I spent £11.00 in here for fish and chips and they were absolutely awful. The fish was cooked so much that it was hard to bite through the batter, which was mainly hollow - so not sure where the fish had gone. The chips were a combination of poor potatoes covered in eyes and some were green. Others looked like they had been though the fryer several times already, smelt and tasted greasy. Even my dogs wouldn't eat them. Truly dreadful.

We found this as we passed through. Excellent coffee and choice of cakes pastries etc which is what we like. Staff were friendly and hospitable. The cabin is decorated with beautiful Safari animals pictures adding sunshine even indoors. We hadn’t realised it was also cafe for a soft play but it is separate. The garden centre is a real one with bumpy car park and loads of plants. Recommend.

Looking forward to a nice breakfast and when we arrived the girl behind the counter refused my Scottish £20 altho it’s legal tender. We waited a while and the breakfast was so disappointing. The egg was totally hard and swimming in fat so I asked for another but I’d finished my food before it came out. The bacon was hard and covered in fat. There was literally 4 small bits of mushrooms. The hash brown was sloppy and again oily, could’ve been cooked a bit more. . My husband had the large breakfast and it was the same. £17 for both breakfasts and most of it wasn’t eaten. We’ve been in a couple of times last year and it was fine but we won’t be returning!

not been in here for a very long time and although it looks ok on the surface its ready for a new everything...The beer was good but like everywhere overpriced but we do live in a holiday resort and the locals are expected to pay holiday prices too.(no wonder the pubs trade is dying)Toilets are in need of a full refurb and look as if someone is in the process of attempting to start the process 🤔 Pleasant enough place to enjoy a few beers but feel it could do with an update.

A charming inn, newly refurbished after 3 years. We were literally the first customers across the threshold. Very charming bar staff; range of light bites and a good range of beers on offer. Paul, the general manager, took the time to chat to us about the Inn's renovation and what plans the owners have. It's all brilliantly put together and smart inside but not pretentious. We wish them every success.

Walked into this lovely clean pub with beautiful surroundings of castle and sea air by the Menai Straits. Instantly the barmaid acknowledged me and said good afternoon. I ordered a pint and sat down enjoying the view while reading my paper. I noticed they serve food, I ordered off the big menu and the food was cooked to my specifications when asked how I wanted my steak. Definitely will be returning.
