The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Scotland

I never leave reviews but felt it was necessary after the incredibly rude and unpleasant experience from our “host” Abi. Consider a job in an office and not working with people. She was taking poorly to her colleague within ear shot about my father simply because he asked her for a beer recommendation to go with the fish he ordered. She was also glaring at my grandma and our entire table for no reason other. The food was good but I would never go back again due to the absolute abysmal “customer service”.

Attended an engagement party last night. Atmosphere was great. Service was very smooth concidering the numbers. Staff could not have been more attentive, especialy Declan who increased my 4 to 5 stars. Thanks for making it a night to remember

A great atmosphere here with beautiful decor. The staff were amazing and very accommodating as was fully booked but the manager found us a table for a short while. Which I was very thankful for. A great place and amazing drinks.

Second visit in a matter of a few weeks. Food was still on the cold / luke warm side. Feedback from friends, was it was nice, but the menu is limited and not to everyone’s taste. The bar seemed busier for bar meals than the new restaurant was, which may signify that diners still want the old fashioned staples, as well as a choice of new dishes. If the restaurant menu stays the same for months on end, then it may be our last visit in a while. It will be interesting to see if it is regularly changed due to seasonality? Service was efficient but lacked the warmth we received on our first visit of the reopening of Coterie. Consistency is key when it comes to customer service and not sure if that has been achieved yet, time will tell. A pleasant enough evening and as a local goes its not too bad, still always room for improvements like making sure that food is hot when it comes out of the kitchen.

Stayed overnight hotel at Moulin Hotel was happy with Hotels location and Hotel itself was lovely very quirky. Rooms nice clean and comfortable. Had meal in bar area as we had dogs with us which was nice had a great atmosphere and staff were really nice. Restaurant itself was good we had a lovely breakfast there without the dogs. The Hotel is situated a mile from Pitlochry so a good location very quite. Good area for walking. Definitely would return.

Pequeño pub encantador para ir. Fuimos a almorzar y beber y tuvimos un gran servicio de Leonda, muy servicial. 10 / 10 recomiendo!!

Viajar al norte de Escocia, así que necesitábamos una parada de una noche. Elegimos el parque de la pradera y ciertamente no nos decepcionó! Una cálida bienvenida encantadora en la recepción que luego nos mostraron a nuestra habitación, que era absolutamente encantador con una vista lejana del castillo. La habitación con un hermoso, moderno, fresco y limpio baño en suite estaba muy bien decorado un poco peculiar. Una de las camas más cómodas con almohadas más mullidas que hemos dormido en. Ropa de cama de buena calidad. Las zonas de bares eran vibrantes con un buen zumbido al respecto, así que decidimos comer aquí. La comida era deliciosa! Romper hamburguesa para mi marido mientras yo tenía 2 platos más pequeños, el Cullen Skink & el Bon Bon’s. Vaya, qué hallazgo es este lugar... Nos quedaríamos de nuevo... en un santiamén. Toda la experiencia fue en una palabra, FABULOSA. ¡Oh y cumplidos al chef!

Guess something not ticking today - just not normal high standard - medium steak was rare - managed to re grill but meat was chewy

Left after being told could sit anywhere and could see the cook wiping his back of hand across his nose and wiping on apron ,whilst he burnt pancakes and shouted at a staff member who said he couldn't serve them as they were burnt telling him he told him to serve them . Did not stay to see anymore , disgusting behaviour and hygiene , will not return although have eaten here a few times over the past year .

Birthday celebration table of 10. Service was brilliant, very welcoming and food was delicious. Easy accessible. Recently taken over. Would recommend the battered prawn starter and the salt and pepper sticky rice bowl. Decent portions. Good value for money. Give it a try!
