Ordered coffee and cake last slice of cake looked inedible so ordered white toast and preserves. Coffee undrinkable, obviously stewed for some time. Asked a second time which toast I wanted. Repeated again white! Came with no preserves. Asked waitress for preserves and was told it was the machines fault? What machine? Partner had scones at £4.50, not worth the money. Avoid this place there are much better places where the staff concentrate on their customers instead of their last night out. Recommend Llandudno Coffee Centre, attentive staff, good food at fair prices.

A bit slack with service. Ordered coffee and food. Had to chase up half the order as they forgot to give us the food. The food, which was a cheese sandwich and victorian sponge cake, was very poor.

A bit slow to serve but a really nice coffee. Wonky tables and chairs outside. I'd call again I suppose.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Good menu selection, be careful if you order the club BLT it is huge. Good value for money and delicious food.

Not the best of experiences to be honest. Went in late afternoon for coffee and cakes. Nothing wrong with the cakes or coffee or the younger members of staff. They were extremely polite. Sat down and was waiting for our order to arrive and when this arrived we were greeted by the server 'Julie' that we were basically sitting in an area that had been cordoned off due to slippery services. This was not cordoned off until after we sat down by the politely spoken younger member of staff. (A barrier of two chairs put across the area) We did not argue our case as we thought she clearly was not in the mood for reasonable conversation by her facial expressions. Lack of observation and communication on her behalf we all felt. Also jestering about members of staff between staff members observed indiscreetly Just NOT a recommendation in our opinion for future visits.

Been here many times always great service with a smile no this time,Our drinks came prompt but the tea cup had a dirty ring round it plus the milk bottle had a big chip out of it.asked it to be changed and it was but banged on the table no apologies no nothing. Will not be going back.poor

Called in for a scone and tea/coffee, looked ok from the outside, but once were seated and the girl took our order, I don't think she had washed her T shirt in a while, the other assistants was the same. The drinks arrived on a dirty saucer, everything looked like it needed a good wash. It was expensive for what we had and I definitely would not go back.

We arrived at 2pm and sat down at one of two available uncleared tables which still had the last visitors drinks on. The cafe looked relatively busy so we didn’t mind this. We ordered drinks which came relatively quickly and then the waitress brought us food menus and explained that they weren’t serving anything from the “main menu” section. This was annoying but again, we understood. We then ordered a club sandwich, a tuna ciabatta and sausage and chips. Our waitress informed us that there was no white bread, so the club sandwich would have to be on brown which we agreed too. The waitress then asked if we’d like salad or chips with the ciabatta, when I asked which it came with as standard she said “oh you can have either” at which point I opted for chips. A few minutes later the waitress came back to inform us that they had no sausages for my sons meal, she offered bacon as an alternative which we agreed too. She then re-appeared to tell me that chips would be at an additional cost as they didn’t come with the ciabatta as stated earlier, after cancelling the chips she left once again. However not for long because her next visit was to inform us that there was actually no tuna either. She offered bacon sandwiches as an alternative which feels like an odd offering to me. At this point we cancelled our food (which we had to clarify to a second member of staff as the phrase “cancel our food we’ll just pay for our drinks” was apparently difficult to understand), finished our drinks and left. This establishment should consider renaming its self as “love to eat what little we have available” and maybe training its staff better. Went to Wetherspoons instead, paid £28 for 3 meals and 3 drinks and left full and happy.

I have visited this cafe in the past, and had a very pleasant experience. Therefore I made a conscious effort to visit again whilst in the area. I am leaving this review as I feel constructive criticism should help a business improve. The positive, staff were friendly on arrival and welcomed our pooch, very good menu and variety of beverages. We chose the afternoon tea, very fresh cakes and tasty, however the negatives….the tea pot was very tea stained, as was the cup and saucer, both members of staff had very dirty t-shirts, quite off putting, a simple apron in a neutral colour would avoid this.

Entered the cafe for tea and cake but after being given a table noticed our table needed good wash down, staff not really bothered, very disorganised, couple on adjacent table had to ask staff to clear table and then another prompt to wipe table down....... I will not be visiting again

Llandudno - The most expensive coffee - regular flat white, £4.25 - we have ever had anywhere in the UK.

I asked for a tea. Didn't mind if a pot or mug. Payed 2.99. Went outside to sit. As served at the table. The tea was in a good-sized pot. I know from experience the pot this big would not cope with one tea bag. So I poured tea in cup and added the tea bag. Waited for it to brew. Nothing. So when the girl came to the next table I asked for another tea bag. ( did tell her this one was not working) Put it in my cup, nothing. Waited a while, put the tea bags in the tea pot. Added milk and sugar. Awful. Left it. It was not drinkable. Absolutely the worst cup of tea in llandudno. And no, I don't drink coffee so this was not an option. Would have given it no stars if I could

Lovely little cafe, staff were really friendly, one of the staff was in training and a bit quiet but still very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, waffles are divine! Always love to visit when I want brunch in Llandudno

Very disappointed with food and very overpriced for what you get. Cheese sandwich on brown bread which was like eating rubber and one teaspoon of shop bought coleslaw. The mega burger and chips were dry and overcooked and they were both overpriced. Told person at counter when I went to pay and she just said sorry about that and asked for payment. Would not recommend sorry

Classic style café situated in the heart of Llandudno. Friendly staff serving great quality food and drinks. Clean and fresh, those big café chains can't offer the same level of service as they work on profit, not the customer, unlike the guy's at Love To Eat...

Great little cafe very friendly. We only stopped for coffee and cake but was red hot and cake was home made and a good portion. The breakfasts on the next table looked great. Thanks for a lovely mid morning break in our busy tourist preamble 👍👍😊😊

Great little cafe close to the sea front. Amazing cakes! The best carrot cake I've eaten 😋. And the staff were all friendly & efficient. Give it a try.

Rude Manager! My Daughter tried to help clear the table we wanted she was barked at " leave it we will do it" !! By the Manager. Then our order was slammed on the table with her repeating"water " " cake " no " enjoy your food etc felt like I walked into a Karen's diner! Miserable staff food not worth the price. Avoid especially if your a different skin tone to them staff!

From the outside looked a lovely clean cafe with reasonable pricing. The food was really disappointing. I had a fish Goujon sandwich with chips. The chips were not home made, but edible however the sandwich was really below par. 2 small goujons about the size of my thumb, soggy batter and cooked badly. So mostly a bread and lettuce sandwich. When we advised the waitress she just apologised. Very dissapointing

Worst breakfast ever served on damaged plates . The slob who cooked the food needs to go and learn how to cook properly. My friend took his breakfast back and I barely touched mine yet were still charged £20 for them!! This place needs shutting down! Cheap meats used for a breakfast that I wouldn't even give it to my bloody dog!!

We had a toasted tea cake with a hot chocolate and tea. The tea was fine but the hot chocolate although nice was in a very small what I would describe as a small Americano style coffee cup and cost £3.75 . Expensive for the size of the amount of drink. You just feel ripped off at that price for what you got. Won't be going back there again. There are other cafes that do a larger size at similar price. The service was friendly. Shame the hot chocolate was so small. Otherwise very pleasant and warm on a cold winter day.

Not good, the waitress tried the guilt-tip technique ‘the card machine will ask you to add a tip, you can select 10 or 20 percent’ I had to put my glasses on to find the no-tip option !

Three members of staff were miserable, rude, standing about, tables needed to be cleared, yes it was busy but still........ Asked for a little cup for the little one and the look we recieved. Still had to ask again when served. Costs nothing to smile and be polite. Positive though cappuccino was nice.

Pay people their wages on time!

Asked for latte, and what I received was a small cup of frothy milk. No coffee...... wasn't happy

Just awful. Although it wasn’t on the menu I asked if I could have avocado (had seen it was a possible addition to a burger) with poached egg on toast. Told that they had stopped doing breakfasts although they have all day breakfasts on! Basically got a slice of toast on top of lettuce (!) with smashed avo and scrambled egg and seaweed and tomato. Weirdest concoction!! My partner’s full English was dry, and everything was overcooked with a fried egg but yolk completely solid. To make things worse we both ordered an orange juice £2.50 for a plastic beaker of Oj which was about a quarter of a pint! I would avoid if I were you. Overpriced and really quite disappointing.

Called in quite late in the day for coffee, tea and cake which were all fine. The lady serving us was pleasant though other staff were were just sat chatting with each other, singing and playing music loudly from their phone, oblivious to any customers. Not a great atmosphere to enjoy a cuppa. Toilets not great.

Went in to order, told politely it was waitress service and someone would come to our outside table. Sat for 10 minutes waiting but no one came for our order. Went across the road, same principal, served straightaway.

We ended up here on a rainy afternoon, when the cafe we had intended to visit was shut for a couple of days and this one was nearby. How lucky we were!! My daughter and I had tea/coffee and cake - the staff were really friendly, the cakes were delicious and to my great joy, they didn’t have music playing! (I’m autistic and very noise-sensitive, and find eating in places with music playing a real struggle as then people shout over the music). These are clearly very kind people as well - there was an older couple having some food at the table next to us, and although the cafe had officially shut and wasn’t letting any more customers in, and the staff were starting to clear up, the lady at the next table wanted another coffee and they happily made it for her. Lovely people and a really friendly place - top marks from us!

My first experience of this establishment was rubbish due to the slow service where we ended up walking out and finding another coffee shop so I gave the place a second chance today and this time it was just as bad. We were initially told there was a 15 minute wait for hot drinks after waiting by our tables for 5 minutes, not sure why as the place was less than half full. Unfortunately , the teacake that had been initially ordered had arrived with the promise of a knife for the butter to follow. I had to eventually get up and request a knife as the teacake was getting cold. Half an hour passed so with still no sign of the coffees we decided to walk out. We paid for the teacake, which was painful. To me the owners can’t cope if there are too many orders and if that is the case they need to get rid of serving food and just concentrate on cakes, toast and drinks. Much better coffee houses within the area and far cheaper.

The food was minimal I had the small breakfast not even one slice of bacon it was more like an odd bit half of a tomato one egg one sausage. One slice of toast Cutlery was dirty when I asked for it to be replaced the gentleman made a fuss and asked me what I would like him to replace it with rather Unprofessional very overpriced for what you get. You’ll be better off, going to Greggs and getting a bacon baguette and a cup of tea.

Such a lovely cafe! We were on a day trip and walked in because it looked so inviting. All the staff we spoke to were lovely and we had a lovely meal. The coffes were great. I would recommend the flapjack- best I've ever tasted. My friend had the breakfast bagel and said that the sausages were really good quality. I felt very welcome taking my two young children in and they really enjoyed their toast and jam. I found the prices very reasonable. We will definitely be back next time we visit llandudno. Thank you to the lovely staff as it got our day trip off to a great start

We recently had a weeks holiday in Llandudno and called in 121 for breakfast, it was so good and the staff so lovely that we went there every morning of our holiday. A special mention to Beth and Guy but including all the staff whose names i dont know. I dont usually do reviews on line, but felt I needed to..........the porridge was great, we will go there now everytime we are in Llandudno, please tell them thankyou from Doreen and Jim.

Overall we had a nice experience as the staff are lovely and the place is quite relaxing. We felt that perhaps the portions were on the smaller side considering the price although the food was ok. There was also quite limited options considering we were there at a normal lunch time hour. Enjoyable milkshake and welsh lager.

Really was lovely food and good quality for the price point. The decor was nice and the staff were friendly and polite. Loses a star because it needed a clean and they didn't have enough glasses to put customers drinks in so we were given takeaway coffee cups for our lemonade!! We would return as it was overall a lovely experience.

Dirty cutlery and glass. Order is taken at the table but you pay the bill by going to the counter. The young girl was speaking very politely and chirpy, that was until she asked me “the card machine will ask if you’d like to leave a tip” her and her boss were just staring at me to see if I’d give a tip and obviously I hit “no thanks” and immediately her politeness and chirpiness went! I had the fish finger sandwich and my partner had the tuna sandwich. Tuna and Mayo both of cheap quality and tasted awful, fish finger sandwich was apparently cod goujons but after looking inside it was nothing but cheap fish fingers. Waste of money and we felt gutted that we didn’t go elsewhere instead.

Only had drinks outside in the sunshine. Great service very quick and friendly.

We visited for lunch and it was excellent . We had Caesar salad and soup with a sandwich . Beautifully presented and excellent quality . The service here was second to none . Highly recommended

Oh Dear - What has happened here? I know things have risen in price but this place has gone down hill in so many ways. Staff lovely. The place needs sharpening up getting tatty. Menus in very poor condition. Ok now the important bit - the food. Ordered Chicken and chips and received chips - ok, gravy - not bad, Colesaw - a tiny bowl maybe 2 or 3 teaspoons and Chicken - well It was not what I expected. 4 chicken strips battered.!! It wasnt cheap but frankly I prefer good quality at any price. This sad as it used to be really good - one of the best.

Rolled up at cafe, very windy and cool outside. We were welcomed and found a nice table. However, after 30mins the sun came out and it was like being in a greenhouse. That didn't bother us too much. We had nice cappuccinos and order our food. Now to tell you we had a laugh, is an under statement, interaction with the waiter was hilarious. Well done you, we loved your service. If we lived here and not holidaying we would frequent regularly. You try it an see.

We took our dog and two year old and we’re so well looked after. Both my daughter and dog were made a fuss of, the food yummy and the coffee delicious. We will be back! The best cafe in Llandudno in my opinion!

Best coffee in Llandudno drive about 23 mile every other week to look round and always call in.

Poor management and customer service. They had run out of many options by 4pm. A lot of staff but customers left ignored. Manager appalling and really felt for the staff working under her. Club sandwich consisted of a deep fried chicken burger . That was definitely not on the menu. Manager waived the bill which I had not asked her to do… member of staff keen to complain on my behalf. Two mins after waiving the bill staff run after me screeching “You haven’t paid”. There ensues a showdown in front of full cafe of disgruntled customers. Felt like I was in a twilight zone of craziness. Much better food and service can be found close by.

It was the sore point in my otherwise brilliant day. The food was passable and we were hungry, so we ate it. But I left feeling despondent. We ordered and I noticed it was v pricey. £11.95 for a club sandwich. We ordered a club sandwich, chicken strips and chips and 2 sprites. At £2.95 for a 500ml bottle of pop was v expensive First they had run out of sprite, they had no ice so the drinks were more tepid than I would have liked. The chicken and chips was several southern fried chicken strips and literally a hand full of chips. For £12!! There is a Wetherspoons across the road that offers a larger portion with a drink for £4 less. My club sandwich was advertised as containing avocado. This was a selling point for me. There was no avocado. The bread was soggy and the cheese was a processed cheese slice or the burger ilk. Again is was £12!! I’m not bothered about spending that sort of money for quality products but it all felt like cheap produce, not sold as advertised, for premium prices. I did inform the staff at the time that there was a key ingredient absent and was told they would feed that back to the kitchen. All in all the food was palatable but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never return. When asked if everything was ok when settling up I said it was ok as that was the kindest thing I could say.

My friend and I visited One Two One today, Saturday 25th March. The cafe was VERY busy, but Dawn, the manager, did her utmost to get a table ready for us, and then to take our order as quickly as possible! The service was fast, friendly, and they were working hard with the cafe full, but Dawn and Laura, were smiling and friendly! This made our visit our very pleasant. and memorable one! The food was excellent too! Thank you Dawn and Laura! See you soon, next time we visit Llandudno ! Mary

Very cute shop and not as expensive as the other cafes in the town! The menu had a big range of foods to choose from, but I'm not too sure on the vegan options. The milkshake machine is broken which is a shame and we arrived at around 2/3pm and they had run out of a lot of things we wanted to order e.g., quiche and cheese.

Ordered Leek and Potato Soup. Took half an hour to come and was tasteless, watery and synthetic, bread roll was a frozen baguette. Worst soup ever. 😧😧 Told the waitress when paying. No offer of discount, voucher, nothing!!!

My favourite place to come for breakfast in Llandudno. The staff and the food are excellent, highly recommended!

Delicious food and drink. Lovely friendly service. Served our son first so he wasn’t waiting too long for his food. It was horrendous weather and we were welcomed into the warm, and warmed up with tasty warm drinks. We didn’t have one, but the cakes looked amazing!!

The fish, chips and peas were really tasty. The fat chips were fantastic. The kids version was good although a few more chips would have been perfect. Staff were nice and prompt.

Treatment at Reciption like you are begging them. We ask if we can use toilet first we were told to find a table first set down order then you are allowed to use the toilets. But the tone was really aggressive and intimidating like get out of here. My friend and I was very come. The lady l never apologies for her mode attitude. Coffee was OK. Sweet was Good.

Went for lunch, in-laws had the full monty breakfast, I had pancakes, both were quite small and a bit lacklustre. My wife had a quiche which was warm in the outside and “freezing cold” in the middle…not good enough. Considering the location this place is woefully average, bordering on inadequate.

English breakfast was alright. Tea delicious. Pancakes were good. Cosy place. Staff were nice. Only issue was how sticky the tables were. I always carry antibac cleaning wipes. Tried cleaning the table and the stickiness would not come off. Should replace table tops or cover them with towels.

Really nice coffee and cake and dog friendly which is always good, we'll definitely visiting again when we're in Llandudno

Lovely little cafe. The food was great. Service attentive without being overbearing. Two of us visited - both had a breakfast type meal and a drink each. Just over £20. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Came here for breakfast, lovely service from a young red haired man. Food came quickly, I had a small breakfast and the quality was impressive. Thick bacon and very big sausage - most pleased! Cafe was cute and clean Staff also went beyond giving me extra syrup with my coffee - which was delicious. Reasonably priced too, deffo recommend

Had enjoyed my time at another cafe in the chain and though this cafe looked nice too, and liked the fact that the door was kept open, but .................. When my cheese sandwiches arrived, I had just seen the food safety rating on the door, 3/5. Could have been better. Noticed that the plate with the cheese sandwiches had lots of splashes of ?? water over the plate. It really looked as though someone in the kitchen has shaken his wet hands all over the plate. Very offputting. I ate just a quarter of what was on my plate but felt it was unsafe to eat any more. The plate itself was not appealing either. It looked like an old, slightly damaged tin plate. I told them I did not want to get the pot of tea I had ordered after all. I didn't trust it. True, they did not charge me for the pot of tea I rejected, but I am very disappointed that they charged me in full for the sandwiches which I felt were unsafe to eat. I told both the female waitress and a man who was at the till about the situation. Really, I should have refused to pay anything at all. I took a photo of the splashed-with-liquid plate. I might take this matter further. It is just disappointing that they did not seem to care When I told the waitress about the situation, I was very discreet, as I did not want to cause any trouble. Really, I should have shown the plate to other customers and potential customers and kicked up a fuss

Came to visit here on our last day of our trip which was 16th feb 2021. We got told that this cafe was dog friendly the day before ( which was closing time ) so we decided to stop here before we went back to London. We were welcomed instantly , the dogs got a water bowl and doggy treats with the friendly staff Leah and Chris! Me and my partner are vegan so Adam suggested what we could have , they even had vegan options for cake! My partner had a latte from Adam and he said it was one of the best latte’s he has ever tried! We stayed the a while , we felt comfortable as it was a windy rainy day so this was the perfect stop to stop by! We got to know the staff their and they had lots of interesting stories to share! Adam left us a great impression with how friendly, attentive, accommodating and genuine he is! Left us with a smile and kindly took photos of us ( as I had a selection of camera’s I brought with me in this trip). Nice atmosphere! It was worth the visit and definitely going back there when I next visit! Thanks to Adam , Leah and Chris for the incredible customer service and experience!

Disgusting service and waitress attitude. Arrived to a busy cafe, we were told to wait 5 minutes and our table would be cleared and our order would be taken. 20 minutes later, no sign of our waitress. Eventually we caught her attention and called her over. We began to place our order when she laughed and said there were no more scones and they'd ran out of a lot of food.... we then asked what cakes were on offer and she said she didn't know what they had? No apologies for our wait and to be greeted by such an attitude for no reason was disgusting. We couldn't believe we were sat there that long and received such appalling service. Young blonde needs training in people skills not just customer service.

Awful experience. We had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged by staff, they were slightly busy so we were patient, only to then be sat at a dirty table. The staff inside dropped plates and cups multiple times in the span of half hour, meanwhile other customers and us included were ignored and waited over 20 minutes before eventually giving up and leaving. Inattentive staff and bad service.

We always used to go to this cafe but my partner and our little dog Rosie went yesterday it was awful two tea cakes cup of tea came to over £11 pounds I asked for a glass of water. It never came. The previous owner was great good prices. But these. Never again. Well over priced.

Everytime we visit Llandudno I always thought this cafe looked lovely but it's always been so busy when visiting! However today there was a few empty tables so we thought we'd pop in for lunch after a walk around the Orme! Well.. I can't comment on the food because we decided to leave and didn't stay.We were greeted by a young server who seemed very flustered, stated that they were only serving sandwiches and then asked us to stand to one side whilst he cleaned a table for us. We were then served 15 minutes after the couple who were stood behind us at the entrance (pet peeve of mine regardless) and eventually asked what we would like to have.. I asked for two cheese and onion sandwiches and we were told that they 'only had enough cheese for one sandwich' and that they had a 'shortage of ingredients'. We felt that during the ordering service that we had been put in a corner and forgotten about unless sat outside.. we dreaded to think how slow the main service would be and we had paid for the car to be parked for a certain amount of time by that point I'd of felt rushed.The waiter seemed to be running the place single handed and you could tell by the way he dashed all over the place.. however we felt misinformed. If we had known the kitchen situation not just 'sandwiches only' we would of gone elsewhere. We went to another cafe and had the best service, swings and roundabouts!

I must admit if I had read previous reviews I would never have come here. However we were looking for a spot in the sun as everywhere was really busy so we chose here as it had a free table. The outside tables are in a good position for people watching and sitting in the sun. They did warn us when we sat down that they were busy and it would be a half our wait - however the food came sooner which was a positive. Unlike previous reviews we had no problem with the friendliness of the staff but they didn't come back to check if the food was OK or if we needed another drink. I had the ploughman's which I asked for with brown bread but it come with a white roll. However it was as described although I have to say it didn't have a lot of flavour. My husband ordered a panini but when it came it was a toasted sandwich. That too was OK but nothing great. In fact as I'm writing this I'm wondering if I've been generous giving it an Average score!

We arrived after the lunch rush and were seated inside. The staff were blunt and unhelpful. One member of staff had a visor on. Another had a mask but was wearing it under their nose, and finally the one who appeared to be the manager wasn’t wearing a mask at all! The food we ordered was dry and burnt around all the edges. No check back was made to check if everything was alright with the food though. Despite it being table service, people kept having to go up to the bar and ask for an extra drink or for the bill as they were taking so long to get to tables. When we finally got someone’s attention for the bill they brought over the wrong one. In all it was a terrible experience, a waste of money and we were left completely unsatisfied!

Went to the one in the Victoria centre. Awful dirty glasses and plates. The burger was meant to have a brioche bun but it was a cheap ready sliced roll with grated cheese not even melted and the burger was tiny and the cheapest you can get all for 8.95 a disgrace would never go again.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday dinner time. The staff told us to wait outside while they cleaned the table.They were quite rude!! We all ordered fish and chips. I have to say it’s the worst I have ever eaten. It was all crunchy hard batter and not much fish. It wasn’t worth the £10.50 price tag. The staff were arguing at the till and one of them were in tears. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

This is a lovely place to eat especially for breakfast. loved the decor and the staff were aslo lovely. Very clean and well planned out for the present situation.

I have to say I'm shocked at the reviews I have just read as our experience was so positive today . Only waited 10 mins (only to be expected in current climate) ordered two breakfasts while waiting table was cleaned fully before we sat down good was lovely and hot . The two staff on duty were brilliant even thou they were very busy.

As early door customers we ordered two bacon sandwiches and teas.Mine was ordered to be without butter on the toast, and with black pudding.Our two orders arrived together.Mine was delivered with the toast dripping with a thick slab of butter and I noticed something unusual about the black pudding.It resembled an explosion in a tobacco factory and looked like a burnt pan scourer.The bacon was apparently from some economy source. It was coated in white secretions out of the bacon probably nitrites and salts and the rind was uncooked.I sent it back regarding the non butter issue and some fifteen minutes later it returned from the kitchens.My partner had long finished hersOn now tasting the black pudding, it was soaking with fat and had apparently been deep fried causing the exploded appearance.Revolting.I took the plate back and explained that it was mostly inedible and I was told that yes, the black pudding had been deep fried.Whilst I was at the counter another customer approached my partner and asked if I was complaining about the bacon as she said it tasted off.A pleasant enough restaurant let down by poor quality ingredients and service.

We visited on Bank Holiday Monday which was also the last day of Eat out to Help Out so we were thankful that the staff let us find a seat outside just before opening time as everywhere was already getting busy. The menu was good but after ordering the granola with natural yoghurt, mixed fruit and honey, I was told that there wasn't any granola and this would instead be muesli (which was fine) however I was then also told by the waiter (who I noticed being a bit abrupt with other customers although not with me) shortly after that there was no yoghurt either (which was fine) but I wasn't given an alternative option so I just said ok assuming that it would instead be served with milk. When my food arrived it was actually served with the natural yoghurt (which we had seen a member of staff come back with after popping to the shop) but the mixed fruit only consisted of a few grapes on the top and a slice of orange. This was all fine but just not as described on the menu and I do appreciate that they were busy from the get go and it was a Bank Holiday. Overall though it was a nice spot to sit and enjoy a drink and the waitress who served us was really nice.

Waited so long to be seated , staff just glared as us as if to say go away. Staff Girl with dark long ginger hair (maybe supervisor) was so rude to both other staff and customers. This place is gorgeous but it needs a whole new team of staff.

ordered a full monty breakfast as i was hungry and particularly asked for grilled as far as possible. The food provided was the cheapest quality available - scraggy bacon full of fat, a sausage which was undercooked, so I ate a mouthful and it repeated on me all day a fried egg swimming in fat, half a small tomato and two trianges of cheepo toast. It was busy so couldnt be bothered complaining. The poor girl was rushed off her feet so maybe the company need to look at these issues. also meal wasnt very warm. menus need laminating and wiping over

Walking around Llandudno looking for somewhere to sit and have a coffee can be pretty hard this time a year. Town busy but we could see a couple of empty tables outside love to eat. We sat down an di went to give my order at the counter. The Spanish waite rwas very friendly but seems to struggle with the several orders he had in front of him. Anyway we ordered some carrot cake, a coffee and a coke. It didn't take to long to get our drinks and cake, to be fair he gave us two pieces of carrot cake as they were smaller the usual he said, very kind we thought. Now the not so pleasurable part. Considering we are still in a pandemic and everyone is urged to keep hygiene at top level there were some issues to raise. The hand sanatising section and track and trace sheet were fitlhy. Tables weren't cleaned down properly too. But the most off all we were served dirty glasses and saucers which clearly had leftovers and prints from previous customers on it. Even with out a pandemic I wouldn't be happy but especially now I think these little details are crucial to keep us feel safe and comfortable, especially with my partner being pregnant. There is a lot of cafes, restaurants and hotels in llandudno that spend a lot of money and time to ensure their customers are safe and will feel safe. The coffee wasn't very nice either

My family and I recently visited Love to Eat and I must say what a fantastic lunch we had. We did have to wait a few moments for a table to become available (but it was August and school holidays) as all tables were wiped down and prepared after each customer has left. We had 4 meals in total and there was nothing left at the end.....so how much we enjoyed it.Will be returning

we order 2 breakfast we have been here before never had an issue but when we recieced our breakfast it was cold sent mine back and was told the had microwaved for 2.5 minutes but was still cold ended up leaving it but tge still charged me for it the lady serving was loud and very abrupt
