Starbucks in Kirklees

Esperaba un café encantador, ya que por lo general ambos recibieron un servicio excepcional de Helen mi barista - realmente me alegró el día y fue muy útil!

Me pasé por un trago rápido y un aperitivo y terminé esperando 20 minutos a que mi bebida finalmente llegara. Había dos clientes esperando cuando vine tan no especialmente ocupado , pero la pieza que fue más frustrante fue después de que tres personas que habían llegado 10 minutos después de que yo recibiera su bebida le pregunté dónde estaba la mía. Entonces me dijeron que la bebida se mezcla y que tuviera paciencia. No me disculpo pero me hicieron sentir que estaba equivocado por cuestionarlo.

Street Lane ha sido mi local durante años y tuvimos algunas experiencias mixtas, pero mi reciente visita ha cambiado eso! Tienen caras nuevas e hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera súper genial, nos ofrecieron tazas para cachorros para nuestros perros y leche para niños de lado. Servicio súper rápido y caras amables encantadoras : ) Sin duda volveré!

Este lugar está empeorando. 3 empleados detrás del mostrador y yo y otro esperando para ordenar. Nadie nos reconoció y se quedó esperando, siendo ignorados, mientras hacían Uber come / entrega pedidos de espaldas a nosotros. Terminé saliendo, otra vez, pero por última vez. No volveré. Es un vertedero desaliñado, personal pobre / sobrecargado de trabajo y ridículamente caro. Creo que se cerrará pronto, nunca hay nadie.

Poor. Refused to fill my water bottle as he was too busy to do that sort of thing. Coffee was fine, but I then had to hunt around the whole airport to find a refill point for a water bottle.

Been using this store on a daily basis for the last 18 months The staff try their hardest and I’ve got to know most of them who are really nice Brought a simple price query to the manager who not only didn’t understand what I was trying to explain but talked to me with a total lack of respect and understanding Her customer service skills are totally poor Brought the matter up with her superior who simply replied “ thanks for the feedback “ The store is in desperate need of refurbishment Tables often strewn with plates and cups very rarely get cleared or wiped down Brought this to the attention of the manager, no improvement since mentioning it Won’t be using this store anymore

i think this starbucks is located very conveniently, with friendly staff and a lovely room. It is never overly busy and the coffees are 10/10.

What can I say, not wanting to appear fussy but an utter dump! No pride in the presentation of the place, mediochre service & coffee that was just ok. Really Starbucks!?, I thought you were a world leader & this is affluent Roundhay in North Leeds. There are far better establishments in & around the area than wasting your time & money here!

Poor professionalism and customer service today from the female with blonde hair and a white t shirt (no name badge). The drink I was given was not what I ordered so when I told them that there was no apology, she took it back and made it again and then slid the drink towards me whilst chatting to staff, making it very obvious she was not happy to have had to make it again. It takes simple manners to apologise when wrong and hand the drink over with respect, to the customer. Good customer service costs nothing but goes a long way.

I have visited this establishment twice. Street Lane, Roundhay. First time they put cow milk instead of soya after I had to queue for an unreasonable amount of time. Okay, everyone has a bad day. Maybe that was it. However, after a second visit I realised that the problems are actually a feature of the ability to suck the living soul from anyone who crosses over the threshold. The queue was again inexplicably slow. Orders were slow to be processed and produced so what went from a quick nip in turned into 45 minutes of a waste of time. Drive by...do not stop here.

A great service from Nikita! He gave me some tips and recommendations and was very friendly! Thank you!! Will come back again.

Fairly slow moving queue despite not being particularly busy. Coffee drink I requested, pumpkin spice latte was not in so ordered a different coffee with the stipulation that it be vegan. Despite this they got it wrong so was very disappointed that my 1/2 hour plus had been wasted to get a morning treat for my partner on a Sunday. Server seemed a little dour as well but they were working in Starbucks on a Sunday so I don't blame them for that.

I used to like visiting this shop when it opened early , but (probably due to staffing issues which are prevalent at the moment) recently they can’t get their act into gear. They used to open at 6:30 - couldn’t manage that; then 7 - no, couldn’t manage that; now it’s meant to open at 7:30 but they can’t even manage that! It’s constantly closed when it should be open.

If you're wanting to keep your taste buds in tact then DO NOT GO HERE. I have never known barista staff to burn the absolute living fu*k out of coffee in my life. Rancid isn't the word. Don't get me wrong the staff are SO nice and seem to be well trained apart from the fact they chat to each other so you're waiting a while for your coffee, I wouldn't mind this if the coffee was how it should be but no. Would rather get a machine made one from Greggs:(

Visited on 27 Nov. It wasn’t busy and plenty of staff on, so no idea why every single table was filthy. Drink spillages, sticky rings and crumbs everywhere. Such a shame as a nice newish venue. As we sat and had our drinks, every single person who came in walked around the empty tables looking for a cleaner one. Staff preferred to stand around chatting.

Friendly staff and a happy atmosphere when I call for my coffee. Safe and clean ..Great service and very helpful explaining the Starbucks app. love going in thanks guys

This morning I called into the new Starbucks on Wakefield Road Gildersome Leeds. The girl making the drinks wasn't wearing gloves and was picking up the cups with her fingers on the inside. Not wanting to say anything but due to the pandemic I needed to I politely asked her if she minded not putting her fingers in our cups! Other than scowling she didnt answer. It made us very uncomfortable.....She rudely told us to go stand in the corner and wait. When she passed over the drinks there was no holders and the drinks were very hot. I returned to the counter and requested the bits of cardboard which she throw on the counter without speaking. I won't be going back.

Coffee to have in only served in paper cups. Ecology aside, I hate drinking out of paper cups. Dreadful intrusive music

Staff took the wrong order to begin with and then gave us a completely different order. They tried telling me that I got the order wrong!!!,,I must need training in ordering 2 coffees

Called in Saturday morning early before work all the staff were friendly and efficient. They used my name at each point of contact. Very clean place

I visit most mid week mornings at 6:30am-for a sit in drink-the staff are always very chirppy and working hard to get the cafe started for the day.

Love the taste of a good starbucks. Always reminds me of being in the US. Can't always afford to jet of to America so it's nice to at least be able to get the same coffee.

Tables covered in cup rings, outside flags stained in spilt dried drinks and litter strewn about. Inside floor tiles covered in dirt, crumbs everywhere. This is second occasion in last 6 months I have been to this location and it has been the same each...

Coffee was cold. The water clearly not boiled. I didn’t request another coffee but the lady with the blonde hair was so rude. Pulling faces. Worst customer service ever. She needs lessons in manners !

The staff was too rude to be true and the coffee was unacceptable. The milk was smelling bad and everything I said to the staff the only answer I got was rudeness. NOT VISITING AGAIN.

Not the best drink today pretty poor to be honest and not made to the usual standard. Cup presented to me all dribbling after cap placed on it. Not the best.

I used this branch since it first opened, and after a long while I thought I’d try again, the most unfriendly staff, and dirty mugs not cleaned up, I’m all for supporting love local stores ( albeit a national) but definitely never again try telling...

Why are Starbucks always dirty? I usually avoid for this reason but visited this one in Headrow, Leeds. Once again filthy dirty. Why is this a regular theme? Only writing this because they charge enough, make boastful claims about their product and fail to deliver....

Called in with 2 friends for coffee. Staff pretty miserable, I must admit they were also a bit rude. Drinks pretty average and really not that hot. Think the staff need more barista training and maybe learn to smile too.

Even though it's rather pricey it's my favourite coffee chain amongst what's available . The staff are pleasant enough , It's very well located in the heart of the city . I will be going back

Got a lovely chocolate drink take away which was fantastic. Only downside is the number of calories. Staff friendly and no queue so served straight away. Only downside is seating area looks a bit sparse.

Went to get a coffee as i do every morning. Today the lady that served me gave me a few pennies short change. When i counted she said, 'sorry im a few pennies, is that okay'? I felt akmost embarrassed as there were many people...
