The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Nice chilled out place where I enjoy a coffee on a morning before work. The cafe is quite roomy with plenty of seating and a nice view of the Town Hall and Art Gallery and to watch passers by.

Nice place after a hike for a drink and bite to eat. Lovely outdoor seating area

Vastly improved under the new management. Warm welcome and friendly opening hours. Good selection of beers.

Seems like they only want rich locals

Stayed for 2 nights The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The food and beer was fantastic and the staff were all so friendly. I would definitely recommend for a stop over.

Great pub and great manager. They have supported our rugby league team all through 2024 providing food for the players. Looking forward to 2025. See you soon 👍

Sunday evening arrived at 5:00 for 5:15 booking. Warm day restaurant was quiet,, outside busy. Starter came in good Time. 50 min wait for mains after 3 other tables had arrived and also been served dinner. Food was cold when turned up. We complained as any one would in a polite manner. Waiteress came back and asked if we wanted fresh dinner??? Seriously. This place has gone down hill so fast. Would t recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff, clean. Reasonable coffee. Got the order slightly wrong but not the end of the world. The music is ALWAYS too loud. You can't hold a conversation or work. I like Taylor swift as much as many other people, but it's not what I go to Starbucks for. I would stay longer and spend more if I can enjoy my drink with conversation.

NOT recommended for anything.The wife & myself went in with our 9 month old son to feed him.the high chairs were dirty & broken & after we were almost finished feeding our son they very abruptly shouted ARE YOU GOUNG TO BUY ANYTHING.like we were just going to feed our son then go an absolute joke STAY AWAY from this place odred 1 tea & took it out.there was a man came in with FOUR dogs on the way out he let his dogs stand next to a lady who was sitting down eating.& they all shook themselves there was dirt & fur flying all over.why not take them outside.I am definitely REPORTING THIS PLACE TO THE TRADING STANDARDS for food health & safety.100% stay away unless you want to catch food poison don't even have a food hygiene rating disgusting

For a favourite haunt of ours today the service was really disappointing - clearly it was busy but to accept a group booking to me means we are on top of it but to have been there 2.5hrs and had 1 course tells its own story - starters for some was at least 40 mins with 2 of them being soup. Dessert was never offered as an option & whilst we brought a birthday cake it wasnt our intention to have in place of theirs. Didnt feel valued so just left.

I can only review the pub as I did not stay in their rooms. Visited there to have a hearty lunch after 2 days of Pennine Way walk from Hebden Bridge. It is close to the train station. Staffs are amazing. Will definitely go there again if passing by.
