Es un frescor muy agradable y limpio heladería con sabores deliciosos y únicos. Perfecto para ajustar su paladar para el postre o entre comidas.

Agradable establecimiento limpio. El personal era servicial. Helado de galletas crudas bastante agradable, sin embargo. También muy caro.

Visitamos frescor con la familia el día 11 de agosto de 2018 y qué experiencia. La elección de helado y coberturas, yo estaba en mi elemento. Personal muy amable, especialmente el gerente (Ann), que se tomaron su tiempo para charlar con los visitantes y les haga sentir tan bienvenidos. Yo vivo en Glasgow, pero id definetaly realizar un viaje de regreso a Inverness, sólo para el helado en frescor. Los precios son fabulosos. Sigan con el buen trabajo chicos Michelle Glasgow

He estado allí en 28 / 7 / 18 justo después de las 9:00 pm personal nos ignoró totalmente cuando nos dijo hola chica detrás del mostrador estaba sonriendo en nosotros y nos dio la espalda. Tuve que les pedimos si todavía sirve helado porque el horario de cierre fue 20 minutos. Ha sido breve, dijo la chica que sólo pudimos conseguir helado si es llevar el facebook/messenger cose era más importante que nosotros los clientes. Servicio al cliente muy malo sin salud y seguridad, helado era muy malo.

Fuimos allí para un helado de lujo, con mucha variedad y te un adecuado gran noticia! Sido bastante decepcionado recientemente cuando pedir helado de algunos otros lugares, apenas una gran noticia! En cerca de 2 Libras con una bola que espero más! El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado, con personal amable sin duda volveremos!

Went here with the family for first time . I was really impressed with how accessible it was for wheelchairs even really big ones. There is a large disabled toilet with good access. The staff are friendly the ice cream is amazing. This would be a good place to take anyone and if in a wheelchair lots of space and nice atmosphere to spend time fun time with friends and family.

Was in town on the day of the vintage car rally, went to coolness and the shop was very busy! I must say the girls were run off there feet but were all smiling! All tables were filled filled up with customers, there was also a child's party, every one looked happy! So i don't understand why there is negative reviews, yes beside the sink area was a little untidy and so was the back counter, but the staff were cleaning everything! Anyway we had waffles! They were yummy, ice cream was amazing! Staff really friendly, we will be back soon!!

Place is absolutely disgusting. Hygiene not a priority!!! Girl doing hot chocolate puts hand in the jar for the marshmallows, Lady chopping up sausage rolls for a party then proceeded to attend to the party bags same gloves on! Girl takes unopened packet of strawberries out the fridge. Doesn’t even wash them cuts them up and adds them to the ice cream. Floor was filthy, tables were filthy. Work counter was filthy. We definitely WONT be back!

Won’t set foot in this place again. The manager is a waste of time and place is near always empty. Over priced and lengthly wait.

Visited there after it being recommended by a family member, I had the “Banana Boat To Skye” Sundae, best sundae I have ever had, staff where really friendly and helpful and she answered any questions about the menu that I had. Would most certainly go back again and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Inverness.

Took the family here to try their waffles! Well what can we say but wow!! Amazing ice cream! Waffles were amazing!!😚My hubby had a crepe with fresh fruit ice cream and hot choclate sauce 😚Very clean shop! We will be back!!!! Staff are helpful and friendly to 😄

Huge ice cream parlour. Stopped with parents in on a cold wintery late Nov evening after walking around the castle grounds. Had an ice cream. Large selection and friendly staff. They also look like they do a lot of children' events and activities

The staff in Coolness were lovely, we went there as our last stop before heading back to the airport. The Lady behind the counter gave us a private room and played some music too. We were properly spoilt and on top of that, their Ice creams and Sundaes are Insane. +++

It’s a Different world.. melts in mouth what ever you chose .. staff friendly and very helpful... the portions are good size and fills up. Waffles could be a bit warm nothing more. Tks

After lunch we decided to eat something sweet. I chose the coolness and this was best choice of the day. Very friendly staff and good customer service. Waffles fresh made and amazing choices of ice cream. My daughter really enjoyed cherry and strawberry flavour. Definitely I will repeat the visit again and again. Thank you

Had the after eight and the popcorn sundaes,although they had run out of honeycomb it didn't matter as was replaced by yummy tablet ice cream.I have never seen so many different flavours of ice cream and I wish I could try them all.Service warm and driendly,will return

Or come for breakfast! Yes! Ice cream for breakfast. We came for dessert. I had hazelnut and hubby had a waffles with 2 scoops of ice cream, sauce, topping and whipped cream. There are so many choices and flavors it really isn't worth coming after a meal. Come FOR the meal! Yum!
