We had latte and a chocolate and a biscuit and it was very good one of the best I've had

All areas walked through appear clean!

I had an injury to my hand, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Insisting my wife and I find somewhere to sit and carrying everything for us. Many thanks.

Quite a racist bunch if I say so myself. Gone downhill since change of management. Very ill mannered new staff. Pathetic service. Never seen anyone kicked out for eating food purchased from elsewhere apart from asian men with beards. Only conclusion - Racism/Islamaphobia.

Do not buy their croissants. I was told they were fresh and that was far from the truth! Don’t lie to your customers! Never coming there again.

The food was cold and the coffee had spilled all over and cold also... Need a full refund as it was shocking

The foam of the cappuccino wasn't acceptable.

I ordered a medium hot chocolate (ultimate blend) to take out - unfortunately I only opened the cup after getting out of the shop. It was only half full. There's no excuse at all for this. The staff weren't concentrating on anything as they were too busy with their own conversations. My first visit to the Huddersfield Costa, I won't be returning. This is my regular choice of drink and I've never received a half cup before!

Been coming here for some time but lately have noticed the service gone bad. On one occasion have ordered some coffee and a toast, been served with a long hair on the plate, when made them aware of that there was no apology made or offer to make a fresh toast, just asked me if I’d like a plate?! Alice needs to go for some customer service skills training, constantly looks down on you and makes you feel unwelcome. No please, no thank you, no sorry. Won’t be coming here again

Delivery perfect. It’s about week 8 when Costa New Street doesn’t provide sugar. Very poor at the cost that you can’t have sugar in your coffee

They are an 🇮🇱 company, boycott them Prices keep going up! Hardly any tuna or cheese in their panini, they are scrimping. Not a very diverse company !

I usually enjoy going into Costa coffee shops. However this afternoon, although the cake and coffee were up to the usual excellent standard, the ambience was not. There was a peculiar smell when I came in and its very hot although its not very hot and it's wet outside.

I wouldn’t visit unless you’re fancying a trip to the literal surface of the sun. It’s boiling inside as the air con is broken and has been for MOTNHS. Staff look like they’re literally dripping with sweat it’s just miserable

Called in for coffee. What's happened to the nice coffee shop. Staff abrupt. Dogy dealings going on. Wrapped glasses on counter filled with syrups and asking for £5 cash only. Also a tombola. Being bothered at table for raffle tickets. I go in there for a relaxing coffee not hassle. Absolutely ridiculous. Head office need to see this.

One of my drinks was not what it was supposed to be. Ordered a red berry cooler which I’ve had before. It’s usually thick and cold but this is runny and just pure juice no ice or blended anything!

I ordered and paid for 2 millionaire shortbreads but only got one

The store was closed 2 hours after their opening time. So had to use the drive through. The staff member was very abrupt and rude with a lack of passion. Items where missed that we had order and had to reorder an item.

This shop doesn't have any normal syrups only sugar free and the staff are slow and they are too busy talking amongst themselves instead of taking orders in 2 out of 10 is being gracious.

Staff are not helpful, I couldn't believe they put me the cup and the sandwich on separate plates without a tray expecting me to keep going on and off to my table for each individual item!! When I asked for the tray they looked at me as if I am asking for something unusual then they brought me a wet tray for me to put my stuff on, without even tissues which are lacking on the central console!!! Finally go for the toilets... dirtiest ever seen in Costa. Bottom line, if you are going to this branch expect a grumpy poor service with unhygienic toilet. I wish someone from managers or owners are looking at the reviews here.

Driver didn't come to flat front door and made me walk down and collect it . Don't see why I been charged 1.99 delivery when he can't deliver to the door

Costa coffee is the closest coffee shop to where I work so I’m in there quite often. The drinks are always perfect and I never have any complaints. However, the place is not clean at all! The toilets are disgusting and there’s always a queue because they’ve locked the door to one of the toilets. This should surely mean that they should be checking up in the other toilet more often? However, the state of it shows they don’t do this and it honestly ruins the shop! There’s also a hoover and a cleaning caddy left near the toilets but don’t seem to be used very often.

Not impressed that all unoccupied tables had not been cleaned after previous customers had left, I had to go to the counter and ask for the table to be sanitised. Then when hot sandwiches were ready I was called to collect them from the counter, I also had to ask for serviettes as they had not been supplied. Sorry to say that was not a very good experience that day.

Paper takeaway cups only ,tables not wiped, no plates ,teacake served in paper bag. Not Happy

Marvellous place whether your vegan or a sausage sandwich person theres something for you Plus you can plug in and still carry on working over coffee and a snack

I’m appalled and disgusted to have witnessed bullying behaviour today at costa. It was busy, out of the 3 baristas only one was making the drinks and then serving them to the tables, as they were running behind. It seemed like she had no help from her colleagues. The lady who showed the awful manner towards her colleague has a European accent, so if you are at costa please be aware of her. She should not be allowed to behave in a manner that that is unacceptable with any colleague or customer. Such behaviour should not be tolerated. I rang costa to complain about the behaviour I witnessed, I hope action is taken against her. I was deeply upset to see such open bullying behaviour in a public work place. Not acceptable!

Called in here for a brew before a meeting. Service was quick and friendly and there was the usual offerings available.. Air-conditioning on a warm day too, which was a bonus.

Usually very good - food is always fresh and nice and delivery is usually within the timescale allocated: today I had an item missing from my order which is disappointing- refund for this item requested via just eat

My order got mixed up but the delivery driver couldn’t have been nicer about it and quickly fixed the problem 👍🏻

I asked for oat milk in my coffee and whoever made it put in cows milk.
