The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in England

We came here for lunch just before 12. We were lucky to get a table and queues were starting to build up already. I liked the fact that there were multiple order stations, each with their own person making drinks. This made ordering easy. There was free tap water available to help yourself to. Because it was so busy there was a really long wait for food. Far longer than I would have anticipated even knowing how many people were in the cafe. I only assume the back of house isn't as organised as the front. The food wasn't overly warm when it came but tasted ok. Kids meal was a bit over cooked.

We were in town for just a couple of days and we had coffee a few times. This was one of the coffee shops that we stopped at as we found it convenient during our wanderings. The coffee was good, as expected.

Grabbed a coffee on my way into Truro and stopped again for another on my way back past. Received a £100 parking fine for returning to the car park within 3 hours

Was a nice place but the new set up is a joke....queued for 40 mins to get served and it was very hot in there....a customer even passed out and I'm sure it was due to the long wait and heat.... People were leaving the queue and saying they would go somewhere else... Looking at the set up it would not take much to speed it up but you keep flogging a dead horse....either sort it or shut it...most people were elderly and really do not need to stand for that amount of time... Table service would have been better but this has to be the worst set up I have ever seen in a cafe and this was a Monday afternoon... Please avoid this place until it's sorted....

My fav part is when they didn't take my name, and then gave me the wrong order. It was a really nice end to my long busy day.

We visited the cafe to get our taxes done last minute and were so pleasantly surprised by how much we loved it. Internet is great, there are power points, the hot drinks include soya and oat options, and we had the vegan breakfast as well which came down to just under £6 per breakfast which is excellent value. You get two vegan sausages, beans, tomatoes, mushroom, avocado and toast. Everything was cooked well and portion size was good. The staff are also so lovely! They constantly move at speed, help anyone who needs the help, and keep the place pristine. They’re really friendly and efficient. The way you order is efficient (screen only) but will take time for some to get used to. My only criticism is the range of cold drinks is so expensive. I wish they could sell Tesco branded cold drinks as well at a lower rate. Appreciate £3.75 for a hot drink with machinery and ingredients cost of staff etc but a can for over £2 is more than some beachside cafes charge. That’s my only criticism.

Overall this was fairly disappointing. We had the signature breakfast and poached eggs with avocado on ‘toast’. Unfortunately none of the bread was toasted, which is a problem when the dish is supposed to be something on toast. The signature breakfast was lukewarm and clearly not made fresh. Also overpriced. On the plus side, the food was relatively tasty, arrived quickly, and the coffee was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Personal muy malhumorado. Pedí mi bebida y me paré al final a esperarla. La mujer obviamente lo había estropeado mientras se ponía crema y luego lo sacaba y vertía la mitad de la bebida y luego trataba de completarlo con otra cosa. Luego miró a su alrededor y vio que la gente estaba mirando. No estoy seguro de lo que acabé con, pero era demasiado tarde cuando me di cuenta. No el moca frappuccino de chocolate blanco que había pedido.

Sunday breakfast, Had to send bacon sandwich back as it was so undercooked. Uneatable. Waitress wasn’t pleased but it was horrid. Next one was fine. Drinks- hot chocolate was watery. One drink machine not working. Not great really, service was quick.

Next to the bridge in Weymouth. Large inside bar, usually empty on sunny days as patrons prefer to sit outside and watch the harbour world go by. Staff keep the tables clean and tidy.

Mi tía y yo visitamos cada 6 semanas. Disfrutamos de nuestro scone, mermelada y crema con nuestros cafés, PERO nos disgusta la música sonando fuerte a través de los altavoces y a menudo tenemos que levantar la voz para escucharnos. Por favor, por favor, por favor, la música simplemente no es necesaria! Gracias.

Called in this morning Sunday 26/01/25 during a walk with my dog. I was greeted by the young lady behind the counter informing me “sorry we don’t allow dogs in this store. I’m a regular visitor to Starbucks in Richmond Surrey which has no problem with dogs. The store this morning had one person sitting with a laptop and one waiting. Sited in this sort of area it’s a very disappointing decision. BTW I didnt see a sign outside informing me of this rule I did look but might have missed it.
