Heard mixed reviews about henman & cooper. As I work within the hospitality industry myself I’m always recommending to people visiting Birmingham on where is the best places to go. Henman and cooper will definitely be a place I tell everyone to avoid at all costs. Went out for drink Saturday evening & whilst I was in the toilet I could overhear a member of management arguing on a group of young women. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 15 years and have never saw or heard anything like it. 1 - i was extremely shocked at how a MAN approaches a group of women in the WOMENS toilets. 2 - how unprofessional he was 3- the verbal abuse, 4- how aggressive & intimidating he was I asked him his name as I was leaving as I was so shocked and he turned around said “it’s Russell you ugly sl*t” Is this man mentally well enough to be in this industry? If this is how he handles situations he is in. Would he approach a group of men and speak to them in that manner? Or is it just women he likes to intimidate. Shocking behaviour, definitely not worth the visit. So many nicer places in Birmingham I’d recommend to go and spend your well earned money at. No one should go out to be verbally attacked, especially by management.

Nos encantó nuestro primer pedido desafortunadamente el segundo orden fue una absoluta desgracia. Nada de queso en las hamburguesas, patatas fritas olvidadas y masa de galletas dura como el hormigón. Deliveroo solo compensaría las patatas fritas como nos quejamos antes de ver el resto del pedido. pollo también estaba seco. tan decepcionante y para skint para este BS en enero. Olvidé decir que la masa de galletas estaba envasada rara con la pegatina literalmente pegada en la comida. helado que vino con ella era menos que una cucharada, la masa de galletas era tan duro que rompió el tenedor

We had a wake on Saturday 10th May 25. What a wonderful selection buffet, plenty of food, good selection, great atmosphere, great staff and great landlady TRACEY and her staff. To be recommended. Thank you Tracey. Margaret and family xxxx

Had some lovely food made by John which came out quickly. Great service on the bar by James who also helped sort water and snacks for my dog Rusty.

Ordered via uber eats, won't be ordering again. Ordered 2 frappes, all that came were cups of throth. The chocolate one had zero chocolate flavour and the strawberry one tasted sour. They said if I come in to store they can help! Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering online for delivery! Cut my losses as wasted money and a bad review I guess

We went to this bakery for lunch today as we were in the area for Open Heritage Days. There was a queue onto the pavement but we decided to wait. We had freshly made ham cobs and a sausage roll that were delicious and sat outside in the shade to eat. Staff were lovely despite being soooo busy and food was lovely! Will definitely be back!

Good customer service received friendly staff. Food and beverages are reasonable priced. Good extensive menu with a reasonable lunch selection. A traditional standard pub restaurant. Ample outside seating, great for this time of year. Food of a satisfactory standard and generally a pleasant dining experience. Would I return? I'm not sure....
