What a breakfast 🍳!! Totally delicious. Plenty of food, good value for money. Really pleasant experience and thoroughly lovely staff.

Booked a table for 6 for a family get together brunch today. First time but certainly won't be the last! Smashed avocado, brekkie bowl, baby bowl, cakes and coffee (between us!) Everything was delicious. The cafe was busy but the staff were amazing and totally on it. We'll be back, thanks!Fantastic Brunch!

Just amazing! Best Pizza's I've had since Italy. Atmosphere is very relaxing and cool and staff are super helpfull. Also amazing value for money. I'll be back!

Was our favourite place to visit for breakfast, but last 2 visits have been very poor. Badly cooked hard bacon hard eggs small sausages and not much difference between small breakfast and large breakfast. Very expensive. Sadly will be our last visit

The Layland Arms deserves all 5 stars! The food was absolutely sublime, with every dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The staff were amazing, offering impeccable service and making us feel right at home. It was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My husband had a full cooked breakfast and I had egg on toast all came hot and cooked well never had long to wait and the service was also good

Sad to see a few negative reviews, as I have always found the service, welcome and food very satisfying. Apparently, improvements have been made regarding a supplier, and it is back to it's best. I have only one problem, and that is the lack of parking spaces, with only one disabled spot. Being on a small industrial park, the other businesses guard their own parking places zealously! That is the one negative for me, and I go as often as I can.

Afternoon tea- the service was very good, staff friendly and attentive. The afternoon tea comes with everything for one person on a platter which is not to my preference but not a huge issue. The two finger sandwiches were good and I would have enjoyed more. There was a selection of cakes, the nicest being the opera cake. They offer boxes to take away what you are unable to eat which is a nice touch. It was a nice afternoon : I had been there for tea two years ago and that was a great experience and the food then had been fabulous.

Very friendly staff. Visited last 4 summers. Best steak pies tasted, always brings loads home, for me, best mate and my mum. Then freeze. 35 purchased this year.

Absolutely loved it here! Fish and chips superb and cooked fresh! Huge portions! Anna the owner a lovely lady with terrific Irish ☘️ sense of humour! Best to book as only small! Right on the front so you can eat with a sea view!

Excellent walks in very peaceful environment. Cafe open en route with excellent coffee and cake. Very relaxing views seated outside at cafe.

Defo a 10! Not just the people or place BUT the sexy gorgeous lush, I’d leave my OH, coffee cake!! Phwaaaaa this is the best coffee cake I’ve had in years!!! All homemade and absolutely bloody gorgeous!! The rest of the menu is fantastic but this is my thing!!! I have to pop in at least once a week now for me treat and it’s just as perfect every time! Amazing!!!!
