Had excellant service from bryn advised us on cookies and cream drink as didnt have what we wanted origionally exceptional young man who certainly knows his stuff well done starbuck this is one of the best visit ti starbucks weve had and we go to a few x

Not busy, long wait, not asked whether we even wanted milk for a basic americano. Wondered why on a busy it wasn't very busy. Never again in this location

My daughter spilt her tea, and the kind gentleman behind the til gave her another one free of charge. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Very friendly and kinds staff.

Very nice Frappes and coffees although unable to have large as coffee shop didn't have large cups Also didn't have the choice required of coffee to buy to take away. Limited seating - quite small for the size of Llandudno and visitor numbers

I asked for a caramel frapachino with out cream. It came with cream. { I think 2 young men were just learning}. I said il take it. A few sips down I could hardly taste the coffee {1 shot}. So I took it back and the young man kindly made me another with 2 shots. From now on I'll have to buy an extra shot of coffee because the 1 shot has gone down hill. Not the staffs fault that the corporation has weakened it's coffee. I love the caramel frapachino's here. I cannot fault the staff. The place is not as nice as it was, they have taken away the comfy sofa chairs. The place looks like it could do with a good clean. All in all a good experience and I would recommend.

Coffee is good and it’s great it’s dog friendly but I do think the place looks like it needs a good clean! Tables are always sticky! Toilet seat is disgusting! Needs a good scrub with bleach or a new one! Better cleanliness would improve this place no end.

Disgracefully slow I waited 45 minutes to get served I should have left but we needed a drink. Appaling customer service aswell the girl couldn't even spell my name then chuckled when I mentioned it. Will never visit again coffe shop run by inexperienced staff all of them

Always a pleasure. Staff are super friendly, I waited awhile whilst it was busy and got a card for a free large drink on my next visit. Very impressed as I wasn’t bothered by the long wait as i’m a regular customer and they are always quick and efficient with serving me. Thankyou starbucks ❤️

After waiting over 10 minutes behind a massive queue of four people I walked out! How the hell does it take so long to make their over-rated gunge drinks? Starbucks well on my list of "never agains"!

Would just like to compliment the Welsh lady, I’m sure her name tag said Emma. Her knowledge on drinks was amazing. It’s rare to come across workers who engage in conversation and actually take pride in their work. Thank you Emma for being so kind and welcoming. Came in hear today around 4.30, Waited to be served then greated nicely, Started to make my hot chocolate then another waitress (Tony) started in side the door hatch feeding a dog cream from a cup then went to take over my order. No apron change didn't notice a hand wash either and other diners behind my self weren't happy either. I'm all for dog friendly but hygiene should always be adhered to 5☆standared and this wasn't so. They left and mentioned won't be returning as did I.

Visited Starbucks on the 13th of July. Fast service, all the girls working there were lovely and the drinks were superb. No complaints from me. Would highly recommend to anyone... especially if you’re after a piping hot drink. Thank you again, we will be back.

I go to Starbucks most mornings to get in some work on my laptop before the day proper starts.

We called in for a coffee, after a long wait in the queue we had the most awful coffee I have ever tasted, so strong and just yuk.. My husband couldn't drink his. I was also suprised to find only 1 toilet for such a busy place the queue just got longer. Perhaps we were just unlucky.on this day.

My friends and I came into Starbucks to get a takeaway drink. We were served by a girl called Rachel but at first she was too busy talking to co workers gossiping instead of working. When she saw us she gave us a dirty look and started laughing so already we were feeling very annoying for being treated this way. When Rachel finally decided to serve us she was very rude and very moody. It wouldn’t hurt anyone for you to smile and be friendly hun. I always thought of Starbucks staff to be friendly and chatty but Rachel was the complete opposite. She also kept turning her back to us whilst serving us to carry on her gossiping. When we were waiting for our drinks, the place had dishes everywhere yet Rachel did nothing behind the counter again. Would not recommend this place as the staff are very rude and appear incompetent.

Really quick service and friendly staff. Would recommend if you are wanting a quick drink and a bite to eat.

We came to Starbucks Llandudno as Costa was already full. As soon as we sat down we were encountered by staff insisting that all of our group must make a purchase in order to stay, which we were about to do anyway. We all ordered drinks and the monument they were finished we noticed two of the three staff members speaking about our table and others where paying customers had finished their meal or drinks. Therefore we bought some cake and chocolate as it was a wet day and we wanted to be inside. However, as soon as we had finished a very unfriendly staff member asked if we would be buying anything else, and asked us to leave immediately. It wasn’t just our table that this happened too, and there were still free tables for the few incoming customers. The whole experience is in violation of the Starbucks ‘Third Place Policy’ which allows anyone to use Starbucks facilities even without paying. We did pay. We were not disruptive. We were told to leave the store. My friends and I will not be going to a Starbucks café again.

I went here for a jolly day out and decided I wanted a hot chocolate and a cake. It was rather cold so I was not ready to leave after 30mins or so. During my stay numerous people were kicked out even though they made a purchase. It became apparent that me and my friends were going to be kicked out by their very rude staff. Eventually they did as my friend was finishing his cake and chocolate coin. Which is asgast their customer policy. Won’t be returning. They were pointing at us and giving us stern looks and gossiping about us while at the counter!!!!

After a short disappointing stay at Ascots Tapproom on Madoc Street my fath in humanity was restored at Starbucks. Pleasant. Helpful. Thank you.

Staff spend time chatting therefore service slow. When you get attention they are very friendly. Coffee inconsistent, ranges from really nice to undrinkable and very bitter. Self clean tables when busy, just not attentive enough.

The maple syrup latte was such a warming cup and the staff where very friendly and the cafe was clean and we got a free bag of compost made of used coffee beans for our garden.

Just been to Starbucks and just want to say their vegan cake was great. I think it was chocolate raspberry. So good I ate it without taking a picture! Great to have a vegan option!

Visited every morning for a few weeks in Summer 2017 as I'd gotten a new puppy and like to take him out socialising. I'd called ahead to check if it was okay to take him and they'd replied that small dogs and pups are more than welcome inside. They weren't wrong!! Every day we had incredible drinks and great chats, no matter who was working. I'm a creature of habit and order the same things, but staff gave great recommendations and I was happy to try them all! We only stopped visiting as I moved overseas. Can't wait to return again this Summer :)

Ordered a tall caramel macchiato to drink in. Was shown a small cup it came in. Asked if I wanted cream. Said yes for a treat. Was charged an extra 50p for the cream. When I got my drink it was half a small mug of lukewarm very bitter slop. Was charged £3.75 for the pleasure. Will stick to Costa in future!

Came in for a coffee Sunday afternoon. 2 girls kept talking and talking. No enthusiasm at all. Waited over 5 mins for it. Very poor customer service.

Place was very busy but the atmosphere was unlike any other Starbucks that I have been too. Children running wild place looked rundown and not up to Starbucks name.

Went this morning, Saturday....totally ignored by staff who were more interested in the mobile phone and talking to the person in front who either worked there or was a friend. Don't normally write reviews on places but was so annoyed by lack of interest from staff had to write. By the way we walked out and went to a neighbouring cafe where service was great.

Went here earlier for a coffee and a couple arrived with a dog. Personally I do not think digs should be allowed anywhere that sells food. God dig was all over the table and when they left the table was cleared but not wiped. Last time I visit Starbucks.

This is my favourite place to get coffee in llandudno. The ambience of the building is lovely and relaxed and the staff are incredibly friendly and have great product knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

Never written a review for Starbucks but felt this visit justified a mention. Rarely do you see staff so happy to work and genuinely talking to customers, I thought today that this place has a seriously good team, they would go down a storm in the big cities! Our coffee was made by a guy in training and it was superb, you often see training as awkward and a chore, these guys were complimenting each other. It's just a coffee and a cake, actually- to have it served warm with a smile is rare. I have to say this is the best Starbucks I have been to anywhere in the world - I think that makes me the sad one!

I love Starbuck Italian Roast and hadn't tried this new branch of Starbucks so decided to find somewhere to park and have a coffee break. It was very busy and I waited for ages to be served. I couldn't get ant sense from the young lady who eventually went to serve me. Nowhere to sit by then (I am partially disabled). The young lady couldn't have cared less so I left and have not been back.

I came here for lunch before catching a bus back home. It was fairly busy as it was lunch time. I chose to have a mug of tea, a tuna sandwich, and a raspberry and chocolate muffin. The barista who served me was friendly and bubbly, and made quick work of making my tea and heating up my sandwich (which she even carried over to my table for me), though she did forget my cake! This was rectified with quickly, with no fuss and a sincere apology.

Stopped off here for a coffee and cake. The mocha was lovely and the cookies and cream cake was amazing! Any chocoholics out there need to try it :)

I do feel that Starbucks are letting standards slip recently. The ones on the A55 are distinctly shabby and so is this one. Service was extremely slow (there were hardly any customers in, so being busy is not an excuse that can be used here) and the tables were grubby. Coffee was excellent though, which is why we go in the first place......we will find an alternative coffee shop now though....there are enough local businesses in Llandudno trying to compete.

This coffee house serves fantastic coffee with a great choice but more importantly the staff are so nice and helpful nothing is to much for them.

Went for drink with my misses and we order one cappuccino and hot chocolate but we end up with latte instead and we did asked we order cappuccino but thy wouldn't car spicaly that waiters with tattoos so rude customer service never go bk there again

I visit coffe shops on an almost daily basis and never really feel the need to review them on here. However after visiting this shop on a recent break in Llandudno, I felt the need to review and tell everyone what a great shop it is.

Met up for a catch up, I had a latte, one of the best I have had, the service was brilliant, very friendly and accommodating staff. My friend had a mocha, which she said was lovely, only one minor point, might be an idea to serve drinks that are topped with cream on a saucer, it makes quite a mess.

I come here a fair bit, usually before or after work. The place is always clean, staff are a delight - always smiling and can't do enough for you. Twice I've been in and not fancied what has been on the drinks menu and both times they have offered to make me something from scratch. The sandwiches and cakes are lovely. Sub standard service, nice staff, albeit slow and unprofessional, favouring chatting amongst themselves and playing on their phones rather than serving staff. The 'coffee' wasn't too great either. Wrong order given to us too.

Very disappointing . I am visiting from Australia and I am so disappointed that there doesn't seem to be a standard to allow equal access for a coffee, a meal or access to a toilet for people with a disability. Slow service and we had to pay extra to sit outside with paper cups !

We came here yesterday after making the long journey from Manchester to Llandudno for a day out. My first impressions were that this branch was new as the furnishings looked comfier than other branches I've visited recently (namely the Manchester Arndale). The shop looked tidy and well maintained which is always a plus, and the air conditioning worked well also.

We went to Starbucks yesterday when it was the Victorian Extravaganzer. There was one toilet which was for men, ladies, disabled and baby changing how ridiculous . They also got our order wrong which wasn't a difficult one 1 tea 1 latte, very poor. They did give a slip for a free hot drink for another time but don't think we will bother again

Popped in for a coffee and a sandwich while out shopping with the OH (other half). Selected two sandwiches that needed toasting, ordered two coffees, had order taken promptly, paid, seemed to be plenty of staff, no problem......... or so I thought.

Very large shop with plenty of seating outside. As always the coffee was to the normal high standards as were the staff.

I returned again to this coffee shop, not only for the delicious coffee they make but to see if the service was as outstanding this year as it had been last year when I was in the town.

I have to admit this sth first time I have been in a Starbucks! I know I am a bit behind the times. Well, I was very impressed I had a hot chocolate in a huge mug with chocolate cream and d flake My god it was amazing. I also had a blueberry muffin so soft and light lovely. My husband had the carrot cake which he loved too. The guy at the counter was very helpful and patient and still smiling which must be difficult in such a busy place. Great variety of seat high stools soft sofas very comfy. Only criticism there irony one toilet for everyone, you need another. Will be back for another hot chocolate. Everyone probably knows this already but it is quiet expensive, but it was a treat.

Visit here regularly when visiting Wales, the staff are the best in any Starbucks I visit, it is always clean and coffee made just perfect. A most welcoming place in any weather or at anytime. A real pleasure !!

After a freezing walk along Llandudno front my wife needed to defrost so Starbucks it was. Carrot cake, blueberry muffin, honey macchiato and a hot chocolate later we were warm, happy and comfortable.
