Beautiful atmosphere, the surroundings are gorgeous. Mr Araphat was amazing as he looked after our table with professionalism and courtesy. Emran supervised our table and checked twice on us to see how we are doing. Now Massimiliano suggested the best wines with great knowledge and very descriptive. Really, our night was fabulous!

Went for the bar, really nice views, great music and good options of cocktails to choose from. Served wonderfully! Best to book in advance as long queue outside but that was for the Garden. They will let you in quickly of you have reservation.

Love the vibe here, in fact you forget you’re 14 stories up. The food is excellent. Full of flavours. The ribeye on the bone is great, best peppercorn sauce I’ve had. Lovely Malbec pairing. Friendly staff.

It is indeed unfortunate that places like this lack service quality. Finished plates had to sit on the table (>20 minutes) until the bill was covered. Lowest quality tea selection, desserts are served on a warm plate. Bar service is great, highly professional.

We have been to this fine dinning restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere is very comfortable, restaurant is very well decorated and everything is sparkling clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gentleman, Emran (my apologies if i spell his name incorrectly) who looked after our table did a fantastic job by recommending and explaining the items on the menu. It was the great decision to come at 14 hills exactly what I wanted. Lovely inside decoration for taking pictures and bar was look attractive though. Then heads to dinner and service was extremely great by Emran who is knowledgeable and so friendly. Fondant was so tasty filling with chocolate. Will come back again.

Underwhelming. Terrible experience with waitress Jade. When she asked for our drink orders, she completely ignored me. She behaved with the same dismissive attitude to the entire table. Very cold and unprofessional, it felt condescending. The food was average and arrived cold. The highlight of our evening was the waiter named Vincent. He generously and patiently took photos for the birthday girl, a gesture we witnessed him extend to other diners as well. Would have been nice if he had been the one to take our orders too. The overall experience otherwise seems consistent with a majority of the other reviews and I would advise against dining here. Edit: The management addressed my feedback, responding to my review and extending an apology. They informed me that the mentioned waitress has been let go. I will not be visiting again however, as the food did not leave a lasting impression.

The restaurant itself is lovely, I can imagine in the evening it’s even better. The staff all seemed very grumpy. There must have been over 5 different members of staff came to our table at some point and not a smile out of one of them, with glasses and food plonked on the table. The food was average - luke warm and not very well seasoned. Would not recommend as £500 (including £60ish service charge) for 2 courses for 6, and not one alcoholic drink between us, is pretty pricey.

Wow this place is stunning. From the decor to the view and from the food to the service, it was top notch. We were there for a post wedding day brunch and it was the perfect setting. We went up to the gardens afterwards and the views of London were spectacular.

You can visit the Roof top Garden before dining.We indulged in the £55 set 3 Course Menu with the bubbles on Arrival. Absolutely loved it. Fast, Quality, Attentive staff and accomodating to my Daughter's Food Allergies. They made a beautiful vegan friendly Gnocchi in place of the starter she couldn't have.

Had lovely time with family both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Robin who served us was so warm, smiley and friendly throughout our visit which made our experience all the more pleasurable. Had my with us and everyone was super friendly and accommodating with him too :) Thank you lovely ladies at the door and chefs for a lovely time :) Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and very relaxed about his messy eating (food falling on the floor). Magnificent views of restrurant which is surrounded by lots of tree and so natural. Very warm welcome from every department. Food was super tasty and coctails too. I came in for lunch this week and had the most amazing experience. Emran was extremely hospitable and made we feel very welcomed. The food was incredible and I will make sure to be back very soon.

Perfect dinner After a long day, a date in this place for dinner was just perfect. We had goat cheese and tartar for starters, and it was beyond our imagination. For main, we had Sole and Beef Filet-worth every singe pound. What made our experience even better was Emran, our server. He kept a smile on his and our face for the rest of the evening. All I can say is that the food is delicious and the service is unbelievable. Thank you so much for the great evening!

Worst staff and food ever I spend 180£ I didn’t eat nothing

£400+ for brunch overall for 4 people. Service wasn’t the best and they forgot our order and needed to be reminded. Food looked good however only the starter was the best out of the whole meal. Great for photos as a content creator. However, better off going there just for drinks and the view.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary dinner and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our waitress Saimah was very attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our night. The window view of london is unreal and the restaurant itself is unbelievable.

The place is nicely decorated but the food and drinks are just ok and massively overpriced.

The ambiance of this place is just too beautiful. Loved the vibe. Food and service were equally amazing. The only downside was they have very limited vegetarian or Vegan options. But the only veggie option they had was Gnocchi which was yummmm. So can’t complain. The places gives access to wonderful terrace garden with amazing views of London.

Had a fantastic experience last Wednesday with my friends. I arrived late and they were so accommodating and nice. The attention to detail is great, the food was superb and the set menu was real value for money and it included a drink! We had a fantastic dinner. This spot gets 10/10 for me!

Such a pretty place and we was lucky to get a table by the window. We had the August set menu which was good value. Lovely staff and felt really looked after.

Service was terrible. Waiter/waitress were rude. They couldn’t even get the bill right and over charged us by £176. Waiting time for food was long and food was cold. The only good thing was the interior which can be find in any other restaurant in this price range.

Myself and 7 other people dined at 14 Hills for my friends birthday, and while the location and design of the restaurant is flawless. The service we had was far from it. Myself and 5 other people ordered the 3 course meal special while the other 2 decided to order off the À la Carte menu. Food arrived half an hour after ordering, and all of the 3 course meals came out beautifully laid out on the plate. Extra attention to detail was made to make sure the 1 person in the group had their food made away from fish due to their allergy, which was greatly appreciated. The service went downhill when the 2 people that didn't order the August deal, had their steak come out cold and was inedible. When we raised this issue, the waitress insisted that was how the steak should be, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. We requested the service charge be removed due to the poor experience, but this was met with resistance. As it was also my friends birthday, she was told that she would be able to bring her own cake in, but that unless we ordered a dessert, we would be charged £6 per person to be able to eat the cake at the premises. After my friend kindly went up to pay the bill we all walked out of the restaurant. When I asked to see the receipt I noticed that the bill came to £468 which took me by a massive suprise. I returned to the restaurant to speak with a manager. To their credit, they acknowledged the mistake and refunded the £175 difference. However, they inexplicably added another service charge and even charged us for a Coke Zero we didn’t order. Overall, while the venue itself is impressive, I strongly advise checking your bill thoroughly before paying. The experience left a sour taste, and I hope the management works on improving both their service and billing accuracy.

Terrible experience especially when it comes to the service. Understaffed and undertrained unfortunately which ruins a venue that could be fantastic. We were a group of 8, going there for birthday of a friend. First thing they tell us, not even saying hi, is that we need to pay 6 pound per person if we want to bring out the cake we bought ourselves. I don’t understand how a restaurant like this would even mention something like that. Just sounds cheap. The food arrived late, and for anything we wanted to order we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the table although the restaurant wasn’t full. We had a problem with a steak being cold I suspect because of the mismanagement of the timings with other orders. They took it to reheat it after trying to justify that it was cold due to steak being medium rare (?). It was cold after it again. To their credit they refunded the steak fully, but in a very rude and condescending tone, accusing us of being rude and making the refund sound like a favor instead of what they should have done. In the end, even in paying the bill they were unprofessional. Took them two different bills and a couple of minutes to finally get it right. In the final bill they again had mistakes (they added an extra diet coke, which I confirmed, two times (!), with the waitress in the beginning of the night to cancel) and they added back service charge, although we asked for it to be removed. It’s really a shame, the restaurant has great potential, but unfortunately the service is terrible and clearly not trained to handle issues. For example, my friend have also left a review here; again instead of just simply apologizing they just continue to justify and explain, that’s not a behavior you want to see in middle of a birthday after you simply want them to reheat a food.

I went here with my family, my husband works next to the restaurant so it was easy to find. My children loved every part of the restaurant, the decor is beautiful, the views are phenomenal, the food was delicious, they had a lovely children's menu which my boys enjoyed. Lots of different options. The staff were very welcoming, we will definitely be returning soon.

Staff were wonderful, and it has great views. Layout is nice, and we had our table and chairs both facing the window, so felt more intimate. We had the set menu, which had a lot of variety and was very reasonably priced. Would I rush back? Probably not... food was creative and tasty, but not like 'omg, this is insane'. On closer look, the tables and chairs were a bit tired. For the price you pay, you'd expect more 'wow' factor from the food and decor.

Terrible service, a disaster, no one took the order, we had to go to the bar to ask for the menu and choose and pay, then the waiter appeared and didn't know whose order it was, really a DISASTER, the hostess looked at her phone and didn't received or guided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

Awesome place with a cool view over London, you can also go up the rooftop which is quite nice and little-known (same views as Sky Garden without queues). The food was delicious but the menu is a bit limited hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Food was amazing. There was only a brunch menu for each person and you can choose a two or three-course brunch.

I expected much more from the food, the octopus disappointed me pre-cooked even though it had a very good sauce but the octopus ruined everything, on the menu there was a confusion about the meat, we ordered medium and they gave it to us raw, we sent it to the kitchen again and it came back almost the same Well, we didn't give up and we ordered coffee and the truth is that coffee is what I like the most but I couldn't drink it. I expected more from the place and with the wine they took it and put it in when they remembered. I ever had to call the waiter after waiting. for someone to show up so I could come, anyway, then with the service so good 🧐 they charged 30 pounds for service I don't know if it would have been a good service and good everything went well but it's a shame that the food wasn't good the place is beautiful

After walking around the roof garden this is a lovely bar to chill out in. It was my birthday and the staff have me a birthday platter complete with candle, totally unexpected and a lovely thought. Good views to Tower Bridge, and the Thames. Highly recommend the experience.

Celebrated my brothers 40th Birthday here and definitely made the right choice. There was a large group of us and we had a section to ourselves. Service was fantastic, Robin amd Emran were extremely patient and very attentive. Always smiling and always ready to help in any way they could. Great food and great views too. Would recommend

It wasn't good at all. We paid double for a dish that was meant to be shared between two people. And in addition, they charged for tap water served in a bottle and also charged for the bread they put on the table, without even asking if we wanted it or informing us that it was charged. After several questions, the waiter removed the charge for water and entrance, but maintained the charge for two dishes, with only one dish being consumed. In my opinion, the charge was completely undue. The beautiful environment does not match the service. I don't recommend it at all.

We went to 14 hills for dinner for my partners birthday, the venue itself is stunning.. but that's about it. The ladies at front desk were lovely but our waiter was miserable. We started off with bread and better, which was 1 roll for us both to share! £5 for 1 roll. We went for the Chateaubriand as the main which comes with baby gem and chips (for 2) at £44pp, but it only comes with 1 chips? which was a little confusing as the dish is for 2 and you're paying pp, so why would you only get 1 chips. We were quite shocked at the size of the Chateaubriand, it was enough for 1 person not for 2. The steak itself was nice, but it was nothing amazing, you could get the same somewhere else for half the price. Overall, I think this place is way over priced for what you get, it really isn't wow factor, and pretty standard, the wine they were serving us is £10 from Sainsbury but they are selling it at £40. For the Chateaubriand, an extra side of chips, steak sauce, bread and the cheapest bottle of wine, came to £180. Which is not worth it. It seemed like everyone was more there to get Instagram photos rather than anything else. I did also find it bizarre that they are on the 14th floor, so lovely views of London, but for some reason have put different colored strips going across the windows, so it massively ruins the views.

However, we understood when they informed us that those seats were unavailable due to the restaurant being busy. Instead, we were seated by the tills, where the constant noise and chatter from the staff disrupted any chance of a romantic setting. Despite the less-than-ideal seating arrangement, our waitress was lovely and attentive, which was the highlight of our visit. However, the food left much to be desired. I ordered the duck, which was a very small portion—definitely not satisfying if you come hungry. My advice: if you have a bigger appetite, go for the T-bone instead. Overall, our visit lasted about 45 minutes before we decided to leave. Given the combination of the noisy atmosphere and disappointing portions, it was not the special evening we had hoped for. While the service was commendable, the overall experience at 14 Hills was underwhelming and not worth a repeat visit.

This was a great venue to wow your guest. The dichroic glass really makes the space feel special. The food was great too, I particularly liked the lobster roll, which was packed full of yummy seafood. The guava cocktail I ordered was slightly underwhelming, but all in all, I had a great experience and I would definitely like to return in the future. All my guests were very pleased with their meals too- vegan or non-vegans!
