The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Food came freezing cold, as a result toasties were hard. Poor result after arriving 30 minutes late

We were looking for a last minute(4days) place to cater for 17 people for my birthday and The White Swan accommodated admirably.The food was hot and tasty and everyone commented how good it was. The icing on the cake was from the live music which starts at 4.00 on Sunday afternoons. PS.Its also a dog friendly pub👍

Proper oldie worldie pub! It's always great in there, somewhere we always visit if in town. Only slight niggle was watching the barman pour a Guinness right to the top without letting it settle... Sacrilegious!

Called for a quick pint at 9.20pm. Then 2 people started openly vaping and they were sat facing the bar. I hate the stench I will not be back!

Found staff to be very ignorant and to busy chatting to each other rather than want to serve

Love the Breakfast but the staff member who served me this morning looked like she didn't want to be there, served my drinks and food without any acknowledgement.

I am posting this review, as I had no response from the Black Sheep brewery, following a visit a week ago. We visited the restaurant on the lunchtime of Saturday 5th April at 12.30, for a booking of seven adults and a baby. Unfortunately our experience was really quite poor, for the following reasons; the bar staff were impolite and unwelcoming, we ordered our food at 12:45pm, it hadn't arrived by 1:30pm, so I chased it up with the staff as we had to leave by 1:50 for another appointment. The food arrived in dribs and drabs at 1:40pm, unfortunately I had to leave much of mine, as I didn't have time to eat it. The restaurant was not particularly busy and other tables, who arrived and ordered after us, were served their food prior to us. the meal alone cost £130.00, this did not include drinks, which would have brought the total cost around £200.00 plus.

Went for lunch on Thursday with my wife and sister in law. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Would defo again and highly recommend a visit

Had a coffee and a toasted Panini which was lovely.

Excellent food as always with this chain. Service was impeccable especially with Chere and Casey

Lovely pub with good atmosphere.

We spent the night in a twin room. On arrival the pub was a bit busy but the landlord took the time to welcome and show us the room. The room was clean and the en-suite whilst not the biggest was clean and functional. After a great night's sleep the full English breakfast was really good. We would certainly stay again.
