Came here with friends. Food was delicious. We ordered the lamb, ribeye, Seabream and festive turkey. Unfortunately my friend ordered salmon and this was mistaken for seabream but we did not make a fuss. However; the service was very very very slow hence service charge was removed. The views from the restaurant was also beautiful.

I’ve been a regular customer at 14 Hills for quite some time now, and it never fails to impress me. From the moment you step into this stunningly designed restaurant with its lush greenery and breathtaking views of London, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. What truly sets 14 Hills apart, however, is the impeccable service. Francesco and Massimiliano are absolute stars! Their warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine care make every visit extra special. Whether it’s a recommendation from the menu or ensuring that every aspect of your dining experience is flawless, they go above and beyond. For anyone looking for an elegant yet inviting atmosphere, top-notch service, and incredible food, 14 Hills is the place to be. We booked bottomless brunch option and really enjoyed our time at the restaurant. For £38 you get 2 dishes, there were lots of options to choose from and the food was delicious. This month they are offering champagne as an option for a bottomless drink and it was a generous offer. What was confusing is that the entrance to the building is shared with Garden 120 and there was a long queue when we arrived - it was not clear if there was an option to skip the queue for restaurant guests; the woman at security was rude, which spoiled the impression a bit.

Overall very disappointed with our experience, our starters came out within a couple of minutes of ordering & before our wine had even been poured, the temperature of the food indicated it had been sat around in the kitchen, similar experience with the main, which came about five minutes after our starter plates had been taken away. We spent £350 for two people: 2 courses/sides, a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails each. The food was average at best. The view & decor is beautiful however for the price we paid I would have expected both great food & atmosphere.

Lovely food, had the 2 course menu of croquettes and a birria toastie. Food was really nice and had a lovely drink too. Waiting staff were very attentive although when collecting our coats, the staff on the door were a bit slow. Lovely views and would recommend otherwise!

Amazing views and ambience, the service was great. We were a large group and our server did a great job however the food wasn't impressive

The atmosphere is great. The food was delicious and the wine selection complimented the food nicely. The whiskey selection is limited with the top end being Lagavulin but Robin, amazing sevices with food recomendation. will come back.

14 Hills is a beautiful restaurant; it’s spotless, beautifully decorated and boasts fantastic views of London if you are at the right table! The staff are super friendly and ever so helpful; a special shoutout to the man who helped us choose the best wine with our meals and the young blonde female waitress who went above and beyond whilst serving us. (Really sorry I cannot remember names but we were there the evening of Nov 30th so a special mention to those two members of staff). The reason I give it 4* and not 5 is because I feel there is always room for improvement. I ordered the steak and for its cost, I did not feel that it came with enough on the side. If potatoes and vegetables were included it was have been more justifiable in my opinion. Having said that, the food was out of this world and I would definitely return. I have already recommended this restaurant to my friend and she is taking her family here on Christmas Eve! Many thanks for a wonderful evening!

Unimpressed. The atmosphere was nice along with the view, however. It seems like your typical overpriced financial district high-rise restaurant found in larger cities across the world.

The food and drink are exceptional here and the team couldn't do more to help with my events. Incredible views and lovely cosy foliage laden atmosphere makes it a special venue. Special mention to Tobias the sommelier, a charming and knowledgeable gent who goes above and beyond and knows his craft

Went here for an anniversary, and had a great time. They have an absolutely beautiful interior and atmosphere as well as a lovely view. Staff are great, they let us know that service was a bit slow and gave is a free little snack while we were waiting. Food portions are decent but could be a bit bigger for the price you’re paying. Not much the way of parking either. Overall great experience and would recommend if you don’t mind spending over £60 a head

My absolute favourite restaurant in London! The restaurant is decorated beautifully, as well as having a gorgeous view of London. The food is incredible everytime, and the staff are so friendly and attentive. (I recommend trying the truffle mash!). I believe the menu changes seasonally, as each time I've visited there's always been something new to try. Looking forward to my next visit

Toda nuestra experiencia en 14 Hills fue increíble. Conserje increíble que ofrece la carga del teléfono también. Me gustaría mencionar el delicioso filete. Mi amigo y yo somos difíciles de complacer y esta comida fue hermosa. El vino seleccionado por Robin y el sumiller era perfecto. Un precioso vino tinto claro querido por los 4 de nosotros. Expensive but the views and the atmosphere help make up for it. Lovely cocktails and the truffle chips were delicious. Come for the views, stay for the drinks.

Terrible experience. Awful service. Food came out at all different times and not what we ordered even though we had name tags with our order. We were given drinks we did not order, when we sent them back we were given them back and charged for them. Wouldn’t go back

The place is beautiful, service is alright and staff look the part but that’s not enough to justify £37 for 2 drinks at the bar… I won’t be going back

Service was terrible. Waiter tried to order for the table without our permission. The food took so long when I asked if I could get takeaway to make a meetingI was told they hadn’t start making it yet. Attempted to cancel meal was told no problem but charged anyway. And then both the waiter and the manager cornered me when I was leaving and tried to make me wait for the take away in a confrontational manner. A very strange dining experience that atmosphere was lovely. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We 4 arrived, got shown to a table. Waited 20 minutes no-one came to serve us , so we got up and left. Told reception why we were leaving. Not as if it were busy , 3pm on a Tuesday. I have been before and I must admit we weren't attended to quickly then either.

We came here on firework night to see the fireworks across the city whilst doing the wine pairing menu. Sommelier Tobias was AMAZING and so knowledgeable about the wines and the way they paired with each dish. Me and my partner decided to do different wine pairing menus so we got to try 2 wines with each course and Tobias walked us through the two different wines for each dish which made our experience really fun. I also learnt a lot about desert wines that I didn’t know before. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately for a very very expensive restaurant, the service was too slow and unorganised. Three times we were unable to order a round of drinks. And had to walk over to the waiter to ask for the bill having waited 20 minutes with not a soul in sight. I have contacted them, and they say they are investigating. So maybe I'll revise this if they're able to resolve it.

Beautiful atmosphere, the surroundings are gorgeous. Mr Araphat was amazing as he looked after our table with professionalism and courtesy. Emran supervised our table and checked twice on us to see how we are doing. Now Massimiliano suggested the best wines with great knowledge and very descriptive. Really, our night was fabulous!

Went for the bar, really nice views, great music and good options of cocktails to choose from. Served wonderfully! Best to book in advance as long queue outside but that was for the Garden. They will let you in quickly of you have reservation.

Love the vibe here, in fact you forget you’re 14 stories up. The food is excellent. Full of flavours. The ribeye on the bone is great, best peppercorn sauce I’ve had. Lovely Malbec pairing. Friendly staff.

It is indeed unfortunate that places like this lack service quality. Finished plates had to sit on the table (>20 minutes) until the bill was covered. Lowest quality tea selection, desserts are served on a warm plate. Bar service is great, highly professional.

We have been to this fine dinning restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere is very comfortable, restaurant is very well decorated and everything is sparkling clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gentleman, Emran (my apologies if i spell his name incorrectly) who looked after our table did a fantastic job by recommending and explaining the items on the menu. Atmosphere 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food and drinks 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely highly recommended

It was the great decision to come at 14 hills exactly what I wanted. Lovely inside decoration for taking pictures and bar was look attractive though. Then heads to dinner and service was extremely great by Emran who is knowledgeable and so friendly. Fondant was so tasty filling with chocolate. Will come back again.

Underwhelming. Terrible experience with waitress Jade. When she asked for our drink orders, she completely ignored me. She behaved with the same dismissive attitude to the entire table. Very cold and unprofessional, it felt condescending. The food was average and arrived cold. The highlight of our evening was the waiter named Vincent. He generously and patiently took photos for the birthday girl, a gesture we witnessed him extend to other diners as well. Would have been nice if he had been the one to take our orders too. The overall experience otherwise seems consistent with a majority of the other reviews and I would advise against dining here. Edit: The management addressed my feedback, responding to my review and extending an apology. They informed me that the mentioned waitress has been let go. I will not be visiting again however, as the food did not leave a lasting impression.

It is a fantastic place with the most beautiful interiors and view. We were served by Emran and Francesco and we received the best service. It’s. A perfect place for a weekend brunch to enjoy with family friends or partner

The restaurant itself is lovely, I can imagine in the evening it’s even better. The staff all seemed very grumpy. There must have been over 5 different members of staff came to our table at some point and not a smile out of one of them, with glasses and food plonked on the table. The food was average - luke warm and not very well seasoned. Would not recommend as £500 (including £60ish service charge) for 2 courses for 6, and not one alcoholic drink between us, is pretty pricey.

Wow this place is stunning. From the decor to the view and from the food to the service, it was top notch. We were there for a post wedding day brunch and it was the perfect setting. We went up to the gardens afterwards and the views of London were spectacular.

Had a really great experience for the dinner booked with my partner. Atmosphere was pleasant and staff were very attentive and catering towards allergens. Had great service from Saimah as she was really friendly and added to the overall experience.

You can visit the Roof top Garden before dining.We indulged in the £55 set 3 Course Menu with the bubbles on Arrival. Absolutely loved it. Fast, Quality, Attentive staff and accomodating to my Daughter's Food Allergies. They made a beautiful vegan friendly Gnocchi in place of the starter she couldn't have.

Such a beautiful place! We recently went to enjoy drinks and dessert. Everything was spectacular! The views, the decor, and the service. The desserts were to die for! I had the lemon tart. Can’t wait to return

Had lovely time with family both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Robin who served us was so warm, smiley and friendly throughout our visit which made our experience all the more pleasurable. Had my with us and everyone was super friendly and accommodating with him too :) Thank you lovely ladies at the door and chefs for a lovely time :) Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and very relaxed about his messy eating (food falling on the floor). Also asked if we needed any extra care for him which we didn’t but appreciated the offer :)

Magnificent views of restrurant which is surrounded by lots of tree and so natural. Very warm welcome from every department. Food was super tasty and coctails too. Perfect dinner After a long day, a date in this place for dinner was just perfect. We had goat cheese and tartar for starters, and it was beyond our imagination. For main, we had Sole and Beef Filet-worth every singe pound. What made our experience even better was Emran, our server. He kept a smile on his and our face for the rest of the evening. All I can say is that the food is delicious and the service is unbelievable. Thank you so much for the great evening!

Worst staff and food ever I spend 180£ I didn’t eat nothing

£400+ for brunch overall for 4 people. Service wasn’t the best and they forgot our order and needed to be reminded. Food looked good however only the starter was the best out of the whole meal. Great for photos as a content creator. However, better off going there just for drinks and the view.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary dinner and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our waitress Saimah was very attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our night. The window view of london is unreal and the restaurant itself is unbelievable.

The place is nicely decorated but the food and drinks are just ok and massively overpriced.

The ambiance of this place is just too beautiful. Loved the vibe. Food and service were equally amazing. The only downside was they have very limited vegetarian or Vegan options. But the only veggie option they had was Gnocchi which was yummmm. So can’t complain. The places gives access to wonderful terrace garden with amazing views of London.

Had a fantastic experience last Wednesday with my friends. I arrived late and they were so accommodating and nice. The attention to detail is great, the food was superb and the set menu was real value for money and it included a drink! We had a fantastic dinner. This spot gets 10/10 for me!

Such a pretty place and we was lucky to get a table by the window. We had the August set menu which was good value. Lovely staff and felt really looked after.

Service was terrible. Waiter/waitress were rude. They couldn’t even get the bill right and over charged us by £176. Waiting time for food was long and food was cold. The only good thing was the interior which can be find in any other restaurant in this price range.

Terrible experience especially when it comes to the service. Understaffed and undertrained unfortunately which ruins a venue that could be fantastic. We were a group of 8, going there for birthday of a friend. First thing they tell us, not even saying hi, is that we need to pay 6 pound per person if we want to bring out the cake we bought ourselves. I don’t understand how a restaurant like this would even mention something like that. Just sounds cheap. The food arrived late, and for anything we wanted to order we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the table although the restaurant wasn’t full. We had a problem with a steak being cold I suspect because of the mismanagement of the timings with other orders. They took it to reheat it after trying to justify that it was cold due to steak being medium rare (?). It was cold after it again. To their credit they refunded the steak fully, but in a very rude and condescending tone, accusing us of being rude and making the refund sound like a favor instead of what they should have done. In the end, even in paying the bill they were unprofessional. Took them two different bills and a couple of minutes to finally get it right. In the final bill they again had mistakes (they added an extra diet coke, which I confirmed, two times (!), with the waitress in the beginning of the night to cancel) and they added back service charge, although we asked for it to be removed. It’s really a shame, the restaurant has great potential, but unfortunately the service is terrible and clearly not trained to handle issues. For example, my friend have also left a review here; again instead of just simply apologizing they just continue to justify and explain, that’s not a behavior you want to see in middle of a birthday after you simply want them to reheat a food.

Myself and 7 other people dined at 14 Hills for my friends birthday, and while the location and design of the restaurant is flawless. The service we had was far from it. Myself and 5 other people ordered the 3 course meal special while the other 2 decided to order off the À la Carte menu. Food arrived half an hour after ordering, and all of the 3 course meals came out beautifully laid out on the plate. Extra attention to detail was made to make sure the 1 person in the group had their food made away from fish due to their allergy, which was greatly appreciated. The service went downhill when the 2 people that didn't order the August deal, had their steak come out cold and was inedible. When we raised this issue, the waitress insisted that was how the steak should be, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. We requested the service charge be removed due to the poor experience, but this was met with resistance. As it was also my friends birthday, she was told that she would be able to bring her own cake in, but that unless we ordered a dessert, we would be charged £6 per person to be able to eat the cake at the premises. After my friend kindly went up to pay the bill we all walked out of the restaurant. When I asked to see the receipt I noticed that the bill came to £468 which took me by a massive suprise. I returned to the restaurant to speak with a manager. To their credit, they acknowledged the mistake and refunded the £175 difference. However, they inexplicably added another service charge and even charged us for a Coke Zero we didn’t order. Overall, while the venue itself is impressive, I strongly advise checking your bill thoroughly before paying. The experience left a sour taste, and I hope the management works on improving both their service and billing accuracy.
