Costa Coffee Coffee Drive Thru in North Ayrshire

Not only do they do amazing coffee the staff are the people who make this branch , on every visit you find them the same they always have a smile and can do attitude, you don’t see this very often and it makes you happy to visit. Well done guys don’t ever change , should be recognised by management

During lockdown I’ve been treating myself to my daily caffeine fix on a more frequent basis. The staff here are always pleasant and the coffee is always the way I like it- extra hot. It’s always busy which is proof in itself.

Excellent place for a coffee but EXPENSIVE. Like most of these "Branded" coffee shops you are paying for their branding, You will easily go through a tenner having a large coffee and a cake here. Not my cup of tea or even cup of Costa Coffee.

I pop into this Costa often. The staff are always so friendly & helpful. One young girl, Alice, is lovely, she asked me if I order the same drink all the time. When I told her yes she said she'll have it ready for me when she sees me coming in. Great customer service x

I was en route to Glasgow for business, and visited the new Drive-Thru at Costa. I ordered the ultimate British breakfast wrap and a coffee. The wrap was delicious and was served piping hot, by a very friendly and efficient young man. All round first class. Highly recommended.

This Costa is always busy but the staff do a great job. Our drinks, panini & cakes were delicious as always and the service from the staff was superb as always

Unable to get orders correct and failed to know the specials. The staff were polite enough. The drinks they did make were decent.

Most Costa coffee outlets are pretty much same old same old and the range of products on offer here are as expected if you are regular customer this branch is fairly new so the fixtures and fittings are all new and of a good standard being that it is a standalone drive through it has ample dedicated parking and outdoor seating for the good weather or for smokers Have visited on a few occasions and never had a bad sandwich or coffee but that's what Costa do good off road location and easy to find if you are in the area and in need of a refreshment then you could do worse than Costa drive through kilwinning

This is getting to be my weekly treat. Excellent coffee and delicious millionaires shortbread. Always friendly staff and, judging by the greetings, many of the customers are regular returning visitors. My only adverse comment was when I decided to try the coffee and toastie deal. The toastie was shocking. Wafer thin ham and thin tasteless cheese and the bread only toasted on one side. I happily stick to my millionaires now.

I sat in to have a goats cheese & sweet chilli pannini, cappuccino, a banana & pecan loaf plus I had a pineapple & coconut cooler. Everything I had were yummy. staff lovely & great service x

We stopped off on our way home and decided to grab a quick bite to eat as well as a hot drink, found the staff to be extremely friendly and the place was spotless, the bacon roll was cooked perfectly and served up quickly, a nice pleasant atmosphere

First of all i would like to state i have been to this store a number of times and have always received excellent coffee and service. but on this occasion i was severely let down by a male member of staff with black spiky hair as i was in on Sunday afternoon and could tell the boy felt put out by the customers being there and needing to serve us, now i know this isn't the usual service from this particular Costa as it is normally friendly and welcoming. I hope in my future visits myself and other customers receive the service i have came to expect

I regularly drive thru this costa coffee outlet and every time I get excellent friendly helpful customer service from the girls more than any other costa outlet iv visited from Ayr to Troon to Glasgow I wouldn't go to any other costa for my coffee and treats except this one keep up the amazing service

On a nice night out for a drive we stopped off at this relatively newly opened Costa! In typical Costa style staff are friendly and helpful. This place could be utilised as a nice drive in any weather simply to get out the house on a miserable night - avoiding watch TV! It was also nice to see well behaved young people, not in cars, using the venue as a meeting point! Well done Costa!
