Go to Kings Lyn. Hardwick regularly always polite friendly and good service Today 4 th Jily visited 2 gentlemen serving,really felt as if we qwee inconviencing them. Wrong drink given which apparently was our fault,moaning about an order they had from ? Just eat . Think customer service training might be advisable. Like I said usually excellent service here but not today

It's Costa. I had a coffee. My sausage sarni was ok too service is as you'd expect and there's no atmosphere. Its a coffee shop!

Coffee and food good, shame about the staff who sit on the counter, lounge in customer chairs,used personal phones and generally don't look tidy and professional. Comments about the customers aren't needed either. It's not brain surgery I know but neither is it good.

I had a large cappuccino and after drinking it I spent a couple of hours throwing it back up and I always get a coffee at Costa but the one in Huddersfield didn't agree with me won't be going there again

Needs a new machine and extra staff was in que for 15 mins but other than that excellent staff who dealt with long que

Shame the staff are to busy to go around and clean tables and seating area not so keen on unisex toilets either

Terrible staff drink customers drinks leftovers in front of you. Eating behind counter which is disgusting. Staff are rude and unprofessional give Costa a bad name. Won’t go back now other Costa in town in way better.

We come here a lot because we like the coffee - and the food, generally, despite being pricey. But this is tempered by their rewards system which gets us a free coffee fir every 10 that we buy. The staff here are quicker than most and we usually enjoy the visit.

Went at 3:30 on a Thursday. There was a notice to say the store was closed. I tried to get the young chap at the counter’s attention who was too busy to acknowledge my friend and I. He abruptly told me they were closed due to no staff. And then carried on speaking with another person. Absolutely shocked with the unprofessional attitude the chap displayed.

Good little cafe to stop if you're in need of a drink while in kings gate shopping center. There are also a few other eateries in the same area.

Had a toasted sandwich and a flat white. It was everything you'd expect from a costa. Spot on. Staff very friendly and helpful, and a good clean store, felt like they really focused on good customer service.

Just your average Costa coffee spot but a great place for a spot of people watching, no matter what the weather.

Opening times are fake. They open when they feel like it and are very rude if you arrive at the opening times stated and will make you leave. Would have given 0 stars due to the attitude of staff.

Really disappointed with our visit today. We used to come all the time however today when we went, the staff had a lack of understanding. My partner got a breakfast wrap, which was stone cold inside, they then put it back in to heat up (which you shouldn’t do) I then ordered a coconut white mocha which I have always got for 3 years, I understand the white mocha has a small trace of diary however when I took a sip, it was not coconut milk. I have an intolerance so im now left with a very upset stomach. As I told this to the staff, they were more bothered about saying ‘we do use the same jugs and you should’ve told us when you ordered’ I work in Starbucks myself so it’s common sense that when someone orders a drink made with a dairy ALTERNATIVE, the jugs have to be different to cater for these. We spent a total of £20 so not money we can be wasting. Really disappointed as this was my first trip out in a few months due to being poorly. More to the point, what if someone had a serious allergy to cows milk and this is what happened… Definitely won’t be coming back to this store. We’ve had to come straight home and not be able to look round the shops due to now having stomach pains. They made another drink for me which is fair enough but that’s not the point… it shouldn’t of happened in the first place.

This used to be a really nice spot to come and read the papers and have a coffee on a morning. Unfortunately the service has become so poor and the food almost inedible. The service is so slow and disorganised you’d think Hermes were now running it.

Tried the mint latte it was disgusting, the latte itself looked green,far too much mint in it.

The tea is awful. Not worth 50p let alone £2.20. Milk put in the hot water with tea bag so water never hot enough. I’m sure the coffee would be OK but suggest the tea is avoided.

Usually try to avoid the big chains and use local, independent coffee shops, but couldn't get out of this visit. Coffee is ok. Staff friendly. Just not my thing.

Compared with the old coffee shop in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (kings Lynn), this is a vast improvement and a nice environment in which to enjoy refreshments. You can still hear the hustle & bustle from the corridor but the decor & seating is really very good. At the wrong time the Costa can become very busy and service is slow but even when it’s been quieter(late afternoon) the service has been slower which could be improved upon. This last time they gave us the wrong cake but that’s life

Loads of staff but little organisation and even less customer service. Disappointed.

Member of staff asking customers to move so he could reorder the chairs... Disruptive to customer conversations. That can wait until after you close surely.

Just opened after a refurb (Oct 2018) with better seating and very clean.

Having been admitted to hospital with my daughter in a urgent circumstances we found ourselves hungry and exhausted after a long wait! The food was lovely, my daughter recommends breakfast wrap. Nice, clean, tidy and yummy place with pleasant and very friendly staff, they even offered mug of milk for daughter. Thank you

Costa needs to get with the times and bring drinks and food to the table, many other similar coffee shops manage to do this. Surely no-one enjoys queuing up whilst the person you are with waits at the table for you.

Last few times coffee was awful don't know why

We some time go to the one in kingsgate because you can get served quicker than the one in the centre of town also the coffee is better sarved by the students are more happy to serve you.

Costa Coffee, really what can be said same old same old. One slight contradiction though, a new blend of Latte is being offered and you are invited to try it out when placing your order however if you accept they fail to display or inform you of the additional price incurred.

The staff there go out of there way to make my kid abd me to feel welcome

We were very pleased we decided to have a coffee here. The baristas were quick, polite and friendly. The coffee was hot, a good strength and not bitter. The young staff do try to keep on top of the orders very well. Thank you very much Jasmine and to the fair haired lad that made our coffee...just what the doctor ordered.

Drink Costa all over the country and abroad where it is available. But still the best is Huddersfield. But the top bill is the one in Kingsgate. The staff are always happy and working hard and your met with a smile and a bit of chat. You can always have a laugh especially with the girls a great tonic sometimes after a busy day.

Popcorn cappuccino? Don't mind if I do! Excellent coffees. Very friendly. Always a regular. Always will be.

Great Mocha latte.. had to ask a few times for extra chocolate sprinkles n got sighed at.. not the best customer service
