Teddylicious Desserts in Birmingham

Ordered a double waffle, was stone cold, and burnt, called the shop, and they said to get a refund from just eat since they’re closing and can’t replace it, the cookie dough pies were also cold, took over an hour for delivery, it’s a shame, I haven’t ordered in a while, and it seems their standards and food has gone down, used to enjoy their desserts before

1st time ordering tonite (new years eve). 6 of us and we all loved it. top marks. highly recommend.👍

The churros were very oily and difficult to chew. Not happy

My fave are the cake slices & the BROWNIES WITH CHOC SAUCE 🤤 OMGGG ♥️ jam and sponge & the fudge cake slice 10/10

I ordered and loaded fries and they gave me fries and seven cuts of chicken strips on a bunch of ketchup and mayo which I didn’t ask for

Milkshake too liquidy not thick like normal milkshakes. Cornflake tart is chewy not good at all. Wouldn’t recommend. The only thing I’d eat again from here is the waffle but it was £8 for just biscoff sauce and crumbs. The cornflake cakes and all their other cakes are not fresh they have an expiry date on the container lid. Mine says the 25/10/2024 and I bought it today 08/10/2024 which is disgusting to think about.

The best cake shop in Birmingham no doubt absolutely delicious cakes and service is on point by Ibz and stef this place is a must if ur having birthday party cakes etc

Brill service and the milkshakes are original no fake machines straight out the tub old school and the they do three sizes well-done guys keep up the good work

Cookie dough was quite thin compared to how cookie dough usually is, was less dough more biscuit. Churros were a little too oily. Not the best.

Have not tasted anything more disgusting then as they call it “iced caramel frappe “ , also the biscoff cheesecake is advertised as being in the jar - was wondering have they forgot to send the jar with it or …. I m disappointed by all of it , waste of money

Absolutely delicious deserts. Loads of variety. Friendly staff. My go to desert shop. Visited to try out the grill range. Fresh ingredients, full of flavour and cooked to perfection!

Brilliant place staff are very pleasant and helpful Food was outstanding the burgers was freshly made and delicious. The milkshakes are awesome. Definitely will be my go to place from now on 5* service.

Food is still half decent. Doesn't seem as nice as it used to be though. Still generous with the toppings, but the waffles aren't up to scratch. As for the ice cream, it's clearly soft serve ice cream because when it's slightly thawed, it's just not right. It's like eating flakey ice and has no flavour. Photos attached are after it's melted - no normal ice cream would look like this.

We love the milkshakes from here.

Disgusting. 100s Cake was sickly sweet and separating. Fudge cake was so stale. Rainbow cake was stale too. This was horrible

The delivery was quick but the only nice thing was the cookie dough, the milkshakes were horrible, melted watery liquid but with an added hint of fairy liquid, the waffles tasted like they had been microwaved, definitely not fresh very rubbery, the brownie tasted burnt and had a really weird flavour, yeah not nice. The 1 star is literally for the cookie dough.

Very poor quality desserts, the sundae is literally vanilla icecream with chocolate sauce and smarties scattered ontop. Brownies were hard, and crepe was cold. Not ordering from here again and would NOT recommend to others. The worker on the phone was really nice when we called to complain though.

This place is absolutely shocking. I ordered a strawberry mokiri and a virgin mojito and received water with syrup. The quality of the desserts too were like they were from a grocery store. Very poor.

Food is always brilliant. This is my go to place whenever I’m in town. I was really impressed with how an employee called me to let me know one of my items was unavailable. Offered me substitutes and even gave a free item. Brilliant customer service.

Food was cold. Milkshake tasted more milk less off the chocolate and was very watery texture

Asked for refund as doughnuts were rock hard still no reply

I have been visiting the Erdington branch for a few years now. The quality of dessert's is always on par. My children love it too! And now they're doing burgers - the best burger we have had in a long time! The whole package from one place. - can't go wrong!

They have desserts not found anywhere else . Lady behind the counter seemed very passionate and knowledgeable about desserts. Great prices and really tasty desserts Only bad point would be they have no seating but otherwise amazing . Highly recommend my new go to place for my sweet tooth.

Ordered milkshakes over an hour ago , order still has not arrived , shop doesnt have the decency to pick the phone up! Appalled will not be ordering again!!

Ordered on Uber Eats. Said was delivered 2 mins after driver was on their way. Didn’t even arrive. Store didn’t pick up phone. Absolute rubbish.

Delivery wait was a hour, ordered milkshakes cookie dough cake slice and ice cream, everyone enjoyed but the cookie dough could be between 2 people but sickly after a bit got a free piece of concrete which was lovely

The milk cakes are the just the best!!! Milk was tiny bit too sweet this time but LOVEEEE.

The desserts were great as expected, I was surprised to receive a free box of milkcake oreo flavour, I did not realise when I received the delivery initially, so thank you to the delivery man and to teddylicious for the really nice surprise. The milkcake was the best I have ever tried.

Very poor quality- choc brownie sundae was very cheap vanilla ice cream with a few brownie crumbles. Reese’s milkshake tasted like milk with a hint of peanut butter. Never again!

Needed a birthday cake in short order. The £20 chocolate fudge cake was perfect.

False advertisement. Not fresh and soooooo dry!! I ordered a 2x red velvet Cake slice and 2x Oreo slice. I received them on time but the cake in the photo was definitely not what was delivered it was disgusting! I know frozen cake when I taste it and this was it! Would never order from here again terrible! The one star was only to leave review..

We've had a few cakes from Teddylicious now, wouldn't go elsewhere. We've had varying flavours and love them all. Also highly recommend their milkshakes!

The cornflake hedgehog was stale ,cheap Chocolate taste as well ,awful. The brownie Sunday was worth about £1,small and again cheap stale brownie taste ice cream was just ok and really did not enjoy, Will not be using them again. ,only used them because our favourite other place wasn’t taking orders ,wonder why ,because they are 1000% better then this. Try getting Better quality products because you can certainly tell the difference

food was all wrong, such a shame as i had heard good things but was a massive let down. didn’t have the actual food i ordered, just substituted it and wasn’t even good quality. won’t be ordering from here again if i’m honest.

The cakes were so yum|. We tried a selection. My Birthday Cake order went bust, so I tried Teddies. I was not disappointed at all. In fact, we'll use them again. Thank you for saving my Birthday!!!!

Best desserts ever and really good price as well! Ordered on the just eat app and took an hour to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. Keep up the good work, hopefully I’ll visit someday.

Used to buy this cake last year, a few actually. Portion size has decreased ALOT it used to be double the size. Im really shocked. £3.50 for this.

Their foods are super tasty, but be ready for a looooooong wait(like dumb slow service)

Disappointed. Ordered Churros. They were too chewy and did not taste fresh. Also ordered chocolate hedgehogs which I've ordered many times before and this time didn't taste as chocolaty or fresh as per previous orders.

I ordered 2x portions of churros and 2x of their homemade cakes. I will say the homemade cakes were very nice, rich chocolate taste and light fluffy buttercream. However, the churros were awful. They tasted chewy and somewhat stale- could just be that they had cooled down during delivery, but still disappointing
