Seagrass Beach Cafe in Conwy

Had a delicious lunch bowl and pleased you're dog-friendly. However, I was somewhat put off by the fact that I was seated facing the front windows and had to eat whilst watching four different big fat bluebottle flies buzzing in the windows. On a cold Ferbruary day? I haven't had any flies in my house all winter......they didn't come near any diners...but, like I said, off-putting.

I opted for the BIG BREAKFAST What I got was a average breakfast which took so long to arrive I almost left seeing as the 3 ‘teenagers’ running the show didn’t have the knowledge or experience to inform their customers just how long the wait is going to be for a brunch let alone the 25minutes we had to wait for our tea and coffee! Once the so called big breakfast arrived the portion of beans was literally no more than a table spoon and upon asking one of the teenage waitressing staff if that was it? She looked shocked and stunned someone dare ask for more (Oliver Twist!) The beans was served in the same size pot that the tomato sauce or mayonnaise is served in!!

Nice cafe on the beach , went in 11.35 am for a breakfast with some toast and jam for my wife , only to be told breakfast finished 5 mins earlier !!! Had cheese on toast my wife had a piece of cake instead which was excellent. What happened to all day breakfast ! About 20 mins later after I had orded four lads popped in and got full Welsh breakfasts ... Shame because the breakfast looked superb they had ... Sadly poor inflexible service like that is a sure way to loose custom , I will stick to the cafe on the beach in future much more friendly and better service ..

Really low service. We had to cancel our food and waited 20/25 minutes for two coffees. They only started making the coffees when we politely chased for them, as there were a couple of waitresses stood around chatting. We were given attitude when we asked for them. It isn’t the first time we’ve experienced slow service at this cafe unfortunately which is a shame as the food is lovely and it’s a great spot to stop for a coffee after a walk.

Great breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. The dogs loved their breakfast sausages too. Highly recommend visit. 😁👍

Just been to this cafe ordered 2 milkshakes a bueno one and a Nutella one, took over 25min to make we only went in to kill time because we were 30min early for my sons football game near there.i had to tell them to hurry up and both milkshakes tasted the same they'd put mint icecream in them so kids didn't like it. £9.50 wasted. Also we ordered coffees but had to cancel them as we didn't have the time and had to get to the game, it wasn't even busy in the cafe so dont know why it took so long.When I cancelled the coffee the 2 ladies were rude.

This is a lovely little cafe, it is very homely. The menu has a good choice, including some interesting heathy options. The coffee and cake is very good too. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A lovely place for breakfast or lunch or just coffee and cake. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Delicious fish and chips for lunch, cooked fresh and speedy delivery with friendly staff. The best place to go to for food in Llan.

Booked a table for 6 for a family get together brunch today. First time but certainly won't be the last! Smashed avocado, brekkie bowl, baby bowl, cakes and coffee (between us!) Everything was delicious. The cafe was busy but the staff were amazing and totally on it. We'll be back, thanks!Fantastic Brunch!

Brilliant service and lovely food. We had cooked breakfasts and all thoroughly enoyed. It wasnt greasy and did not feel bloated afterwards!

We managed to get there just in time to reserve a table at this very popular place just across from the sea. The place is dog friendly, which suited us and with some very friendly members of staff and a great menu, we were very impressed. We had brunch dishes, which were delicious and quite reasonably priced. The doggie sausages went down a treat!!

Popped in for a snack on Sunday lunchtime. Very friendly staff, we knew they were busy & we were advised of the wait, so we didn’t mind, & the drinks came quickly. The food is freshly cooked & slightly different from your usual cafe. I had the veggie breakfast bowl, it was lovely & the staff were very attentive to my dairy intolerance & substituted items accordingly. Lovely relaxed atmosphere & attention to small details added to our enjoyment. Won’t hesitate to go back.

I phoned with 1 days notice for a large order for a family gathering. The team at Seagrass were happy to take the order and the food was wonderful.. Everyone loved their meals…. And priced so reasonably!! Will definitely be returning again….

Great after a Sunday walk, called for coffee and stayed for cake as well. Carrot cake was delicious, water bowl for the dog. Staff super helpful and refilled our water bottles for the walk back along the coastal path.

Visit this cafe every weekend, they’re absolutely spot on every time. Family run, warm welcome, dog friendly, amazing food, great coffee. What more could you ask for? Nice relaxed atmosphere and they work so hard. Absolute gem of a place and gem of a family! Good drinks selection and amazing cakes & milkshakes! Love this place ❤️

Yesterday I ate with 2 friends in this fabulous restaurant. As a Coeliac I had a huge amount of gluten free choice from the menu which was a wonderful surprise. The waitress assured me that a member of the family was coeliac and the chef had extensive knowledge. My choices were varied and interesting and I decided on chicken tacos which were absolutely delicious. Thank you so much I will be returning very soon.

Went as a family for a brunch. Two vegetarians in the group. Excellent food all round and really friendly staff. Venue is dog friendly and young child friendly. The two young front of house staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Venue is cozy so if planning on visiting as a group might be worth phoning ahead to book. I normally go for the standard Welsh Breakfast but on this occasion opted for the Seagrass Brekkie Bowl. Such a creative dish, full of flavour would highly recommend. Reasonable price and lovely people. We will be returning for certain!
