Muy decepcionante. Almuerzo del domingo - carne de res ok pero platos fríos, verduras demasiado cocidas y muy grasosas, zanahorias cuerdas, la comida no se parecía en nada a la selección de verduras en las fotos del sitio web ni la presentación de la comida en el sitio web. El entrante de pan era de mala calidad y se servía (sin mantequilla) al mismo tiempo que la comida principal. No se molestó con el postre, se fue inmediatamente y no volvería ni recomendaría. Espantosa experiencia y nada como se esperaba.

Served by a member of the team that did not have very good customer service skills as they appeared that they didnt want to be their and didnt interact very much at all, we ordered 2x soft drinks to which we were givent he wrong ones at first and when I asked for the one I specifically ordered she sneered at us. The food and drink also seemed very overpriced comapared to other stores Ive used, plus they dont bring hot food over to the table, whereas other stores Ive been in they have done when its ready. It just got left on the side of the very cramped counter where other member of the public were standing and leaning against the side waiting for their drinks. We were sat in the corner of the cafe, which was very cramped after attempting to sit in a very tight booth. My partner noticed while eating that there clearly was evidence of rat or mouse dropping near the side door where we sat. I've had mice in my house and I know what they look like, wish I had took phographic evidence now. This put us off alot. I think this sorting as it's a public health issue particularly as serving food and drink. Not the best Muffin Break at all sorry to say.

I really like Yorks at the old location but this location is very buzzy and the interior is industrial chic, lofty, light and airy. Yes the cakes are located in a strange place - near the door rather than around the counter. I had a quick brekkie snd the sourdough bread was delicious as was the sweet potato fries. When I tipped a bit of milk in the coffee it looked inside but it was do good, I immediately ordered a refill. Great location overlooking Chamberlain Square. I’ll definitely return when I’m visiting Birmingham. Great

We got the Arabic omelette for Suhoor and I thought it was ok but my mum enjoyed it. The shop was really busy with loud men. The people working there could do with customer service skills, I only asked if it came with bread and I got shouted at 🥲

Good came cold bacon was undercooked beans were cold hasbrown and bread was soggy I’m not happy about this I’ve put it in the bin.

Bonito y acogedor café en una hermosa plaza. Buen personal es bueno y rápido servicio. Mucha capacidad dentro y fuera del café. Ambiente bastante decente.

Very friendly pub, both staff and customers

Durante este fin de semana visité el hyatt’s bar originalmente esperaba tomar unas copas y tal vez un aperitivo, sin embargo terminé quedándome allí la mayor parte de la noche, ya que el ambiente y el servicio era excepcional. Me recibió a mi llegada una encantadora joven llamada Aliza. A lo largo de la noche se aseguró de revisar a mí y mis amigos y se aseguró de que teníamos todo lo necesario. Me sorprendió encontrarme con un servicio tan atento y cócteles increíbles! Definitivamente planeo volver a visitar pronto : ) . Gracias de nuevo!

Maravilloso almuerzo. Cenamos en pareja para almorzar, llegando alrededor de las 13: 30 un viernes. Tenía el "Full French", mientras que mi compañero de restaurante tenía un pollo BLT. El "Full French" fue uno de los mejores desayunos cocinados que he tenido. La calidad de los ingredientes brillaba, al igual que el cuidado y la atención puestos en la comida. El hongo tenía un pesto maravilloso extendido en él. Los frijoles horneados eran caseros. La salchicha fue una de las mejores que he probado, y el tocino rayado muy bien cortado y cocinado a la perfección. Pedí ketchup, y me trajeron una salsa de tomate casera, que era divina. El BLT de pollo estaba en un brioche y probablemente es más como una hamburguesa de pollo que un BLT "tradicional". Fue muy bien recibido. Después, tomé un chocolate caliente con malvavisco. Maravilloso. Hay un ambiente muy agradable aquí, y el personal, mientras corría de sus pies, era extremadamente atento. No es un problema para mí, pero prepárate para una corta espera. Este lugar está ocupado - y por una buena razón. Vivo c. 30 millas de distancia, y volverá.

Esto no fue genial. La comida es de la más baja calidad, y muy caro por lo que es. El pan es espantoso, y los sándwiches tienen los mejores ingredientes. Nunca más. Está limpio y el personal no es grosero. De ahí la estrella extra.
