We found this as we passed through. Excellent coffee and choice of cakes pastries etc which is what we like. Staff were friendly and hospitable. The cabin is decorated with beautiful Safari animals pictures adding sunshine even indoors. We hadn’t realised it was also cafe for a soft play but it is separate. The garden centre is a real one with bumpy car park and loads of plants. Recommend.

Visiting soft play recently with friends. Was extremely disappointed at how dirty this place has become. The floors are also soaking wet, mold on young baby toys, place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long long time. Will not be visiting again or recommending.

Stopped off at this Garden centre while travelling to Monmouth. Nice size garden centre with lots of items for sale. A little gem of a coffeeshop at this establishment. good coffee and nice selection of cakes. Also has outside area to enjoy your treats in the sun.

Popped in recently for our little one to play whilst we had lunch. Great coffee, friendly service and reasonably priced. Our only complaint is that both times we've had panini's here, they've been quite hard. Really good idea/set up with the soft play.

An immaculate coffee shop/cafe in the garden centre at the very end of New Market Street. We stopped for a sandwich lunch and were delighted. Fresh and plentiful sandwiches with freshest salad and excellent coffee. The cakes looked so tempting that we are sure to return. The ladies who run this little cafe were friendly and efficient - outstanding!

Nice toasted sandwiches. Friendly Service, Sitting outside with the flowers a simple pleasure. It’s quite difficult to find, unless you know the little garden centre is there, so consult the map beforehand. Flowers don’t look too perfect by the way, which makes me think they will thrive in my garden too.

I found this splendid little coffee shop by accident when I visited Willows Garden Centre. Cosy & homely does not come close to describing this little gem - usual array of coffee & cakes prepared to perfection, hot food available, but what sets this place apart is the friendly owners, the ambiance and the icing on the cake (pun intended) dog friendly!! Hunt it out you won't be sorry

We were a group of nine, visiting for an afternoon tea on a Sunday, having booked well in advance. We had to wait a little while for our plates to be made up but once they arrived, they could not be faulted. Extra sandwiches were also prepared to order so that everyone got something they liked. There was a great selection of lovely cakes and scones, too. One improvement would be to provide more than one teapot and some hot water, too. We ended up asking for several refills. Overall, though, everything was lovely and ideal for our purpose

Awful service. Visited today , approximately 1.15 and sat in the garden and ordered our food. 2 people came into the garden about 10 mins after us and hit their meal . After waiting 35 mins we enquired if we had been forgotten, and the surly middle aged lady said they had to cook the fish , even though they were not busy !!!! After another 10 mins we enquired again so 40 min in total the woman and the young boy did not even look up and acknowledge our enquiry so we walked out and hot brilliant service snd food at Wetherspoons .

The garden was lovely for children, that is all that is positive about this venue. The food was tasteless and the most disgusting food ever to be served. It was under cooked, with hard vegetables and clear water gravy! How they can charge customers for the slop they served today for Sunday lunch is beyond me. Never in my life have I ever experienced such rudeness from a manger or seen such rubbish food! We won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to not either. Such a shame, with the right chef and proper management, this place could be very popular.

Came here last November in the evening for a birthday meal and was blown away by the quality of the food, especially for how good the price was! Came back today to try their breakfast menu and it was very tasty for so cheap! Full english as well as continental fun under £10! Debbie was our server as she was brilliant, we've now booked in for breakfast with santa for our little one and are planning to come back to try the carvery!
