Really disappointing experience of this place. Took my six month small dog to puppy play. Lots of over boisterous dogs with owners who don't attempt to intervene or correct their behaviour and instead attempt to intimidate anyone who doesn't feel comfortable with the situation. My small pup was on her back being submissive and a dog took her entire head in its mouth and bit down, had I not already been close by to split them it could have potentially caused injury. The owner did nothing and did not apologise. I was offered a screen to place my small, trembling puppy behind to segregate her from the others. Not entirely sure how this is a supportive solution. I left as I felt unsafe and the other dog and owner remained and were not spoken to. Clear favouritism towards regular visitors regardless of the situation

We visited the dog park as we had 30min on the way to Rhyl from Colwyn Bay. Been b4 and there has been no charge and at least 10 dogs in the park. Was quite shocked to find they wanted £5 to go in and a subscription of £10 a Month. There was no dogs in the park so clearly it would have been a waste of £15 to pay. We only went now and again and sometimes spend £50+ in the shop not any more. Why charge clearly dog owners were using the cafe and spending in store? You need to reconsider the charge.

Came down from london to visit my family in wales, and stopped off at Abergele to get a McDonald's, noticed the pet store across the road and thought i would pop in and pick up some chicken feed, the place stank of mice, and we saw mice running around the aisles, we even saw one in the dog park, my children were scared of the mice so my wife took them back to the car, i bought some chicken feed and when i got to my daughters house i noticed the bag had been chewed and cellotaped up, when i opened the bag a dead mouse fell out, i won't be visiting the store again!

We live in London, and we come up to Wales to visit family every year. We first started coming here around 2 years ago, and now it's become an annual visit. Amazing place. Its lovely to sit down and have a coffee while watching your best friend have a great time. We have a chocolate lab and he's so sociable and energetic, bringing him here helps us to relax and let him go mad. They also do little treats for Dogs and puppicinos which is a nice touch! Fab place, don't miss out.

We take are young Whippet here all the time. Staff are always great and friendly. But most importantly Hugo the Whippet loves it, getting to meet lots of different dogs and play freely in a safe area is fantastic!

I have really enjoyed both of my visits to the dog park and cafe. Firstly the staff are wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. The dog park itself is great fun. I actually didn’t expect my little dog to get involved but she loved it. She loved the obstacle course and tried everything much to my amazement! It’s so nice to see all the dogs and owners having fun together. The cafe is great too with treats for everyone. The hot chocolate was yummy!! Thank you everyone for a fun time. We will be back!!

Great place to take your dog! The dog park is great, and the staff are friendly. It’s a good place to come to socialise your dog - mine had so much fun playing with other dogs. They sell some great treats for dogs too.

been to pet place quite a lot now, the staff are all 1st class very polite and friendly and very knowledgable, has a great doggy indoor play area with certain times for puppies, other times for large breeds and free play when any type can go in, also next to the play area is a coffee shop with seating and the girls there are very very good.

Visited here on our visit to Llandudno. We had coffee and cake. The cakes were delicious and a large portion. It’s a very clean cafe. The staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this cafe. The other food looked very tasty too.

Visited this lovely little garden centre today with my hubbie, sister and brother ( plus 1 very old doggie). Had a lovely lunch, portions were large and lovely, we all struggled to finish our meals. We had already seen the homemade scones and cakes on our way in, so decided to ask for them as a takeaway. The scones were massive and so nice, struggled to eat it 3 hours later. Lemon drizzle cake and Victoria sandwich also got great reviews from the others. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit to this dog friendly cafe and also to potter around the garden centre, so glad we stopped here.

We decided to book for dinner as other restaurants in the area that we wanted were booked up. So glad they were, food was amazing, staff really friendly, great ambience, had a lovely evening.

Ended up here after a theatre show. There was only a small selection of sandwiches but I enjoyed mine and the coffee was good. The staff were lovely. It's basic, it isn't cheap but it was OK.
