This has got to be the best value breakfast in Bournemouth. The service was excellent, very prompt, and the two breakfasts we ordered were outstanding in terms of quality and value for money. A choice of coffee or tea was included in the price, as were toast and butter.

Best breakfast in Town. The bacon is to die for, all fresh cooked and good prices. Great survivor of Covid times when so many cafes closed for good.

What a fabulous bistro and start to a day! Such a friendly place with a great innovative menu, something for everyone. We had a delicious breakfast with great coffee. We would have liked to have tried the home baked cakes and scones but were just too full. Although dogs are not allowed inside the Bistro, (they can go in the shop) there is a great terrace with both shelter and heaters so we were very comfortable there with our four legged friend. Its a definite 'MUST' if you are in the area and the shop at the front is so interesting everything is beautifully displayed with more very helpful and very friendly staff. If I could I would give 10 stars.

This Cafe maybe small but it has a massif big heart of solid Gold. The owner and the regulars made my wife and I most welcome. The coffee was amazing as was our very warm tea cakes. We used this cafe all the time we were in Eastbourne and it didn't disappoint us once either for breakfast or lunch, Had a few lunches as well and according to my wife the best cheese toasty ever. Thank you for making our stay in Eastbourne that so much richer

A lovely 'living room' feel created, and the promise of 'food nights' sounds good

This appeared to be the only café open in Calstock when we went, so it’s not much to say it was the best cafe in Calstock, but it probably is …. Warm welcome, great coffee, extremely clean toilets (not often mentioned but hugely welcomed), tasty snacks! Highly recommended Thank You!

We had a really lovely couple of hours on 14th February having a splendid afternoon tea that I had won in the local village church raffle at Christmas. Everything was wonderful with the sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes, scones, macaroons, heart shaped sweeties, coffee and tea. Gluten free bread and scones and cakes were all very tasty and I particularly loved the gluten free sandwiches that were generously filled. It was all so perfect and the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. What a very enjoyable and much appreciated afternoon tea.. thank you very much to all the team and for the lovely treat! We will be back very soon!

Came here for a bite to eat whilst staying at the local Travelodge. Really nice old 14th Century Inn with all the fittings to boot. The beer was excellent (Three Tuns Zenith) as was the food. Nothing overly fancy but hearty, filling and really well cooked. Staff were friendly and welcoming which made our brief stay all the more enjoyable. Well worth a go.
