First ever visit on a Sunday. Three course lunch for £15, two for £12 and just the main for £8.95. Good food and comes with a hot or cold drink (cannot say cold as fruit juice had not been chilled). Will be back.

We popped in for lunch but sadly wasn’t a great experience. We were sat down at a dog friendly table but the waitress didn’t give us any menus so we had to go find some, once sat for a while the waitresses were back and forward to other tables and kept looking at us but still no one came. We ended up just leaving and went to another cafe instead which was lovely with great customer service and welcoming. The other thing that let this place down was when we left and handed our menus back the lady just gave us a dirty look and said “alright”.

Deze golfbaan is geschikt voor golfers op alle niveau's. Houd rekening met flinke hoogteverschillen.

The 'Fechan diner in tucked away off the M74 and is primarily a cafe for truck drivers, however they'll accommodate anyone. My wife, lad and I frequently stop here en-route from Scotland- England for some scran and a drink. Always clean with pleasant staff and a damn site cheaper than MSAs.

In the area for a few days and popped into The Anglers for lunch. Beautiful entrance and restaurant well appointed, beautifully decorated and pristine. Warm welcome from the staff who were very attentive. Very appealing menu to cater for all tastes. Food fantastic and plentiful. Reasonable prices for the quality on offer. Toilets immaculate. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and would visit again if in the area. Superb!

This is such an atmospheric place. The Snug is where Robbie Burns would sit with friends. It is small with dark wood panelling, very cosy for a pre dinner drink. The restaurant has a lovely feel to it, again dark but cosy. The food was amazing. We had delicious canapés, gorgeous bread with flavoured bitters, and an exquisite amuse bouche. I then had sea bass to start and my husband had John Dory. The flavours were fabulous. My husband couldn't decide between the halibut or guinea fowl so the chef kindly cooked both! My main course was cauliflower and miso pasta with artichokes. Everything was delicious, presented beautifully and served by the friendly, knowledgeable and professional front of house team. Unfortunately, we couldn't manage dessert. The wines we chose were perfect. An amazing experience, thank you.

Initially we did have to hunt out someone to serve us , once served food came quickly and hubbys was fine, he had Scampi & big fat chips I had Caesar chicken on flat bread . The chicken was a bit sparce but bacon was lovely and crispy, lettuce was on its way out lump and uninteresting and hardly visible. It also came with 3 big chunks of very strong Parmesan so that made up for lack of chicken. I meant to order without flatbread but hubby enjoyed my flatbread with his chips ( he made a new style of chip butty ) Coffee was nice as always and all in all Not that bad at all hubby enjoyed his however I won't be ordering my choice again anytime soon. It is all Trial & error as we have had quite a few breakfasts & lunches in this Tesco cafe and usually all good . Today just wasn’t my day but hubby happy so that’s a👍
