My 7 year old niece Arizona was really looking forward to going to Starbucks and the staff made her so welcome, she cannot wait for her next visit

Its a popular place by word and mouth, so I thought, follow the herd, cant go wrong. However, I found it a disappointing venue. Sorry

Lovely ancient pub which has retained plenty of character. Many items of interest on the walls. The first room after the entrance is the most charming, where we enjoyed a lunch of faggots, burgers and salads, washed down with the local ale. No recorded music: congratulations! Lunch for three including drinks was a reasonable ÂŁ62.65.

What a shame the landlord allows such racist people and remarks in the pub. An elderly lady broke a glass. Watch your dog she shouted. Then shouted oh never mind it's just an English dog. That was bad enough but everyone who came in she laughed about it and showed off. Not one member of staff stopped her. We left without eating.

We had wanted to try here for something to eat for a while but just never got round to it . We called in bank holiday Saturday and was surprised to find it rather quite . A small choice of meals but all looked very nice and very well priced . I chose the liver onion , gravy and mashed potato my wife had the homemade steak pie and chips . Both were freshly prepared which we were informed by the landlady who was lovely even signing along to one of the songs playing in the background so nice to hear people happy in their job . The meals arrived piping hot and large portions . Both meals were lovely and with homemade gravy with both . 2 meals plus 2 large cokes under ÂŁ20 bargain We will definitely be back for something to eat soon and although a bit quite today I got the feeling it would be a great pub and atmosphere when busy as such we will definitely be calling for a drink sometime as well .

Last time we had fish & chips from here they were very nice but unfortunately tonight's were awful! The fish wasn't too bad but the cone of chips was diabolical, they looked like reheated leftovers & a very small portion indeed. Not good enough considering the price, I was very disappointed!

Visited Friday 27 Sept 24 - sunny lovely day up at the Great Orme. Cafe was packed with school kids & others. Had the hot choc with whipped cream, chicken nuggets & a sausage - very good. Conga line - pick your choices & pay at counter. Short wait for drinks. Warm inside & tables clean. Customer service good. A welcome break 👍🏼👍🏼
