Nice clean premises. Staff helpful. Ice cream quite nice, waffles undercooked however. Very expensive also.

Visited Coolness with family on 11th Aug 2018 and what an experience. The choice of ice cream and toppings, I was in my element. Staff very friendly especially the Manager (Ann) who took time to chat to visitors and make them feel so welcome. I live in Glasgow but id definetaly make a trip back to Inverness, just for the icecream at Coolness. Prices are fab too. Keep up the great work guys Michelle Glasgow

Been there on 28/7/18 just after 9:00pm Staff totally ignored us when we said hello girl behind counter was smiling at us and turned her back on us. Had to asked them if they still serving icecream cos ithe closing time was 20 mins away. Long story short, been told by the girl we could only get ice cream if it’s takeaway cose the facebook/messenger was more important then us the customers. Very poor customer service no health and safety, ice cream was really bad.

Went here for a ice cream treat, lots of variety & you actually get a proper scoop! Been pretty disappointed recently when ordering ice cream from some other places, barely a full scoop! At near £2 a scoop I expect w bit more! Place was clean & tidy with friendly staff will defo visit again!

Went here with the family for first time . I was really impressed with how accessible it was for wheelchairs even really big ones. There is a large disabled toilet with good access. The staff are friendly the ice cream is amazing. This would be a good place to take anyone and if in a wheelchair lots of space and nice atmosphere to spend time fun time with friends and family.

Was in town on the day of the vintage car rally, went to coolness and the shop was very busy! I must say the girls were run off there feet but were all smiling! All tables were filled filled up with customers, there was also a child's party, every one looked happy! So i don't understand why there is negative reviews, yes beside the sink area was a little untidy and so was the back counter, but the staff were cleaning everything! Anyway we had waffles! They were yummy, ice cream was amazing! Staff really friendly, we will be back soon!!

Place is absolutely disgusting. Hygiene not a priority!!! Girl doing hot chocolate puts hand in the jar for the marshmallows, Lady chopping up sausage rolls for a party then proceeded to attend to the party bags same gloves on! Girl takes unopened packet of strawberries out the fridge. Doesn’t even wash them cuts them up and adds them to the ice cream. Floor was filthy, tables were filthy. Work counter was filthy. We definitely WONT be back!

Won’t set foot in this place again. The manager is a waste of time and place is near always empty. Over priced and lengthly wait.

Visited there after it being recommended by a family member, I had the “Banana Boat To Skye” Sundae, best sundae I have ever had, staff where really friendly and helpful and she answered any questions about the menu that I had. Would most certainly go back again and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Inverness.

Took the family here to try their waffles! Well what can we say but wow!! Amazing ice cream! Waffles were amazing!!😚My hubby had a crepe with fresh fruit ice cream and hot choclate sauce 😚Very clean shop! We will be back!!!! Staff are helpful and friendly to 😄

Huge ice cream parlour. Stopped with parents in on a cold wintery late Nov evening after walking around the castle grounds. Had an ice cream. Large selection and friendly staff. They also look like they do a lot of children' events and activities

The staff in Coolness were lovely, we went there as our last stop before heading back to the airport. The Lady behind the counter gave us a private room and played some music too. We were properly spoilt and on top of that, their Ice creams and Sundaes are Insane. +++

After lunch we decided to eat something sweet. I chose the coolness and this was best choice of the day. Very friendly staff and good customer service. Waffles fresh made and amazing choices of ice cream. My daughter really enjoyed cherry and strawberry flavour. Definitely I will repeat the visit again and again. Thank you

It’s a Different world.. melts in mouth what ever you chose .. staff friendly and very helpful... the portions are good size and fills up. Waffles could be a bit warm nothing more. Tks

Had the after eight and the popcorn sundaes,although they had run out of honeycomb it didn't matter as was replaced by yummy tablet ice cream.I have never seen so many different flavours of ice cream and I wish I could try them all.Service warm and driendly,will return

Or come for breakfast! Yes! Ice cream for breakfast. We came for dessert. I had hazelnut and hubby had a waffles with 2 scoops of ice cream, sauce, topping and whipped cream. There are so many choices and flavors it really isn't worth coming after a meal. Come FOR the meal! Yum!
