The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Conwy North Wales

Living locally we have visited often but food quality is now very poor. On the last three visits we have ordered bacon baps, on the first food was good three rashers of bacon on a fresh buttered bread roll, second visit still three rashers of bacon but on unbuttered toasted brioche bun which was awful, very sweet, third visit still the disgusting toasted unbuttered sweet brioche bun and now only two rashers of bacon. If you now only offer a toasted sweet brioche bun with bacon please detail this on the menu as this is not what is expected when ordering a bacon bap as detailed. Cake is hit and miss, good, not available or stale. Poor selection of cold drinks available. Hot drinks okay. Service is always very slow but not due to lack of staff or queues but due to the strange set up at the counter and lots of talking. Shame about the decline as this used to be very good busy local cafe and we prefer to support local but unless things improve we are unlikely to continue to visit this cafe.

Great pub in Conwy. Tracy and Ryan run a tight ship with a great community feeling. Very reasonably priced beers and lots of TV’s to watch football and Rugby. Multiple screens with different teams on to suit the crowd. Ideally situated on the main high street in Conwy.

Been given a 20 pound voucher from the caravan sales manager. I'm an owner no date on the voucher. Went to bar with the voucher the bar staff wouldn't accept it ! Another nail in the coffin as an owner

Layout again was a problem just like the zoo itself for people in wheelchairs due to Buggies and layout of tables etc. Hot food was limited menu a little pricey. My personal opinion maybe have somewhere for buggy's to go outside . And re think inside furniture layout

Been a few times but this year definitely gone down hill! Went in for coffee and cake, wasn't busy but took 10 mins to be served, I wanted to buy something to eat in and some cakes to take out, was told had to pay separate till can't understand why? It's same place generally the food standard has gone down big style definitely would avoid shame as used to be amazing

Dined at the Hayloft 13/3 2024 with my husband and we were not impressed with the set meal .Starters were ok but the maincourse of steak pie for me was dissapointing with very hard pastry and my husbands meal of curry was poor. The puddings were a bit strange as my husband had a fruit tart with an odd mix of fruit which included a large piece of pomegranite !

Lovely community pub. Nice warm welcome from locals. They have plans to open a kitchen and this will be a nice addition. Worth dropping in if your in the area.

I entered the store with the intention of ordering a battered sausage, but then I didn't. It turns out I didn't want one, but I'm sure one could have been provided had I wanted it. I procured a large chips and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars

Me encantaba ir aquí con mi madre y mi familia a disfrutar de un café. Es seguro decir que este café ha bajado rápidamente cuesta abajo. Vine aquí la otra semana para tomar un café y un pastel con mi hermana, y fui tratado groseramente por un miembro del personal gruñón, que cuando le pedí que se repitiera me gritó y respondió de una manera agresiva. Los baños eran una vergüenza y todo esto para un café y pastel mediocre, caro.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! As a family of 11 coming in today I’m absolutely appalled at the food that was served!! The food stank!!! It smelt of sweaty feet, the gammon was stone cold, the roasties were the only nice thing on the plate! What a waste of £14!!!! I swear they got the gravy out the toilet. When the girl asked was everything ok I said no she said ok and walked off!!!

Siempre aparece en un ambiente agradable y el personal tan amable. Estoy lejos con el trabajo a menudo en el área de hacer es un lugar ideal también para ir y trabajar. El nuevo Carl también es un chico amable

You must go here as it is a little out of the way, yet really nice food with nice attentive, helpful staff. Go along Station Road to get to it, or cross the bridge from the railway station.

Entramos el domingo por la noche alrededor de las 6 pm y notamos que no había nadie en el bar, en absoluto. Había alrededor de 7 personas allí bebiendo, un lugar agradable y relajado y muy tranquilo, así que pensamos que esto es genial después de viajar todo el día, una buena bebida tranquila era justo lo que queríamos. Esto hubiera sido genial si nos hubieran servido. Estuvimos en el bar durante 20 minutos esperando que alguien sirviera, pero no había nadie, y me refiero a nadie. No llegó ni un solo servidor al bar, así que al final le dije a mi compañero que es una pérdida de tiempo y los dos nos fuimos y fuimos a The Carlton, donde diré, 100% mejor. Gran servicio, personal amable y en realidad tenemos una bebida! Han perdido un cliente aquí donde habríamos gastado una buena cantidad de dinero, en cambio, fuimos al Carlton y les dimos el dinero, claramente lo merecían más que este lugar.

Excellent food lovely and hot had pies lasagna burgers and sunday roast staff asking everything ok I will definitely be going back Debbie @ Dave happydays

waitresses were useless busybodies plenty of tables free, noone there to seat you so after we settled in on our own one of them got all uppity about it - if they were there in the 1st place doing her job that hassle would not have happened - we just left and will not return - same happened to friends of ours too
