I have breakfast there a few times a week. The food is fresh, and it tastes incredible and the staff polite and helpful. Highly Recommend

Went there late night and the guy behind the counter the bald Somali guy is so rude!

Not happy with my food what I ordered instead I got 2 coffees. And the 2 fresh juices Were warm and the baklava was off

I think it is best coffee shop in area. walked in for a first time today since place I always used to go start to give me attitude (Im white northern european, but dont get involved in British politics). Staff awesome, welcoming , nice and positive, coffee 10/10, this will be my new go to place. We need more places like this and there will be peace on earth. Thanks lads

Food is good always check your prices, it's total rip off of your hard earn money, extortion!!!!! I bought 2 hot chocolate and to cake slices it came to £12. I then thought lets try their samosas, they were the frozen ones you can buy a whole pack 2 for £5 from supermarkets. Each meat somasa they charged me £1.40 each.

I buy bread from them regularly every week and have been buying for more than a year. Yet their except one or two, their staff have zero etiquette and zero manners on how to treat customers, even though I am such a regular customer.

I ordered through Uber eats I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for my food to arrive, I order 2 smash burger and they wasn’t nothing like advertised in the picture they was really small and I barley got any fries it’s almost like it was a kids meal very disappointed.

Absolutely amazing healthy food at brilliant prices. I am addicted to the chicken steak platter and it is always cooked perfectly and spiced beautifully. Service with a smile always, I always leave feeling happy! - Fantastic customer service with even better food.

They serve excellent salt of the earth food. Hearty warming foods and excellent portions. Also pretty cheap. Always busy so the food is fresh.

appreciate your refund and help ... my complete TOTAL cost of my order including delivery and service fees ...shop have been £15.02.... with my 11pound refund from driver and your kind refund of 7.49... I had total of 39.06 taken out of my account .... I am more than happy to pop review on this company's page before end of tonight so other people do not fall for this and at the end of the day...I have STILL PAYED 20.57.. IN TOTAL... FOR A MEAL THAT IS SOLID....VILE AND TOTALLY UNEDIBLE....which also is not the correct total I should have paid as they have since changed the 3.99 buy one get one free pizza price... to 4.99... this is outrageous... they are doing what they want and making your professional company look terrible atm... I am heading to put a review on their company page as I am furious I have not had more compensation from THEM and an apology for the awful food that I wouldn't even normally feed to my dog ... ( I have kept so I can also send video if required to actually show them amd see if they would pay 39.06 for the and actually sit and eat it themselves!!!!! This food was days old and had a very bad smell. I also found it to be clumpy and not fresh. I had to throw it all away, horrible food can’t believe how much I paid and went hungry

Cold undercooked, full of oil chips, and burger pattie, my partner refused too eat it. I don't know how you could have the nerve too sell such low par food. Tauba you shouldn't say that about food.

DID NOT SEND TEA! Received my breakfast meal on time but they forgot to send the teas. Tried calling the restaurant but it just rang and rang. Can't be bothered to pick up the phone?? Like other reviews, they keep missing items. Who can eat breakfast without tea????

Would give it less than 1 star if i could shows appetising menu When you get your food it lacks everything tastes cold tastes old ordered some burgers the buns were stale not satisfactory at all will be avoiding at all costs!

Thankfully a nice shop which stays open 24hrs. Came to grab a morning tea and pastry. Ordered chai latte and a cake. The cake was very thick and good size. It was fresh and very tasty. Only downside is the shop and the tables are quite dirty. I do think they need to be a bit more proactive with the cleanliness.

It's a 24 hour cafe with food and drinks available all day long. So what's not to like! It can be cleaner and the toilet facilities are dire! But all in all, a good spot for a quick coffee, maybe a snack or two, and a good natter with friends. Warning the somali customers that go there are really loud and always screaming at one and other so you may find it hard to chat with friends!

My entire food order was wrong. I ordered a chapati and got pita bread & 5 bread rolls, I ordered spaghetti and chicken steak plus small meat and instead got 2 potato mushed curries. The delivery driver isn’t picking up and neither is the restaurant. What a waste of money and time!

Didn't give me the right food and had the tea missing and always forgot the hummus which is in the Menu, need to learn to pick up the phone always. Which they never do. This time was very disappointed

Food was not the freshest unfortunately, also quite bland. I didn’t get no hummas as described on the menu. Also no sugar in teas and none provided.

Walked in see this man ladling in a cup lamb stew I've never tasted anythink like this the flavours were fabulous plus I had a lamb kofta which was orgasmic please please try this place outstanding keep up the good work boys thankyou

Fire Milkcakes 🔥 Definitely try out these milkcakes £3 not the biggest but that reflects in the price, fills you up as well. Couple of the lads went for the milky tea which they lived, might have to try it next time. Definitely gonna be back for them milkcakes again. Very busy place, for a reason.

The prices change every time you go in. At this cafe i've always paid on average £8/9.50 for an egg breakfast wrap and a coffee.

Pretty decent local cafe to be honest, they had loads on their menu to choose from. I found their Tea to be okay and other food like panini to be decent too. However, one thing I will mention is they need to improve their site cleanliness, as tables looked and felt sticky and rubbish all over the floor.

Time for delivery kept getting pushed back. This order should have come with omlete as stated in the menu. It arrived with a little bit of scrambled eggs. I was disappointed as this breakfast is not cheap. Not sure if I would use again......

24hour coffees who's complaining!!!

Late night bite. If you need a fix extremely late at night and everything is closed. This cafe will be open and give a decent budget.

Went to Birmingham to pick a car up and decided to get some breakfast whilst in the local area.. We struggled finding a full English but came across this little gem.. we only had a chicken baguette but the flavours were on point.. Well nice.. freshly squeezed juice aswell.. just to wash it down. Cheers guys

The food is missing some items, no tea no omelette, plus after calling the restaurant said that they can’t do anything about it and we will do it for you with your next order.

Been regular costumer for a while but stopped recently due to food taste is not 100% there and service has gone down massively - last order i had came out completely wrong - dispite requesting no chillies guess what!! Everything was loaded with it! No impressed.

I had a meat curry with bread in the morning and it was delicious. So flavoursome and the bread was soft.

Service is always tough here, you really have to fight through the throngs to get your order in. The tables are routinely sticky and dirty, really needs a bit more tlc from the staff. The coffees are okay but the teas are pretty bad, you'll find a better cuppa next door at Pastry House. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, a load of bits and pieces cooked to varying degrees. Definitely one on the menu to avoid. Most of the cakes and sweets you can give a miss too, except for the coconut sponge which hits the spot I must admit.

Best cafe on this whole street good service. Can get very busy. Only downside is too many idlers.

Now this is a shame as the taste of the omellette and the meat was really nice. Tasty and even delicious. Was initially disappointed I got 3 baguettes with it but was OK. I also ordered the egg and cheese baguette which will explain my rating - I was adding extra bits of omellette to the baguette when I saw there was a piece of metal stuck in the boiled egg(in the baguette). Which if anything I'm glad I was filling it more as I'd have hated to chewed on that and possibility damaged my teeth or cut my mouth. After that I was put off as I'm so puzzled as to how a piece of metal gets into food which made me question the cleanliness of the place. Sad to say I won't order again as that has really put me off. Pieces of metal should not be getting into food if you're keeping good hygiene practices. Like I said its a real shame as the overall taste and presentation was good. The tea was also nice -slightly spilled but hey its delivered on a bike and the deliver guy did apologise and said he tries to ride carefully and still it happens. Which was OK by me as I can't even walk down the road with a coffee without spilling!.

Excellent coffee shop, affordable prices, delicious Breakfast......open very early at 5:00 am.....taxi drivers, night shifts workers can relax and have their breakfast in Al-Uruba cafe.

Food probably would have tasted fine, but delivery took forever leaving everything cold. I only drop 1 star each time food is delayed and increase when it's on time.

Situated at a convenient place on Coventry road. Ample indoor and outdoor seating space. Welcoming staff and prices are very economical. Just one thing needs attention is cleanliness especially in outdoor seating area. Management should take some steps in this regard. Overall experience was satisfactory.
