Very nice place to get a coffee or bite while waiting for the bus!

Ordered a Black coffee not only did it come with milk inside it but also was luke warm. How bad do you have to be at your job to get coffee right.

There are quite a few Costas in the area but this is my go to one. I never have food hence the low score for that. My only gripe is people constantly coming in to use the toilets as the public ones close by charge a penny to spend a penny!

Really nice place, very relaxed and staff is well trained and efficient. Love the vanilla latte?! 😋

Expensive but clean and well stocked

I had a latte at 3.10pm today, my friend paid £7 for two latte's. It's was terrible two much milk and luke warm, paying that much for coffee should be a lot better, this is the third time this has happened, I think the staff should pay more attention to serving customers.

Standard Costa restaurant. In the bus station so always pretty busy. Not really much of an atmosphere, but the staff were polite and efficient and made me a good coffee. Can't really ask for more

If Costa knew how to make a good cup of coffee, I'd give them a better rating. However, the coffee is well over price, and quality is certainly not worth the expense.

I have always received a lovely welcome in your store. But going in today after a stressful morning i cant thank enough Tasha for her service. She gave the biggest smile and amazing service. If only other stores made customers feel thos welcome. As a retail manager myself i always appreciate staff who go above and beyond. Warm welcome,amazing service and fabulous hot chocolate. Having frequented this Costa for a long time, I'm afraid to say the customer service is absolutely shocking, especially by the male barista, who is so unhelpful in every respect.. I will not be visiting again, having spent many hundreds of pounds there.. so disappointed...

Terrible coffee. Even worse service

Turned out to be a good place for breakfast three times . We didn’t want to indulge in the large and expensive breakfast in our hotel so chose this instead . We found there was plenty on offer for a light breakfast , M and S instant porridge or yogurt and granola , croissant or fruit . All very reasonable and served by a friendly person who remembered us when we turned up for the second time . Handy too for coach or bus travellers . Very clean and attractively furnished .

I absolutely love coming here whether before going to work or just want to sit and hang out with friends this costa has got you covered. I really like how it is so easy to get to if you are in town as it is a prime location as I walk passed it at least couple times a day. The staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. The coffee and tea itself is always made with care and to my liking. I honestly would recommend this place!

Honestly just a spurr of the moment reveiw but the lady working at around 10 am on 16/11/21 was so nice and bubbly.i was having a really bad morning and thought my bus wasn't going to show up, it did and left while i got coffee lol. Her just talking and joking about how i must like caramel really made my day. I hope she sees this and knows that she made what would have been a really boring day a bit better. Other than that the place was lovely welcoming and clean, id definitely recommend.

The Costa Coffee bus station used to be friendly, warm welcome. Since things have slightly changed the coffee and the tea is NOT HOT as it used to be. Went in the other day and it was so SLOW. It used to be a little faster than that. Unfortunately, won't be visiting Costa bus station again I'm afraid. Not as clean or tidy as it was ages ago either. 👍 Just stating a honest opinion. Sorry guys. 👍 I understand you can go as fast as you can go because it's hot contents. But my goodness it has NEVER been that slow. Hardly any staff on shop floor with a que upto the door almost👀😬

Went in to get 2 coffees there was a girl and a guy behind the counter the guy was doing everything and the girl was horrible and rude behind the counter The coffees weren’t nice either but she made me feel so uncomfortable never again will I be getting coffee there!!!

The costa that I predominantly go to because the staff are really nice people who I got to know very well. It's fun to be around such people .

I do appreciate when I'm being served quickly, however, it looks like they have some kind of competition whose faster. Sadly resulting in no so perfect coffee at times.

The weather was appalling and what’s needed when it’s raining......HOT CHOCOLATE!!!Came in and only had to wait a few seconds before being served. The barista was friendly, welcoming and far too happy on a grey, wet and miserable Saturday My hit chocolate arrived and it was very hot, warmed my hands and definitely hit the spot.Thanks for brightening my wet, grey and dull Saturday up, and for great customer service.

Arrived early to meet someone from the train , went in about 6.35 (they close at 7) but they were clearing up and had tables blocking off the seating area. We were told we could still have coffee... but, wow, pretty clear they didn’t want to do it! They must be out of there at 7 sharp like the start of a sprint!

Ordered a flat white. The forgot to put any coffee in it. It was also in a large cup. I payed 3 pounds for a pint of boiling milk. The milk was even burnt. Train your staff

Called in here today... absolutely stinking place..toilets, tables, serving area. Rude staff Never again....

I visited this costa with my sister and her small baby and needed to use the baby changing facility which is in with the disabled loo. It was utterly disgusting. There was an old dirty toothbrush left on top of the bin. A carrier bag with what looked like underwear in under the baby changing unit (could have been soiled baby items) used tissues all over the floor by the loo, which it’s self was disgusting. The sink had god knows what grime around it. Had I have used the loos first I certainly wouldn’t have had the hot chocolate with (sour) cream!Will not use this facility again when there are nicer, friendlier Costa’s and independent cafes just around the corner.

Absolutely disgusting! Visited here at 7.35 am on a Thursday morning,dirty floor and door..walked into the toilets and excretement on the toilet seat, no toilet paper and no hand sanitizer or soap! Sink filthy..so soon from opening these toilets were not cleaned! Dirty spoon given for coffee and no trays available. Hot chocolate was lumpy and powdery .#avoid#avoid#avoid#

Visited today and i had to use the baby changing facility. It was disgusting!! If my baby hadn't poker all the way up her back I would have walked straight back out. I'll be surprised if we haven't caught anything. Disgraceful!!

Visited the Swansea Bus Station Costa at 7.50am on the 30th July 2018. As we take a dog with us we sit outside the cafe. It had only been open for 50 minutes, yet none of the staff appear to be able to complete a simple task if cleaning the floor/tables regularly (if at all).We regularly visit costa cafes and this has to be the worst ones to sit outside of. If I wanted to sit and have coffee in dirt surrounded by rubbish then this is the place i'd highly recommend.Don't know why the staff allow it to get to this state as not only is this venue inside and covered, but the rest of the bus station floor is spotless, come on costa, out with the marigolds !!

Stopped for a drink before catching the bus home tonight. Shocking. Took it back and from seeing the guy make a new one he had no clue. He needs to learn how to make a decent Cortardo.

I frequent this Costas about twice a week. They have friendly efficient staff . It is very clean and they make great coffee with plenty of cakes pastries etc to choose from. My favourite is either the Granola bar or the Panetonne toasted.

recently travelled to the UK and Wales enjoyed our coffee and hot chocolate and the lemon muffins were delicious.

Costa coffee is always good, they do let themselves down on keeping tables cleared and cleaned. Costa need to employ more staff so that tables are swiftly cleared and cleaned. So often tables are cleared but not cleaned, then you pull out a chair and it’s covered in crumbs. Their tables also tend to be unsteady so that coffee spills into the saucer. They don’t even put napkins out for customers to use now, you have to ask for them. Many years ago they gave a little biscuit in the saucer, that was stopped. No biscuit, no napkin, what is next to go? Come on! They are not cheap!

Waiting for my train thought I would have breakfast as I was early. Disappointed to be told there was no butter for my toast. What company would be that disorganised that they would not have butter at breakfast time ? Maybe they should have offered my coffee for free. Not a good start to the day before a long train journey.

I love Costa coffee but here the coffee served was so disappointing, weak and tasteless.The Coffee shop did look quite untidy with lots of tables with empty cups still on them. We eventually left our half drunk cups and headed to Greggs for a take away coffee which was 100% better.

I am really disappointed with the costa chains, one I personally don't like the bitter bean that's being used in their coffee, another is they do not think of people with intolerances at all! I for one cannot eat anything with dairy and gluten, there fore I am stuck as are lots of other people, you would think in this day and age that a big company like this would be forthcoming with their choices for people like myself, hence this is why they have lost my custom, I have spoken to the staff, and said there is nothing as far as food available

Staff friendly. Normal Costa with usual fare of coffees and teas and sweet treats that are bad for you. Recently reduce drinks by 25p if you bring your own covered cup

said I would never again - but had no choice as friends had arranged meeting place - asked to have a clean tray and was told "it is clean just out of dishwasher" time before I was told they cannot go in the dishwasher - gosh all they need is a bit of elbow grease. I was frowned on by young man serving men for daring to complain - not what you expect or want when out for a social meeting and coffee with friends - BAD BAD - do Costa read these reviews - do they care!!

Es una cafetería de la cadena costa coffee, así que no esperéis gran café derramado por una calidad expertamente Barista. Parece interior como cualquier otro Costa, sin sorpresas o tratar aquí.

This review is for the Costa's in the QUADRANT Bus Station, (Tripadvisor have lumped Quadrant reviews in with other Swansea Costa's).Generally speaking, I really enjoy Costa's coffee but there is something wrong with the coffee in the Quadrant, every time I've had coffee here there is an unpleasant tang / aftertaste.I enquired at one of the other nearby Costa cafes if they could be using different coffee but was told no.It's a busy Costa's in a plum location, well decorated, nice & clean, lots of well-presented hard-working staff. What are they doing to taint the coffee?On 21 March 2016 this outlet was awarded an Optimum 5/5 Food Hygiene Rating, (Very Good).

First visit to this Costa for a long while and disappointing to see dirty trays yet again. Complained but fell on deaf ears - someone tried to assure me that they go into the dishwasher every night - when complained of same thing at Fforestfach was told "we are not allowed to put them into the dishwasher and the dirt in ingrained" says it all - never again

I visit this particular Costa fairly regularly. The staff are always cheerful and pleasant but one particular team member went over and above today. I had to use the loo, but really loathe using public toilets. The first loo I looked in had water all over the floor. A young lady employee was nearby and I told her that one toilet was flooded. She immediately got a mop and bucket and cleared the majority of water, leaving a wet floor. She suggested I use the other loo, but being rather phobic of public loos, I looked at it and told the young lady that I didn't like the look of it. She asked if I would like her to clean it before I used it. Now that is service! The young woman's name is Nina, Costa should definitely give her an Employee of the Month award.

I'm a big fan of the Costa chain, they're pricey but the coffee is usually great, (I usually have a double espresso).The Quadrant coffee shop is pleasant, clean & staff are on the ball. I recently asked for an extra large Americano for a change, the Barista asked if I'd like to upgrade to the special roast for only 20p, insisting that "... it's well nice!"The drink was presented in a china bucket somewhat reminiscent of a chamber pot. Far from being 'well nice' the coffee was insipid with a very unpleasant tang & aftertaste.So thumbs up in general but thumbs down for the horrid 'special roast'.

Me and hubby don't really drink coffee but are big fans of the Costa Iced teas, so will often grab one if we are passing a Costa or make a trip to a local one in the summer to grab a refreshing drink. The Costa in Swansea bus station is a typical Costa, it is usually nice and clean, fast service, even though they are often busy, and generally friendly and helpful staff. We have used it lots of times and will continue too.The white chocolate and raspberry muffin is awesome too!

The coffee here beats anywhere and the food options are phenomenal. The Staff create a great and welcoming atmosphere.

The usual good quality Costa cafe and service, nice desserts, good service, helpful staff. Cafe is clean and tidy offering a nice view to the bus station, giving the impression of travelling. It is busy in general but with a nice atmosphere.

Been in here a couple of times now while waiting for a bus. The first time I was just exhausted and needed a coffee, and was surprised by the good service and great atmosphere here. The second time the place was just as good. The staff are friendly and seem professional, and the coffee was great.

.. normally a big fan of this Costa - but my last visit - given wet and dirty tray - complained only it to be replaced with another wet and dirty tray - obviously a new girl not properly trained served me a luke warm coffee which had spilt into saucer. Not bothered to complain as in a rush! DIRTY trays seem to be an issue in allCostas they after a while look as need a good scrub - off putting to say the least!

As a Puppy Walker Volunteer for Guide Dogs, my first trip out with a 12 week old puppy I thought it would be nice for him to relax and experience a coffee shop as part of his training, I was welcomed by Corrie who took my order to save queuing with an excitable puppy, she brought this to me with compliments of the company, A lovely experience for us both, and I commend such nice helpful staff, Thankyou

this was my first visit here in an age - girl making my coffee dropped the coffee mill on the floor and then promptly picked it up and proceeded to use it to make my coffee! I questioned her as to why it was being used - she flushed and said "oh ok" and put it aside. Surely if properly trained this would not have been issue - all in all not good - shame as some of the best coffee served here.

We like this particular Costa because it's situated within the busy bus depot in central Swansea. It's a great place to sip coffee and watch all the comings and goings of shoppers and commuters as they all pass by. Avoid busy times as the queues can be fairly long.

the store was ticking over at 11.30am on a Sunday.Service was quick but not great, the young chap with his sleeves rolled up to show his arms off was rude to the other girl serving.The staff Costa employ do not seem as good lately.Coffee was great and the seating area was clean and tidy, although there were bags of milk on the floor of the servery and the usual unhygienic filthy green cloth all Costas have.Overall it was OK, but customer focus needs addressing in Costa, Nero seems to be doing a better job lately.

Enjoyed a latte and a sit down in this very clean establishment. It was very pleasant people watching coming and going on the road outside.

Nice coffee, costa is usually good, banging of the frothy jug is the key! Toilets no loo roll! The granola bar got insanely smaller of late! £1.85 what an absolute con! I wont buy another one! It was pitifully small!

Only stopped off for a quick late morning break before our trip home, but even so the service was very attentive. Ordered toasted ciabatta / coffees and had iced water brought over and attention to our visit asking us if we had enjoyed our stay! Never had that at any coffee shop before. Nice helpful and friendly. Well done.
