We go here 3 or 4 times a year on a group motorcycle trip. Nice surroundings and a pleasant place to be. It can get busy but today we were in luck. The food is good and was quickly served today. No negative comments from us at all

Called in for some breakfast with my wife on our way to visit family. We have eaten breakfast at other Morrisons a few times and always found it a good experience as my reviews have shown. What has happened since then I have no idea. To start with the room was absolutely freezing cold. We sat eating our breakfast with our coats and woolly hats on! The nozzle on the Diet Coke dispenser had come off so my wife got drenched! Where to begin either the breakfast? There were 2 bits of bacon, one was rock solid and the other looked like it had come straight out of the packet. The hash brown were burnt and disintegrated when you tried to cut them. The mushrooms looked like they were out of a tin and were absolutely disgusting. I paid £1.25 extra for one tiny piece of black pudding. The sausages, eggs, beans and toast were ok but not enjoyable as everything on the plate was stone cold. Definitely my last dining experience with Morrisons!

Always enjoy a meal at Morrisons, kids eat free during Easter. Food was fresh,tasty and plentiful. Quick friendly service

Two people making coffee, two other members of staff drifting around trying to look busy but doing very little. 8 people in front of me ordering coffee and toasted sandwiches. I just need to pay for two bottles of coke and a bag of crisps, unfortunately I was made to wait forever to pay, as I say two other members of staff drifting around trying to look busy did nothing to help. If they were a bit more observant they would have noticed me and the guy in front with the same things… NOT A CHANCE We usually sit inside at Costa in Next but as the weather was glorious we thought we would sit outside Nero. Sorry it’s back to Costa next time.

And so a lovely cafe that welcomes families with children on a very hot day. The staff were superb. They were welcoming and friendly. Value was outstanding. Should we visit again we will certainly go to this lovely family-friendly cafe. Thank you for making us feel welcome after our awful experience at the place nearby. We are very grateful.

Reasonable cup of coffee. Had a piece of cake which was tasty. Service was quite quick. Staff friendly. Is usually quieter mid-week.

We came for a family dinner as we were staying in the hotel. Drinks took a long time to come. The food took forever! We waited about 50/60 minutes. The kids were starving. Burgers were black and burnt to a crisp as were the buns, a long piece of thread was found in my husband’s burger. They were inedible. We complained and waited for more burgers to come which took so long we gave up and said not to bother. We didn’t want to eat anything after seeing the state of the food. Chips were ok. Waiting staff were pleasant and apologetic. They removed the food from the bill. I would never eat here again - the chef should not be in this job.

I got a coffee frappe with hazelnut syrup and it was the worst thing I have ever tasted. It tasted as though the milk used had gone off and left it gross lingering after taste. I’m usually a fan Costa, however this drink is not it.

We came for lunch and saw the blue diamond sign and thought ok must be good as we eat in Sussex & Surrey, potatoes cold & small, the filling dull & not enough and the salad had no dressing £25 with two drinks. As an ex chef you could have made an effort, I should have guessed something wasn’t right with the restaurant being virtually empty at peak lunch time. Guys do better.

I ordered two drinks, both were made wrong as we asked for no Milk. The young girl was incredibly rood. As was her friend. I don’t recommend here at all. And will never go back. £8 for two small drinks. Better going to Costa or Starbux

This store is the worst one yet. Never seen such a mess and such rude stuff! The store manager and assistant manager were so rude to me! They should get fired because you don’t get paid to be rude to people. Never going there again!

Tried to purchase avocado but with bacon not smoked salmon, not only couldn’t they do this but couldn’t do it without the salmon either, apparently all pre made food, how awful.

I used to come here every Friday to get work done, but about a year ago I noticed a shift in attitude amongst staff. Only way to describe it is the "cba" attitude. I returned yesterday with my 4 year old, and two things happened. It was clear we were sitting in and despite that everything was put in to-go cups and bags and put on a tray and brought over to us. When I stated we were sitting in the man took my drink back, had it sent over in a cup by an odean staff member. I later went up to ask for some water and you would think I cussed out his mother the way he rolled his eyes and had another staff member get me the water. You would think he wasn't there to work. Second thing, the babychino was pipping hot, my daughter burnt her mouth and tongue on the drink. I didn't check it beforehand because it's obviously for a child and when I went to drink it after her to check, I was mad. It was hotter than my coffee. Date of attendance 31st May 2022.

I went in to the Hanley Costa on Saturday because I had a free coffee with getting to 10 beans I showed the young girl my app to get it free but it kept just spinning around no signal so I said I have one free but she said it’s been down all day then the scan code loaded & she said it was making you out to be liar I was taken back at first she even said that to a customer I was absolutely mortified & I will go in the store another day to speak to the manager how shocking customer service was by this young girl working the till. You would never say that to a customer ever!!!
