Hello, good day. I randomly went to this café today around noon for lunch, and a man named Abolfazl E provided me with excellent service. Giuseppe was also great — both of them were kind and truly skilled. Thank you very much for the excellent cappuccino and tuna melt.

Saw a mouse run across the floor whilst eating my food, which ran into a hole in the gold barrier which runs along the outside of the cafe. I then noticed some other holes had been taped up with grey tape. I told staff and they didn’t seem interested, only in the fact other customers might hear what I was saying, they tried to tell me I was incorrect. Reported to the council anyway… don’t eat here, they clearly have rodents running over everything at night.

Great venue to refresh whilst in town. Staff so warm and friendly love coming here. Giuseppe G always to courteous and professional. Beautiful cakes and selection of high quality snacks and panini etc. I'm a regular .

Waiting an hour or so for a train, could see this place from the ground floor, thought it would be perfect to spend my hour! Escalators up but, there is a lift too just not so easy to see, as I had suitcases, that’s for me. Lovely pleasant staff, found my seat next to the glass railing with a commanding view of the bull. Picked from a good menu, tasted great, plenty of it, well presented. Coffee was good too. And you aren’t stuck in a shop, the people watching is great! I didn’t know the bill performs on the hour!! A very pleasant hour, thoroughly recommend.

I stopped by Café Concerto while passing through New Street Station. The café itself was fine – decent coffee and a light bite, though I did find it a bit on the expensive side for what it was. That said, the atmosphere was lively and the standout was definitely the moving bull statue nearby – such a cool surprise to see that in a train station! It added a really fun vibe to the visit. Overall, not a bad place for a quick stop if you're in transit, but be prepared to pay a little extra for the convenience and surroundings.

Popped in to grab a latte, salmon baguel, bacon cheese tomatoe lettuce baguette. A palma ham and cheese baguette and chicken pesto baguette ., it was to die for. Extremely fresh ingredients.. top quality and everything i had was packed full of those quality ingredients.. no scrimping on the fillings at all. You totally get what you pay for here. Jacob.. my server was extremely polite, Helpful full of smiles and I will most definatley be going back again. An excellent first experience. Thankyou Jacob for helping me choose.

The staff are friendly, the cleanliness excellent, the food artistically displayed and good quality. The place has style and panache.

Extremely disappointing experience. Called by for coffee and cake. Sat down, surrounded by dirty tables which were admittedly cleared during our visit. We ordered two coffee's and two pieces of cake, initially we were overcharged at the till for three coffee's and had to challenge this with the man on till who tried to argue that this was correct, eventually this mistake was refunded. Then we asked for pouring cream to compliment the cake and were told that they did not have cream.This establishment claims to serve afternoon tea's so I fail to see why we were told they did not have any cream. Clearly too much trouble. Cake slice that I had looked amazing but was actually very dry. Cappuccino was good but small. Personally I would give this place a miss, there are far more accommodating and superior quality places to spend you r money and your time.

We had a wonderful Afternoon Tea at Café Concerto. The service was at a high standard, being well looked after by Giuseppe and the team who kept our tea topped up and their hospitality friendly and informative. The food was flavoursome, the egg mayo sandwich a must-have! The spread was colourful and well presented, offering a wide variety of textures and fillings. The scones were soft, and the little patisseries were delightful. The tea selection is great, and you have unlimited refills. Being inside Grand Central, it's easily accessible and has a relaxing atmosphere, natural light all around with comfortable seating. Would highly recommend for friends and couples alike!

What a lovely experience we’ve had today. We was running an hour late for our reservation & Guiseppe was so lovely keeping the table until we arrived. His hospitality was fantastic. We had the afternoon tea which was really nice. Deffo recommend

Amazing cakes and baguettes were delicious, specially because they come with some crisps on the side. Service from Araz and Giuseppe was fantastic, i will come back soon for sure to try some more cakes.

Amazing service! Me and my family were served by Roberto who took our order with a big smile and courtesy and Giuseppe took the payment spent few second entertaining us while our coffees were ready. We had cakes , the strawberry gateaux and the pistacchio honey were amazing as well as the coffee. Amazing atmosphere. We'll try to go back soon.

*Upon further look into the reviews these issues are long standing and the same, almost robotic, copy paste reply from Caffé Concertos team seems to show these issues will not be fading any time soon It's a lovely place aesthetically, beautiful layout and breathtaking presentation on appearance of the cakes and food. Some of the cakes are well worth their money. Others are not. If you're spending an average of £9 on one cake you'd expect them to be consistently good quality but with some it seems you pay for looks rather than quality or taste. The sandwiches follow the same rule. Some are well balanced and flavourful, some have hard buns, overdone meat or oddly sour tasting sauces and greens. The staff can be lovely and welcoming, very considerate and kind but just like the food there are moments where it can be the opposite. they seem unwilling to serve at the till, annoyed by your presence or a little judgemental. It's a hit and miss and what makes it more disappointing is that the hits are always a bullseye. The lack of consistency is what truly changes the experience with Caffé Concerto.

Cafe Concerto is a self-service café where you order at the front before finding a table to enjoy your meal. We ordered three drinks: the Super Berry Smoothie, Passion Fruit Iced Tea, and Passion Storm Smoothie. The Super Berry Smoothie was sweet and refreshing, just as you’d expect from a classic berry blend. The Passion Storm Smoothie had a strong pineapple flavor with a subtle hint of mango, making it a tropical and enjoyable drink. The Passion Fruit Iced Tea was light and refreshing. The café was quite busy, yet the staff remained incredibly accommodating and kind despite the high-pressure environment. Their efficiency and friendliness made the experience even better. I’d love to come back and try some of their sweet or savory dishes next time!

It's a shame we are unable to place order online for Birthday cake collection at Birmingham Bullring store. Order needs to be done by phone call to London branch in which you don't get the discount advertised online for placing order over the phone. Collection Day: Utterly disappointed to see the Names on birthday cake written wrong which was paid extra. Staff in store was of no help. Their impression was I either take the cake as it is or forget as the order was placed over phone to London store.

Nice parma ham and cheese baguette and you can sit and look at the big bull move his head so is pretty chill but I wish the bar wasn't there so you could see more.

Visually appealing, but a complete letdown. I ordered the Ferrero chocolate-hazelnut cake slice and the pistachio cake slice, initially drawn in by how beautiful everything looked. Unfortunately, the taste didn’t live up to the presentation, and I immediately regretted spending £16 on just two slices of cake. I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere. The Ferrero cake lacked depth and richness, leading me to suspect they’re not using high-quality chocolate. The texture was also off—powdery, as if it hadn’t been mixed properly. The pistachio cake was even worse. It had a wet, undercooked consistency and no discernible pistachio flavor. While I was intrigued by their oversized macarons, the disappointing experience with the cakes ensures I won’t be returning to try them.

Its shocking the way the manager speak to us as customers today when we approached him to let him know we moved to a different table as we asked the lady waitress politely & she said ok to move just for comfort. The manager started to raise his voice and said “I am the manager thank you for being rude to move, you dont respect the staff! “ I think this is INAPPRORIATE to speak to customers like this! The manager humiliated me & my sister in front of all customers and other staff in counter.

I was about to order my meal and drink and cake but the person who served me couldn’t hear me clearly so I had raise my voice a little louder and shout what the order I wanted due to the train announcements and on top of that saxophone was being played on top of loads of people talking and the bossy man who told me to go leave thinking I was being rude and abusive when I wasn’t if he knew that the person who was serving me couldn’t here me and the actual reason why I had to shout a little louder this negative review would not be posted so the boss needs to know that being in a busy train station with loud music saxophone and train announcements it can be hard to hear especially being on the balcony where the platform announcements are so I would avoid this place big time never will I visit this cafe concerto grand central Birmingham ever again

Situado en la parte superior de Grand Central, este lugar tiene una posición privilegiada para pasar el comercio - los pasteles en exhibición hacen lo suficiente para atraerlo! Sin embargo, tuvimos un té clásico de la tarde + Prosecco que fue reservado en mi nombre. El reservador se olvidó de mencionar mis alergias al reservar y el personal no fue capaz de modificar la reserva cuando llegamos, por lo que algunos se desperdiciaron, lo que fue una pena, por lo que vale la pena recordar que no son flexibles. Para empeorar las cosas, no cuestionaron mi alergia, que podría haber sido fatal. De todos modos, estaba helado allí. Tuvimos que sentarnos en nuestros abrigos que estropearon un poco el ambiente. ¿Pensaste que el té ilimitado podría calentarnos? Mal, sólo rellenan el agua. No hay cambios en la bolsa de té, así que nada después de la primera taza sabía a agua. También se dejó MUY claro que solo se incluyó té “CUALQUIER OTRA COSA QUE PAGARÁ” Té básico de la tarde. Los sándwiches eran frescos pero carecían de sustancia. Nada de carne o queso en absoluto (no somos vegetales) ni rollos de salchichas / patatas fritas / guarnición, nada. Los pasteles eran la gracia salvadora. No hay críticas allí, lástima que no había 2 pequeños mousses viendo como se compró para x 2 personas. Nadie se registró tampoco, 3 x personal en y no ocupado. En resumen, una experiencia decepcionante. 0/10 para atención al cliente, congelación, falta de ambiente, falta de carne. Este lugar es solo el resultado de su éxito anterior, me temo (ya que esta es la 2a mala experiencia en 6 meses para mí en un café concierto) que no pueden ir en decepcionante, no por el precio que paga porque los precios greggs no lo es!

Caffe concerto Birmingham is the place to be for all sweet tooth folks. The aesthetics of the stall is beautiful the desserts taste as good as they look. Absolutely divine. A little pricey but that's because I did a big order. I do not regret a single penny.

Cake is awful, staff are bad people for selling it to me. Staff should have warned of the quality of their awful cakes. Decorative cakes should have been a warning. Tap water is excellent.

Coffee Concerto in Birmingham is a good café that offers a satisfactory atmosphere for coffee lovers. We enjoyed their coffee and hot chocolate, both of which were rich and flavorful, making for a perfect treat during our visit. It’s self service. Although we didn’t try any desserts this time, the menu looked tempting. It’s worth noting that on the day we visited, only credit card payments were accepted, so be prepared for that if you plan to stop by. Overall, even tough it’s not a charming spot, I would recommend for a relaxing coffee break!

Situado en el centro comercial con vistas a la estación de New Street, este es un sándwich de lujo y una cafetería de pasteles. El servicio era excelente y educado, agradables opciones de asientos y pasteles inspiradores, pero a un precio. Dos pasteles, chocolate caliente y un café llegaron a más de £ 25! Cada pastel era más de £ 8 y para mí era demasiado caro para el paquete general.

I requested manager to give me a cake please he said you have to wait 20 minutes which I agreed. Meanwhile I was waiting he told me that we are waiting for cakes delivery therefore buy passteries which I said ok give me 4 passteries normally they are on offer. He replied not today I have to put this deal on the till. Later he told me go to Lola's in Selfridges and buy from them. I said thank you for introducing me to your competitors. I bought a cake and passteries with a lovely smile which I was missing at you place. I would request all the customers to definetly visit Lola's where I promise you will get a lovely smile with a cake.

This was a great place to sit and observe life go by while enjoy quality coffee. My server Beatrice was absohelpful, kind and gave me a hundred % brilliant service.
