Tiny tea rooms with delicious food. Staff were happy to make a toasted sandwich which met my dietary requirements. Very friendly staff. Home made lemonade was really good.

The food is average but not bad! Service is really good and the staff are super friendly. I had a veggie breakfast and the portion was fine but the tomato's tasted a little like fish or something odd so i didn't finish them but the rest of it was lovely. Coffee was alright too!

Lovely pub/restaurant. Very welcoming and friendly staff and patrons! Nice casual, cosy atmosphere & very dog friendly. It was our puppy's first holiday and he was made very welcome by the staff with treats and fuss. The food is typical pub grub. Steak was 5 star, as was the beef pie! Fantastic quality meat and cooking.

Have visited this cafe a couple of times but yesterday was truly awful. It was disorganised and chaotic with our drinks given to other people. We ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on sourdough. No brown or granary on offer! It was awful. The bacon was almost entirely fat. The egg overcooked and the sourdough was like the sole of a shoe. Tasted very stale. Sadly we wont go back. Overpriced and the worst breakfast sanwich ive ever had.

Called in for lunch on a busy sunny day. Sat outside in the covered area. It’s easy enough to order from our table with the app, I suspect they also allow you to order at the bar. Food menu and drinks are as expected of a pub, although a couple of popular drinks were out of stock. Prices are about what you expect nowadays. It was served quickly. It’s best described as average pub food; the half chicken was nicely cooked and juicy but the chipotle dip looked as if it had been stood a while. The lamb burger was very tasty and juicy, but there was hardly any evidence of the tzatziki, a mere whisper of it on the burger, so we had to request some. Would we go again, yes. If you go expecting a reasonable pub meal you’ll enjoy it. Don’t expect anything too fancy, but it’s worth a try.

Lovely afternoon tea with friends. Great food , good service and lovely view of the river. Perfect! Can recommend both the sweet and the savoury choice of afternoon tea.

Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. Don’t ask FOR a battered sausage, didn’t need one. 🤷🤌

You must go here as it is a little out of the way, yet really nice food with nice attentive, helpful staff. Go along Station Road to get to it, or cross the bridge from the railway station.

A charming inn, newly refurbished after 3 years. We were literally the first customers across the threshold. Very charming bar staff; range of light bites and a good range of beers on offer. Paul, the general manager, took the time to chat to us about the Inn's renovation and what plans the owners have. It's all brilliantly put together and smart inside but not pretentious. We wish them every success.

Reading some of the negative reviews on here, I was left wondering if there were some other Bryn Glo Tearooms in the area that we didnt know about? Been here loads of times over the years the family have been operating - often with my brood of feral kids (and later, feral grandkids), and the family who run this business have always made us very welcome; we visit Snowdonia a lot, as we live on the Wirral, and we always get a great feed and great service here, at reasonable prices for this area. The woman who appears to run the place only seems to be terse to those born with no sense of humour. I couldnt visit any part of North Wales without making an excuse to call here, and the pizzas, cooked outside in a wood fired oven, are absolutely fantastic. A great place to sit, relax, and eat some good food, and the proprietor's family are refreshingly down to earth and remember you when you revisit. My go-to cafe when camping at Dolgam (which we do often), everyone should visit them and decide for yourself. You wont be disappointed, five stars all day long xx

£2.95 for the smallest scoop of ice cream you’ve ever seen. It actually didn’t even come out of the cone it was that small. I actually said to the young girl serving - is that it for £2.95 and she replied that she had been told to make the portions smaller! Needless to say I walked away without the ice cream and went up the road to Cadwalladers. By the sounds of the other reviews on here, small portions are a regular occurrence!
