Extremely limited menu, and even then it was poorly executed. For £8.50 I would expect more than a cheese sandwich (on what was obviously pre-sliced shop-bought bread) with undercooked (raw in the middle) chips and some lettuce/onion as a side ‘salad’. The Caesar salad was literally just lettuce and croutons, no chicken etc, yet still cost £12. Service was good, staff were pretty attentive but some music would be good for the atmosphere. Definitely would not come back, we stopped off at a cafe afterwards for some cheaper yet better food.

After attending a lovely private party at Bluebell last year, we decided to hire it for my wife's 30th birthday party early April. The level of service we received was impeccable. We had a number of comments through out the day of how lovely the venue and service was. - I think my mother in law is looking to host there in the near future too. Thank you so much Sophia, Wik, Georgia, Lara and the rest of the team for putting together the perfect party for my wife.

Mother’s Day - I called and ordered takeaway Sunday dinner on Mother’s Day and so glad I did. Called at 12ish and picked up Sunday dinner at 3.30. When I went into collect the restaurant was full but my meals were waiting for me - lovely staff as well who greeted me as soon as I walked in. Sunday dinner was delicious- plenty of meat, vegetables plenty as well and homemade gravy. All very flavourful and we will definitely be going to sit in the restaurant next time for food 😃

Popped in, without a booking, and received the warmest welcome. An absolutely charming rural pub, with fabulous food, mostly delicious countryside fayre from local suppliers. I had a delicious rabbit pie - hard to find nowadays - and my wife enjoyed guinea fowl. As we ate, frequently, locals arriving were greeted by name and seated for lunch. Although we were visitors, our welcome was no less warm. A really great pub - well done!
