I called into Starbucks within the hotel to buy a coffee and cake. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended 👌

Ordered children's milk drinks and the milk was too hot. Also I ordered a coconut drink which tasted like water. Awful experience. .

Great Starbucks..staff are very friendly and efficient. There is a lovely decking area at the side of the river. It is upstairs in The Pod....but there is a lift. Parking has no restrictions ( except for match day in the stadium next door ..90 mins)..this Starbucks is very clean ..open and airy not dark like a lot of them are . It has a comfortable leather bench seat and lots of room. Then when you have a coffee or whatever ..you can go shopping...or walk on the path at the side of the river ...which is great for taking the kids in their scooters or bikes. Love it here! 😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Decor needs upgrading, sound system drowned out staff's calling of food and drinks. Sharp lack of gluten-free treats, cinnamon swirl was dry and stale, coffee was lacklustre. Should have gone to Costa, will do next time.

This is a great Starbucks store..very friendly ..very very helpful..quick efficient service.. comfortable and clean easy to park..there is a lift.. lovely clean toilets..close to the shops without actually being stuck in the middle of one. I highly recommend Starbucks Morfa Swansea😁

The Morfa store has had ice only intermittently for the past month, so no cold drinks.. Before that the filter coffee machine was broken down for another four weeks - A coffee shop with no coffee? Two emails to Starbucks, but nil response - They obviously put customer satisfaction way down their list of priorities. The only good thing about the store is the staff, who are great - I expect they to get fed up with customers walking out because they cant get the drink they want. STARBUCKS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

I had to write a review as had such great friendly service at this place on Monday morning. My family and I were all staying at the hotel after a party night before in town and the girl with dark hair and glasses was so sweet and we all commented what a great customer experience we had. Made our coffees that much more enjoyable and was also really well made. Thank you for your service, sorry we didnt tip!!

We just came through your drive through and the service we received was amazing me and my friend ordered 2 hotchaclates and they were amazing especially Hannah the lady at the window was amazing

Arrived at 635 with friends, ordered 4 sit in drinks, think the staff could have used common sense and pre-warned us they were closing at 7! I seen this as total greed just to take our money. Drinks luke warm and coffee had a burnt taste. Will not return and would recommend to anyone else not to bother, and to go to the other coffee shop over in Next which is much cleaner and nicer.

Had our usual coffee yummy as always. Staff are very pleasant and good service. Nice and quiet with ease to talk.

A very nice coffee shop with excellent staff much better than the Starbucks drive through llansamlet which is dirty with very inadequate staff who have no customer service skills and can't even get small orders right I would go to Costa if this Starbucks is closed much they are more professional and cheaper really shocked at standards at drive through

Every time I visit this Starbucks I have excellent service from all staff but in particular from Naiomi. It's always service with a smile from her and she makes it her business to try and remember customer names which is amazing bearing in mind the amount of customers who pass through! Well done Starbucks SA1 for recruiting a she is a credit to your company.RegardsDebbie

Morfa Starbucks with my wife and 4 children spent over £20 on drinks, not a problem. The 2 hot chocolates were served at room temperature, I took them back and said they were cold very politely. There was no hint of an apology just a roll of the eyes, instead of making fresh drinks they were both poured into the same pot, steam put through it and returned to the same cups!! Will not be using Starbucks ever again from now on we will be taking our service to Costa.

Just visited for a coffee and a all day Breakfest roll on the way home from work. The service by Natalie was great, and the coffee was perfect. Thank you for making my day after a long night shift.

Very poor service!!! We have ordered8 drinks and the 5 Christmas Drinks that we ordered I requested to be all cold drinks instead of hot drink.... at first they gave us ALL HOT drinks instead of Cold drinks then when I said what we've ordered the cold version drinks not the hot they all replaced it with coffee with ICE only not Frappocino which is what's on their menu if you want a cold instead of hot drinks ..... So I complain again that why only ice on our drinks instead a frappocino and the staff said she taught when I said cold is only to put iceon the drinks then I said your choices in your menu is either hot drink or swap it with cold as a frappocino so I said ofcourse when I ordered cold is it frappocino is what I meant because that is their cold version in their menu!!!! I've paid £4.40 (grande) each for our Christmas drinks and we are not even satisfied with what we have ordered and the wrong order was done not just once but twice but still not able to have what we really ordered. What a nightmare!!!!!

Met a friend for a relaxing catch up. Not too busy, staff very friendly and advised us what was a great cuppa.

Visited this morning for a drink while out shopping. It was early in the morning and despite the shop just opening it was very dirty - there were crumbs all over the floor and tables and chairs. The furniture is old and uncomfortable and there was a long wait for our order. There are better places to go for coffee in Morfa and I will not be returning.

Nice girls serving and the coffee was lovely but we will not be going there again the place is very dirty and men smoking (weird smelling !!!) outside !! Intimidating and why can't there be non smoking coffee shops?? shame! Excellent music playing though!! And paper straws would be better x AND shall cappuccino was 40p more expensive than costa!!

Me and my boyfriend went Starbucks and ask for white chocolate lady was quite rude and wasn’t very help she brought back drink try white chocolate the lad was very nice to us and could not fault him when ask he very helpful part lady very rude was happy we was treat with the lady customer service was unprofessional part young was very professional and helpful

This Starbucks feels light and airy. You can sit inside, or outside on the balcony overlooking the river and the Liberty Stadium. The staff are very friendly. My children love going to the toy/book basket.

Great coffee, great panini, great service. I love Starbucks coffee! Plenty of parking and close to lots of shops.

Met some friends before going shopping. Handy location. Hot chocolate is to die for! Great selection of cakes and cookies, all of which are super yummy

I recently visited this place whilst shopping for my xmas presents, this was my first time in here and loved the service and the atmosphere. The coffee was really nice, lovely blend and very satisfied with everything.

Popped in for a latte and fruit toast, the fruit toast was amazing, but I couldnt help notice how dirty the place was! The floor looked like it hadnt been swept for weeks, there were only 3 other tables with customers on, yet another 5 tables had dirty cups, plates and rubbish on. The leather sofa chairs were all ripped and grubby too. We had to move dirty cups off our table before we sat down too. There were 3 staff behind the counter, which were friendly and pleasant, the place was quiet, yet they were more concerned with filling up crisps, sugars, and stirrers. I dropped a pound coin where I was sitting which fell down the side of the sofa chair, and when I lifted the seat cushion up, the chair was absolutely filthy with dirt, and crumbs. I dont think we'll be returning here!

It a nice coffee but overpriced if you have it in starbucks. Can be quite busy at times especially on a weekend in morfa. Costa is better. Sorry Starbucks.

Had a nice coffee break in this Swansea branch! I was convinced to try a new coffee it was delicious! There was a selection of cakes sandwiches but just had a coffee today!!

The best coffee ever. Food is lush but prices are high, but you pay for quality. Absolutely amazing. Staff are friendly and nothing too much trouble!

I've visited this Starbucks many times over the years since it opened and can't say I've ever had any complaints with the customer service or cleanliness. Queuing times can be annoying but it's all a part and parcel of the environment your in! Plenty of baby highchairs available for those of you traveling alongside miniature people!

Starbucks is nice but overpriced. It is 50p for cream. I paid £4 for a small strawberries and cream with cream on top. In Starbucks there is lots of seating. Inside and out. It isn't the most excesible for people in wheelchairs. It is nice for a treat.

Busy for a weekday morning. Grabbed two sofas for our party of 3 plus a baby. Service taking the order was friendly and efficient. Would have appreciated the person making the order letting me know it was ready so those hovering around the end bar aren't breathing all over my food and drink.

I Love calling into Starbucks for a skinny latte with extra shot. Always a good cup of coffee here. We visited many Starbucks coffee shops while in New York in January but British Starbucks are better .

Regularly call into this Starbucks as its only a five minute walk from my house. Never been disappointed, always been greeted promptly and had excellent service which makes me surprised at the other reviews!

VERY dissapointed. I've been a regular customer at Starbucks for over 4 years with a loyalty card. Every 15 stars you get a free drink reward. After travelling 15 miles to use my reward I was told I could not use it so had to pay the best part of £4 to purchase yet another drink .. after paying £54.75 on previous drinks to gain it. I then went out to the balcony (smoking area) as it was a hot day to enjoy my drink with a cigarette and was told we could not sit out there as work is expected to be done. BUT NO SIGN TO WARN YOU BEFORE YOU PURCHASED YOUR DRINK. if this was the case i would of gone to a different shop! So we ended up sitting back in the car. I've never had such bad service at starbucks before .. I think I will stick to the shop in centre swansea from now on as there has never been a problem there!

After a hard day of work, I needed to have time out and have my caffeine fix of the day, as I am a Starbucks loyalty member I had a free drink on my Starbucks card, after ordering my refreshment I was tould by a stuck-up cashier that the reward had expired and had to pay. After all that commertal I went out to the smoking area to calm down and have a cigarette and enjoy my coffee,a coffee barristr then tould me I can't sit out here as there was work going on out in the smoking area, was shocked to see that there was no sign stating this. Left the restaurant very disappointed.

It's a Sunday morning, time 10.27 receipt to prove, and you would like a coffee and Ham & Cheese Croissant ........your tolerate by nature, but at that time in the morning service should be quick and friendly.............sadly both these features were missing! (perhaps the retail park needs an efficient competitor?...............)
