Older lady at the customer service desk is pretty rude and flippant, as well whenever I come later in the evening it’s never really clear which self serve section is open and you end up walking back and forward, and if you need help having an item approved theres very few staff available

My 2 grandchildren wanted to go, and to be fair the pancake dishes looked good, but that's were it ends. Had without doubt the worst fish and xhips I have ever eaten, dry fish half cooked chips, they would have had to go some to mess them up!!. Will not ever go back, and would advise anyone reading this hopefully before they go, not to

Visité el sábado 5 de abril con mi hijo que me estaba invitando a un café y un pastel después de hacer algunas compras, todo estaba bien un poco más caro para lo que se obtiene tho. Después de haber pagado la cuenta, entramos al centro comercial Silverburn de nuevo para que mi hijo fuera golpeado en el hombro y le dijeran que no había pagado! Nos horrorizamos mientras todos nos miraban desde la tienda y también en el centro comercial, mi hijo dijo que habíamos pagado y señaló a una señora de color que estaba trabajando en la tienda que le pagamos la cuenta a ella y luego se dio la vuelta para decir que sí, pero se olvidó de quitarlo del sistema que se pagó! Oh perdón dijo el asistente que nos avergonzó totalmente en una tarde ocupada de sábado.

We had a lovely selection of sandwiches, scones, cakes and refills of tea and coffee. Great service, staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks Highly recommended.

Los porteros son las personas más conflictivas que he conocido. No dejé entrar a mi amiga, ya que tuvo un ataque de pánico menor y sufre de diabetes y tenía azúcar en la sangre baja. Ambos salimos a tomar el aire y sólo yo habría podido volver. Estaba muy decepcionada y ella estaba visitando mi escuela universitaria y tuvimos que ir a casa con poca antelación.

Esto es en el West End de Glasgow justo al lado de Byres Road. Esta es una cafetería que tiene una bonita exhibición de pasteles bajo vidrio. La zona de estar está muy bien equipada con sillas y mesas muy acogedoras. Los pasteles son deliciosos y las bebidas son buenas. El servicio es bastante lento, así que si tiene prisa podría retrasarse. El personal está bien.

Un lugar ocupado con gente que va y viene. Aún así pudimos encontrar asientos después de pedir nuestras bebidas de café, pero apenas. El café era bueno, pero nos sentimos un poco llenos.

Excelente menú y precios, un montón para elegir. El personal es genial y su pedido llega rápido y caliente. Bonito lugar local para el desayuno / almuerzo.

Llegamos a las 14. ¿30 el jueves 9 y te dijeron que era solo para llevar? Únicamente buscábamos café y un pastel, pero nos dijeron que estaba cerrado a las 15. 00 , no estoy seguro de lo que querían decir con esto, pero para mí, si están abiertos hasta el 15 . 00 , deberían estar sirviendo hasta entonces, tal vez el personal quería alejarse temprano o pueden permitirse rechazar a los clientes de pago, estábamos así de impactados por la actitud de las damas, simplemente nos fuimos, ojalá le hubiera dicho algo en su momento, pero como mencioné, fue un shock total.

On entering the restaurant I noticed that some of the tables had not been cleared. I moved some plates to sit in a booth. They stayed on the other table while 2 members of staff just walked by then a girl picked up the cups and left the plates which were eventually picked up. The food, fish was good and hot, cheese burger was just warm and no more, the chips on both plates were warm and had to eat quickly before they got cold. We have eaten here on 2 other occasions over the years and nothing has changed. The staff do not look happy and I can understand why. I also wonder about the management. The prices are very good except I felt for what we had it was definitely not worth it. It is such a shame as Wetherspoons in Oban is clean, friendly with a good atmosphere.

Vinimos aquí para el desayuno, ya que teníamos un vuelo temprano y nos quedamos encantados con el servicio y con lo que elegimos. La granola, pastelería y café fue realmente bueno. .

over two hours for a delivery when live under five minutes away, and surprise it was cold when it arrived,,,, phoned to to find out where the delivery was and no apologize or anything along those lines just that we are busy,,, really don,t know why !!!

Christmas night out with a, 3 Course Meal, Drag Act, Grease/Dirty Dancing show. Last minute dot com, a Table for 2 was fitted in and made welcome. Staff were brilliant, tables cleaned floors kept clean , A well oiled machine.

Stayed one night as we were on an early ferry. When initially booked it was because the photos looked nice and welcoming. This was not our experience. There was no one there to book in with. Told the key would be in the safe, after opening and searching it wasn’t. After finally getting in it was not like the pictures. It was outdated, and not particularly clean. It looked like a dog had previously been in which is fine, but it was not cleaned properly afterwards. The floor was covered in white hair and not enjoyable. Appreciated the milk in the fridge, however the cupboard the toaster was in was full of old crumbs and was not clean. The towels provided had a strange smell which was not particularly pleasant. Shower was ok. Temperature was hit n miss with no particular instructions. Not to mention the look of the swimming pool which looked like it could house some serious fungal infections… Not a pleasant stay. Will happily drive through the night next time we have a morning ferry

We dropped in here for a drink and decided to have lunch. They had a mainly Italian food menu which was fine.
