Nando's in Enfield

Had a family meal here, service was wonderful and staff very friendly. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The waiting staff were happy, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The food was good (had 8 different meals and all were good). Lastly the prices Nando’s charge seem fair, certain other chains charge crazy amounts but it seems Nando’s are trying their best to keep costs down. We’d visit again

Next door to our business, so this is the 3rd time we have decided to have our Business Briefing. All we can say is it gets worse and worse every single year. We work in a service industry,we know what good service looks like and therefore perhaps we were naive to think they will get it right this time.Contacted 2 days in advance to give the menu for our private event to be told that they do not take pre-orders and to call on the day of the event.As soon as they have opened,contacted them and gave our menu option,the guy read it back to me twice and all confirmed.Went to Nandos 30mins before the event starts to make sure all is okay to be told that the drinks machine isnt working so all 35 guests have to go downstairs to order,no alternative to bring up bottles of drinks.Even after asking, no plates, cutlery or glasses were served.They were left on one table so we had to sort it out even thought when booking we've asked to be all prepped if possible. 10minutes before the event was meant to start,we've asked what is happening with the food and order? One of the staff members that we spoke over the phone twice,and the staff that confirmed our order over the phone said that he dosnt know anything about this order and he thought that we will order once we are sat. Speaking to the manager (which we spoke 2 days in advance and told us we cant preorder) response was 'First time hearing of this order'....so now we can not start with the meeting until everyone is fed.No drinks and no food on the tables. In the middle of the meeting,during speeches other guests walk up shouting, speaking loduly , singing to use the toilet facilities which is understandable as that is where their facilities are but would of expect a little note or a staff member to let other guests know that there is a private event going on upstairs and to be respectful (end of the day this is what we are paying for).Salads and loaded chips were served after the mains .. - No drinks at first, Drinks machine out of service and no Plan B. - No plates - Lack of cutlery (all unfold and placed on tables by us) - Loud machines working during presentations - No signage to identify private event and so people are left wandering about upstairs - Staff very slow and not enough of them, I helped get the initial wave of food out....I felt I had to as we are on a timer during these events! - Food very sporadic with the pinnacle being 6 plates of loaded chips arriving after everyone has finished.

I love a Nando’s chicken fix so much.We went to Nando’s today for a quick lunch to break our picadilly line journey up,it was a fantastic lunch.It is a really nice layout,a spacious upstairs,a spacious downstairs and a little room to the side of the enterance .I ate in the little room to the side of the entrance it was a lovely dining experience.The decor was nice it had a lot of things that Nando’s normally does but had a twist as well which was lovely.Also the music was great as well.The toilets were clean(same as the restaurant)and I loved the view from the window.However the handryer could do with a bit of cleaning!Also the service was fantastic as well,our servers Sabz and Sylwia were fantastic.Food came incredibly quickly too.Food was also delicious too,my 1/4 lemon and herb chicken and chips was delicious.Beautifully presented,piping hot and good portions and great value!Ideal place to stop if heading into London,Disneyland,Brussels or Edinburgh.Would highly recommend and return back to

This was our first time in a Nandos for many years and I wasn't expecting much to be honest. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was very good, staff members were friendly and attentive, especially (I think he was) the manager. The food came quickly and was very tasty, I had the veggie pitta with haloumi and mushroom which was so tasty. the only downside was the air con which was on full blast and the room was actually too cold. It was adjusted though when I told staff.

I ordered Nando’s delivery via Nando’s website (Southgate branch N14) and paid and was told I would have my lunch between 2pm-2.10pm. I was waiting outside for the driver who did not show. I checked my phone and saw it had been delivered but I did not receive it. I called Nando’s Southgate branch and spoke with a Kristina who said she is the manager. She said it’s not her problem and I would have to chase it up with deliveroo. I told her with all due respect that I did not order via deliveroo but Nando’s direct and Nando’s is responsible for my food arriving. She said ‘it’s not my problem now, we cooked the food and it’s down to the delivery company’. I said I will come and collect it but again she was not interested in keeping a customer happy. This went on for 20 minutes eventually I told her it’s not right that I paid you direct for a meal that I have not received. She did not care. She should not be allowed to deal with customers and how she became a manger is beyond me. Very poor customer service skills. Needs plenty of training. Kristina you need to go for training urgent. As for the deliveroo driver who stole my food, I hope he enjoyed it. I would have been happy to buy him a meal if he was hungry and had no money to feed himself.

I have been twice on a Thursday lunch time,after my voluntary shift at North London Hospice.I dined with one my fellow volunteers,we both had the boneless chicken thighs,chips and corn on the cob,delicious!

May I like to thank the team and especially the manager this evening for providing a great meal along with going over and above the usual excellent service we find at this venue, I brought my wife, daughter and sister along with a baby. A great family place to go on a Saturday evening Thanks all

It was my daughter’s 15 birthday and we ordered a takeaway from Nando’s Southgate. Order went through and informed to pick up at 19.40!! Arrived and informed order was reject as they were “too busy”!! No food and a hungry family! Poor, poor service...

It is a Nandos nothing else need to be said. Tasty, good atmosphere, nice staff, prime localisation. And the Nandos dips are so gooooood :)
