Unprofessional doormen who attempted to escort a 50+ yr old woman out because she fell on a slippery dance floor in a private event with professional people. Very disappointed in their handling of a situation. Chief doorman gained some respect back by his handling of the situation. More concerned with bureaucracy than human interaction. Very disappointed.

Probably the worst cooked breakfast I have ever had. It was a chilly morning and I was looking forward to a warming breakfast. The only item that was acceptably hot was the baked beans as they had obviously been microwaved. The rest of the meal varied from lukewarm to practically cold. The bacon was microscopically thin and rubbery. The eggs were cool and congealing and the rosti unpleasant. A thoroughly disappointing experience and very poor value for money. You don't even get a drink with it. You have to pay for that as an extra. I won't ever use an M&S cafe again.

This place doesn’t look like much. It’s a bit run down and not exactly welcoming but we always call in when on holiday for their sandwiches and sausage rolls. Fresh bread rolls. We always have ham, salad and coleslaw baps. Proper thick ham. Seems to be where the Welsh locals get their lunch! Definitely worth popping in for a sandwich and very well priced. £12 for 3 baps and a sausage roll! Can’t go wrong!

We ate here one evening as a group. We knew it was simply pizza and after Paddleboarding thought it would be the best option. The tables needed to be cleaned thoroughly as they were sticky and grimey but we made do with the spills being wiped up and the fabric chairs were disgusting with food/dirt ground into the chair arms, back and seat. We weren’t off to a good start but it was soon to get worst. The pizzas were either undercooked and cold in the middle or burnt black. Really disappointing. We had to send multiple back to be replaced or cooked for longer. The server was apologetic but offered no compensation. The price of the pizza was £11.95 and way overpriced priced. I’d have been disappointed for the quality at £5 per pizza so we felt well and truly ripped off. We had a great day at Adventure Snowdonia so it was no reflection on the place but it was a very disappointing end to our day.

We visit the village twice a year staying at a cottage near by, but the b&b facilities in both The new inn & The tannat valley public houses are excellent. If you want a great dining experience then look no further than THE NEW INN the meals are all home cooked (no ding ding meals) prices are very very reasonable, portion sizes are big and real ale is available as well what a bonus. We have been going 16 years now and intend going for a long time,, we are treated as locals but so are all visitors. In closing all I can say is give the place a go you will not be disappointed.

Estuvimos en la ciudad unos días, mucho tiempo para visitar varios cafés, y este fue uno de ellos. Quedamos satisfechos con sus grandes bebidas de café estándar y estábamos satisfechos con el lugar que tenían para sentarse.

We’ve been here a number of times over the years when visiting the area. Value and service is always excellent. Unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated. Why replace decent fry chips with rubbery skin on oven chip? That’s guaranteed to ruin ham egg and chips. Overall a bit disappointed this time. Would have given 5* in the past.

The older lady serving was really, really, rude and unpleasant. It has put me off going there again. Young girl was very nice.

We visited on a lovely sunny day in October and we managed to sit outside as the weather was a balmy 15! We had coffee, toasted tea cakes and sausage rolls, all quite reasonably priced. Bacon rolls £4.25, Sausage Rolls £3.25, toasted currant tea cake £2.95, coffees all around £2.95. They take cash or card unlike some of the other places in Abersoch that only take card payments.

Reading some of the negative reviews on here, I was left wondering if there were some other Bryn Glo Tearooms in the area that we didnt know about? Been here loads of times over the years the family have been operating - often with my brood of feral kids (and later, feral grandkids), and the family who run this business have always made us very welcome; we visit Snowdonia a lot, as we live on the Wirral, and we always get a great feed and great service here, at reasonable prices for this area. The woman who appears to run the place only seems to be terse to those born with no sense of humour. I couldnt visit any part of North Wales without making an excuse to call here, and the pizzas, cooked outside in a wood fired oven, are absolutely fantastic. A great place to sit, relax, and eat some good food, and the proprietor's family are refreshingly down to earth and remember you when you revisit. My go-to cafe when camping at Dolgam (which we do often), everyone should visit them and decide for yourself. You wont be disappointed, five stars all day long xx
