Great drinks at great prices, all served with a friendly smile! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will be back to repeat our experience!

Food not hot. Lumps in everything. Service slow. Prices high. Huge gaps between courses. Our coffee was ordered but we had to remind the Staff to bring it to the table. My fellow diner found two hard lumps of carrot at the bottom of the bowl the tepid tomato soup was served in

Have visited 3 times recently and will definitely be going again. First visited for lunch - had the eggs benedict which tasted lovely, and very well presented and have been back twice since for coffee. The coffee is lovely here. Cute little garden out the back to enjoy the sunshine (when it shows up of course) and the decor inside is spot on. Haven't tried the cakes or pancakes, but they looked amazing from what I could see. Parking round the corner is free too! Fully recommend this little gem in Abergele.

Been given a 20 pound voucher from the caravan sales manager. I'm an owner no date on the voucher. Went to bar with the voucher the bar staff wouldn't accept it ! Another nail in the coffin as an owner

Layout again was a problem just like the zoo itself for people in wheelchairs due to Buggies and layout of tables etc. Hot food was limited menu a little pricey. My personal opinion maybe have somewhere for buggy's to go outside . And re think inside furniture layout

Visiting Brown's bar and grill every weekend is the highlight of our week. My husband and I always have food here. The freshly battered fish, chips and mushy peas are great. The carvery on Sunday is the best I've ever had. I really just wished there were more choice for desserts. The management and their staff are so friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work you do as we do appreciate it.

Had a really good night. The atmosphere was great, the music was to our taste and the staff were lovely. The manager Sharon really made us feel welcome. We will be back. ☺️

What a shame the landlord allows such racist people and remarks in the pub. An elderly lady broke a glass. Watch your dog she shouted. Then shouted oh never mind it's just an English dog. That was bad enough but everyone who came in she laughed about it and showed off. Not one member of staff stopped her. We left without eating.

Visited Friday 27 Sept 24 - sunny lovely day up at the Great Orme. Cafe was packed with school kids & others. Had the hot choc with whipped cream, chicken nuggets & a sausage - very good. Conga line - pick your choices & pay at counter. Short wait for drinks. Warm inside & tables clean. Customer service good. A welcome break 👍🏼👍🏼

not been in here for a very long time and although it looks ok on the surface its ready for a new everything...The beer was good but like everywhere overpriced but we do live in a holiday resort and the locals are expected to pay holiday prices too.(no wonder the pubs trade is dying)Toilets are in need of a full refurb and look as if someone is in the process of attempting to start the process 🤔 Pleasant enough place to enjoy a few beers but feel it could do with an update.

We went for tea and cake during an afternoon visit. Red flag alert as soon as we arrived as the waitress started to explain to us how busy they had been and that there was only 2 of them in so they were closing the kitchen and they were only light bites available. We ordered 2 pieces of cake and 2 teas. We waited patiently as eventually she brought 2 cups with 2 different saucers plus a stainless steel filthy teapot which had seen better days. The cake arrived and it was really dry to the point of asking the waitress, ‘have you any pouring cream?’ just so we could get it down the red lane! The answer would you believe was “no”. I poured the tea from the teapot and more of it went on the table then in the cup. Finally the bill was an extortionate £14 pounds and 40pence I kid you not. Asked if everything was okay I said “The cake was very dry” she replied, “It’s been in the sun!” Anyway that was our experience and looking at reviews it seems it’s normal .

Came to asda to do the weekly food shop went to the check out and greeted by the friendliest member of staff imaginable called Mia (purple hair) the funniest friendliest member of staff I have ever come across in asda she definitely deserves recognition for her polite towards each and every customer! You need more staff like Mia! :)

Have been in here before some time ago, on this visit I noticed it was looking very tired, plus a horrible greasy smell. There were 2 people in there running round and working very hard, plus they were very pleasant. I had a cream tea, it was excellent my friend a huge baked potato also very good.
