, and some orders arrived wrong despite ordering via the website. After another 15 mins, the one person who placed an order at the counter still had no food, so she chased it up to find out they were out of stock and hadn't cooked anything. She then agreed to have "whatever they have spare", so after 2 hours we had all finally managed to eat lunch. I've added an extra star back as the food was very nice, and the manager apologised and offered us all free cake. I'm not sure if the blame lies on the staff, the communication system between kitchen and servers, or simply Nando's for not hiring enough people (it did seem to be quite short staffed), but I wouldn't risk it again with a large group.

Pleasant Nando's with the atmosphere as its biggest attribute. Food was ordered and served swiftly with quiet spaces and friendly staff. Peri chips and the butterfly chicken were perfect with the new Churrasco flavour alongside the garlic hot sauce.

Nando's chicken was tender,aromatic, moist, and tasty. The sauces were great and catered to people who like it mild, spicy, and not spicy. The sides were good, too. Love their chips!

I ordered a butterfly platter which is supposed to be 2 full chicken breasts. I couldn’t believe how tiny the chicken breasts were! Both of them together were smaller than my palm! Smaller than what 1 regular chicken breast is! Very disappointed. Have been to many Nando’s around the world and this was the worst experience so far.

This Nando’s is right next to my office and I love coming in here for lunch. The food is always fantastic and is served very quickly, and the restaurant layout is spacious and comfortable. Aishah helped me today and she was very kind and friendly. I ordered a sunset burger with peri chips and the burger was very juicy and flavorful. Overall this is a great Nando’s location!

We stopped here for dinner after the recording last week on a Thursday evening and it was quiet and the service fast.

today was the first time i ever try nando’s and i was very excited, i went in and was greeted by a sweet woman and she placed us on our table and very sweet man served our food and it was going great and the service was spectacular and the food came very fast. However we came to order frozen yoghurt and the manager took my order her name was malve and she brought us the wrong thing and we expressed this to her and she was nothing but utterly rude and extremely unhelpful and when we came to order wings she told us that they closed in half an hour so she won’t make them anymore. This woman is the worst manager i have ever come across and was seriously nothing but rude and extremely disrespectful. I cannot believe this was the way we were treated in store today and am in utter shock and dissatisfaction.

Went up to order additional food she told me sorry but we ran out and we are closing in 30 mins. Then I asked a colleague of hers and she told me it’s be cause we are closing in 20 mins and she told us to shut down the kitchen. I went to her and told her there is still 20 mins I want to order food. She starts raising her voice telling me don’t question my managerial skills. We do not have any food to serve now. So my kids decided to have soft served ice cream. They ordered she got them normal ice cream. I asked her why is not soft served. She said that this is what they ordered. Then I told her is the soft served ice cream working. She said yes, but you have to go order and pay again. Never going there again where customers are not appreciated and the lack of honesty from the manager. Two of her colleagues, I think an assistant manager and teller came to us to talk to us politely to calm us down after they saw what she did. Merve the manager was very rude… Change the manager…

Me and my family went to NANDOS we enjoyed it but we hen we went to go get dessert we asked for 2 bottomless soft serve ice cream and wings they said they can’t give us the wings because they stoped working and it was 30 minutes away from closing then they gave us Vinila ice cream and said we ordered it and declined a refund every one else from the workers were very nice but the manager marve was not honest and was very rude and was raising her voice which is unacceptable and not polite and very rude

Standard Nando fare. Nice and airy and clean. Everything was available and easy to get to. Lots of seating and staff were friendly. Nearest tube station is Great Portland Street. Warren Street station and Regents Park station are also nearby. It's about a 10-15 walk to Oxford Street... Or a 5 minute walk to Regents Park if you want to walk off some of the chicken

My friend and I visited this Nando’s on a weeknight. The food was really tasty but the only unusual thing was that the garlic bread was very spicy. Despite that one issue, we found the restaurant and staff to be great and we’d definitely visit this Nando’s again.

Great staff great service and ofcourse great food. The only restaurant my child loves to to go too! If it's chips it's got to be Nando style chips! Nandos caters to allergies too so this is a brilliant place for my family.

Ordered boneless chicken with peri salted chips and spicy rice. They were perfectly cooked. Bottomless coke was just like a cherry on the cake.

Arthur was brilliant super friendly and helpful. The whole team were great. Best Nando’s in London and we’ve been to almost all of them. The bathrooms are unique and creative.

Nandos is good not the best I've had but good

I came here for dinner with my friend and her mum and dad, it was my friends' parents first time at Nandos before, and sceptical of the spice they were, they actually really enjoyed their meals, as did me and my friend. I had a butterfly chicken done in hot spice with piri salted chips and coleslaw, and I have to say this was possibly the best Nandos I've had in my life. The staff were amazing and our server was so friendly and attentive, I could not fault them one bit. It was relatively quiet but we enjoyed that atmosphere over a crowded venue. Perfect meal, perfect hosts, what more can you say.

Lovely experience! Very memorable. Went for a lunch with my family and had the best lunch. Nicole is a superb waitress and manageress. Staff are brilliant and chefs are excellent. Mwah!

Nandos- does what it says on the tin. Always good, filling food. Nice new additions to the menu every now and again. GPS branch is a lovely space that doesn't seem to get the turnover in customers it deserves. But I suppose that is good because you are always seated very quickly. I like the flexibility of QR code or in person ordering, with very prompt service.

Gotta say - really poor service. Seated alright, placed order via QR code alright. Food took a while to come, but came without the deinks i ordered - had to ask for them. Came eventually. I'd also ordered some ice cream for dessert... never came. Asked one staff member once. Waited. Asked another staff member again.. waited... nothing. Still no sign about an hour after ordering it, i had to leave so had to get a refund. Pretty rubbish. Food was fine, but service was so, so rubbish - having to ask for almost literally everything that i already ordered and paid for. Put me off returning to Nandos again any time soon.

As with every chain of nandos they are all very similar. But this specific one is very lovely. It is massive inside and loads of big booths as well. Lots of quiet seating hidden at the back inside as well. Definitely one of the best nandos out there!

Be careful when you go there on Saturdays they’re serving raw chicken I reported that already to a local council hopefully they’ll take action soon and investigate

I went there on the 23/02/2023 at 19:30, I bought a meal with a drink for £19.40, however I asked the servant (Raneem) a specific request which was: if she could add a slight spread of garlic butter on my burger bread and toast it on the grill, like I have always done in other restaurants. She looked at me in a provocative way and said “I don’t do that in my SHOP”! I was surprised with her attitude and her naive answer, because it literally did not make any sense, then she said a very unprofessional quote which was “It cost money, it cost £3.50”. I was flabbergasted, embarrassed and very upset from this response and I had to buy an extra garlic bread… like I just spent £20 and you’re unable to provide me with a small spone of garlic butter… Its not for the money, its for the 0/0 service I have experienced.. How unprofessional!

I love Nando’s and this branch is one of the biggest. I definitely recommend it.

Great food and great service from the staff. I have been here twice and both times the experience has been really positive.

Staff was nice but the manager was very rude! Forgot the peri peri salt on my chips and peri mayonnaise which i paid for. When told did not apologise for their mistake.

Fairly disappointed by this Nando’s, food came very late and one of the meal was burnt.

We chose the 5 out of 5 in hotness scale Peri-peri sauce and it is not that bad. Server forgot our appetizers, but everyone was really nice.

This is my second visit to Nandos as a 60 year old (my first was on my birthday at the Whitely restaurant, now in Gt Portland St staff fantastic, excellent service will be coming here again
