Great views of the London city skyline. Amazing hospitality from all the staff- great service and the Gentlemen’s club drink was the best on the menu. I’d strongly recommend and our server Skyros was incredibly nice. Will be back again.

I throughly enjoyed my visit here! It’s such a nice vibe. Mostly city workers, but very casual and breathtaking views of London! The cocktails were pretty good too and the staff were very attentive! I would recommend a visit for sure!

The restaurant and bar area is decorated beautifully. There is a lovely view of London, particularly once it is dark, however your view can be limited depending on where you sit. Staff were attentive and polite. The cocktails were good. However, please note the cocktails are their own creations as opposed to the typical cocktails you get everywhere. Me and my friends enjoyed our food, but there are better restaurants in London food wise. It is worth a visit and we had a lovely night. This is my second visit and I would go again. Please note the toilets are unisex.

Excellent food, I had the crab starter, which was spot on, the sea bream dish, that fish was cooked to perfection, the sauce was fabulous. The beef dish was also cooked extremely well. My dessert was knock out. Great wine list, not overly priced. Great service, especially from Saimah who was top notch. Really great decor and atmosphere. Really can't find anything to grumble about at all. Not overly priced either considering the location.

Food was nice. Staff not. Girl at cloak room was lazy and bored in her job( sat 18th Feb), very rude tbh and not what I have experienced from any top dining restaurant in London. They dumped the bill on the table and rushed dinner at a 9:30 booking on a Saturday after 4 people spending a substantial amount. Staff clearly just wanted to leave asap. If you have reservation for 9pm+ onwards don’t bother, there is a lot more amazing restaurant in London that won’t consistently rush you through your meal telling you that you need to order food 5 mins after you have arrived and be greated by a rude hostess.

Food was average, overpriced for what it is. Sommelier was good and wine was good - rest all a disappointment. The service was really slow.

Food was ok. Arrived to our reservation on time for their valentines menu with my fiancée, we didn’t get seated for another 30 mins after arriving. Service was quite rushed. All that aside, I had paid for the set menu in advance and was advised that I had pre-paid so there was no bill to settle. We were also offered water for the table which we accepted (We was also told this was part of what we had paid for). After we had left someone called my phone and rudely said in a threatening tone that there was an outstanding bill to be paid and I must return immediately to pay it. I asked what this was for she explained there was an outstanding service charge of £40 and a fee for water of £4.50, I then explained that I wouldn’t be paying their service charge due to the abysmal service and the fact that the package I had paid for was marketed as all inclusive and pre-paid. I was more than happy to pay for the water. The person on the other end suggested that it was not right and I had to pay the service charge because “It’s normal to”. I then educated her and told her service charge in the UK was optional and was not a right, she wasn’t pleased and said she would send me a payment link to pay for the water. (She hasn’t done it yet) A very poor experience. Please do better next time.

Great atmosphere on a busy Saturday night in January. Very limited menu but the food was nice if pricey. Don't have the crab starter it is tiny and tasteless but very expensive. Also be aware the toilets are unisex. They are also badly designed as the first set of cubicles are marked M and the next set F so ladies are furthest from the door and may feel uncomfortable having to push past a group of men by the basins just to get out of the room (as I did). Please swap these round so ladies have easier access to the door.

The decor and atmosphere is great however, our food was well below standard. I visited on a Monday for dinner with a table of 9. The main problem was that the food was cold when brought to the table having waited over an hour from order to receive just the main course. As well as being cold a few of the steak dishes were overcooked. The consume shown on the menu was not available but nobody mentioned this until trying to order. The toilets also had an unpleasant sewer type smell.

Excited to visit 14 Hills after seeing the photos and reading the description. Went as 4 adult’s for cocktails at 6pm on Thursday. Seated at a dark table, behind reception, nowhere near the view, sitting on a banquette, not ideal for four to chat. The only other table offered was by the toilets. The toilets are unisex and smell terrible. After our first order, no waiter could be hailed, although we eventually had two more rounds, delivered sporadically and sullenly. the service was underwhelming. A very expensive twelve drinks. I’ll be cancelling my upcoming lunch reservation and won’t be back. Very disappointing.

Good food. Terrible TERRIBLE service with staff leaders having a bad attitude that makes for an uncomfortable evening. Being told that you have to vacate the table in an hour and half when you arrive is odd. There are many restaurants in London - avoid this one thou.
