Kitty Cafe in Birmingham

Hoy fuimos a Kitty Café lamentablemente no tuvimos la mejor experiencia, estábamos sentados en la zona donde estaba la ventana y mi Hija tiene fobia social así que para ella estar comiendo cuando la gente la está mirando desde afuera no fue agradable y fue su sorpresa de cumpleaños! Nunca antes habíamos estado, esperábamos a que nos sirvieran comida, pero tenía que encontrar a alguien, dijeron que se acabarían, pero terminó siendo otra persona, teníamos comida y bebidas, la comida era promedio, lo que es comprensible debido a que se saca dentro de la hora en que se permite estar allí, los frappes helados no sabían cómo deberían, los gatos eran encantadores de ver, un gato se cayó de una altura y se lastimó debido a que los niños corrían por ahí tratando de agarrarlo y hacer lo que les gustaba, los niños constantemente subían a las mesas de otras personas para acariciar a los gatos, los padres les dejaban hacer lo que querían, nadie implementaba las reglas, ¡las reglas se rompían constantemente! Creo que la gente debe tener la opción de dónde quiere sentarse o al menos preguntar si está bien dónde se les pone, extraño porque nos preguntaron si todos tenían más de 16 años en la zona de pago, pero luego allí donde un montón de niños pequeños corriendo por ahí!

Tuvimos un tiempo encantador. Fuimos un domingo una hora antes de cerrar y era tranquilo y tranquilo. Los gatos tienen mucho espacio para vagar y no están estresados. El café también es un centro de rescate, por lo que visitar ayuda a los gatos!

Café era agradable. El café era bueno. Muchos niños vagando y caminando tras los gatos. Hubiera sido bueno dejar que los gatos se acercaran a ti. Los gatos fueron perseguidos durante la mayor parte de la hora que estuve allí y no tuve mucha oportunidad de acariciar uno. El personal podría haber sido un poco más alegre, me imagino que es un lugar genial para trabajar, pero el personal no parecía muy entusiasta. En general 3 / 5 se siente justo

¡No se necesita terapia porque este café tiene tantos gatitos y gatos encantadores que adorar! Son muy acogedores aquí y cada miembro del personal conoce a cada gato y cuidar de ellos tan bien. La comida era absolutamente delicioso también! 100 por ciento recomiendo!

Reservado para el cumpleaños de mi hijo loco gato. El café en sí estaba muy limpio y un montón de asientos. Todos los gatos parecían felices. Pedir comida fue muy largo, ya que el personal tiene que ir constantemente a un gerente para confirmar los pedidos o hacer cambios. Parece un poco afable y claramente estresa al personal. No se puede hacer ningún cambio en la comida, por ejemplo, queso y tostadas de jamón o estaba en el menú, pero no podían hacernos solo queso, así que parece que la comida está preenvasada y solo se calienta. Evita a toda costa la pizza pepperoni. 2 de nuestro grupo de 8 pidieron estos y solo los dejaron después de unos bocados. Saben a puré de tomate directamente del tubo. Absolutamente asqueroso. El resto de la comida parecía agradable. El café en sí no huele, pero el pasillo a los inodoros apesta como bandejas de arena sucias - obviamente esperas un poco de olor de un café para gatos, pero esto huele como si no estuvieran desinfectando las bandejas de arena, así que no puede ser agradable para los gatos! ¡Si has estado por el pasillo sabrás lo que quiero decir! Solo obtienes una franja horaria, lo que es un empujón si comes como los alimentos pedidos son tan difíciles de hacer rápidamente. Y literalmente vienen alrededor de la hora independientemente de si has terminado una patada. La experiencia no fue terrible en general y como digo café es agradable. Probablemente no es una gran experiencia en todo para visitar de nuevo.

Food was pretty good. Customer service left a lot to be desired though. No one came to check on us or tell us how we went about paying. We weren’t asked if we wanted any more drinks etc Table is only yours for an hour but that was long enough. Children roamed around unsupervised and thought nothing of lying on your sofa or rolling around on your bags etc climbed on the chairs that we were sitting on. Sat on our laps. We had 2 children ourselves and would not have let them behave like that. We watched one lady and her daughter leave as they had 4 people in the space of 2 minutes go up to the daughter’s chair, ignore the daughter and climb over her to get to a cat that was sat in a basket. Perhaps the furniture needs rearranging or there needs to be some sort of supervision policy.

Delicious food and prompt service. Their margherita pizza is the tastiest pizza I have eaten anywhere. Their nachos with melted cheese and jalepenos, was also so delicious.

Had a great time at the kitty cafe in Birmingham. Definitely worth a visit if you're a cat fan. Such a quirky space

We had lovely trip to the kitty cafe. The staff are fantastic and the cats are amazing. There were loads of kittens too 🥰

When a friend, who like me loves cat, recently visited Birmingham we decided to visit the Kitty Café as it advertised itself has having a number of cats 'roaming' around who could be loved and touched. Upon arrival at this venue it took us a while to be served, despite having booked a table in advance. Once pass Reception we then had to wait to be seated, which ended up being in the "corridor" part of the Café so a number of people walking pass which became quite annoying. Our order was then taken; food and drink; then nothing for over 40 (forty) minutes. After this time we asked where our order was to have the Waitress look at us like we were thick, please note this was the same Waitress who had taken our order and the Café wasn't busy so she should have remembered. During this time other patrons arrived, placed their order and were provided with their drinks - lucky them. Eventually the Waitress came back to say the order was on it's way. Another 10 (ten) minutes goes by and nothing. In the end my friend and I decided to leave as we had been there nearly an hour with no sight of the drinks or food we ordered and no update on what was happening. During this time we got talking to another couple of patrons who told us they had been waiting for over 45 (forty five) minutes for an order they had placed on-line. It wouldn't have been so bad if there were "loads" of cats to fuss and pet but there weren't, approximately 6 (six) it seemed there were more staff than cats. When we were leaving and told the Waitress who had served us to cancel our order she didn't seem to know (a) what to say or (b) what to do. We also feedback our annoyance to the Reception Area and the response was very lukewarm like they didn't know what they were doing. A total and utter shambles of a visit and to top it all we had to pay £7.00 on arrival for the "up keep and maintenance" of the cats, wouldn't have being a problem if we actually saw a number of cats and had the pleasure of enjoying them.
