Reasonable cup of coffee. Had a piece of cake which was tasty. Service was quite quick. Staff friendly. Is usually quieter mid-week.

Never enough staff working behind the counter. Here I am Saturday morning huge queue and one person working behind the counter. It’s not the first time. Finally someone’s come to help. Three couples have turned away from the end of the queue and given up. What’s wrong with the management in this place, why haven’t they got the wit to sort it out ?

After a shoplifter threw a glass candle in the Direction of me and my mother, due to the security guards chasing after him. Fortunately for us the candle only hit and smashed on our car. If it had of been a couple of cm closer it would have put ether me or my mother in Hospital! Afterwards we spoke to the security guards, No apology or even an ask to see if we were okay! When we rang the store this morning they gave us no apology and basically told us it was our fault for being in the wrong place at the wrong time! And they weren’t responsible for any of the damage to the car and if it had of hit one of us, again it wouldn’t have been their problem .I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the lack of customer service, specially the lack of safety towards customers. Definitely will not be shopping there again!

Coffee is reasonable. Service always seems slow and the restaurant area itself can be noisy. Food seems overpriced so avoid it.

On many occasions I have visited Sainsburys in Kidderminster for what has always been a very good breakfast served quickly, of recent however the wait in the queue has been raring 10 minutes just to order (with only one or two people in front of us) and then 30 minutes before the breakfast arrived, very unlike usual Sainsburys efficiency, plus when the breakfast arrived it was more dried out and not piping hot, unusual for Sainsburys.Unfortunately I don’t believe that this is just a one off either, as whilst normally their breakfast cafe times are much quicker and the food hotter, even over the last two months of recent general shopping trips to the supermarket we have seen much longer queues than normal at the checkouts, with less people manning the checkouts.I would definitely suggest that Sainsburys are on a cost saving exercise with regards to staffing etc (To do with possible potential Asda merger?). Anyway, I have found myself becoming more and more frustrated with this recently as typically I have previously experienced very swift service from Sainsburys at Kidderminster and now checkout waiting times are becoming more in line with the waiting times of Aldi and Lidl which you would expect as they charge less. Quite disappointing to say the least Sainsburys. You were typically not known for this. We understand cost saving exercises, but we the customer are not seeing any cost savings inline with your poorer service.

Need a nice lunch after a walk? Pop into Sainsbury’s Cafe . Sainsburys is right by the Canal . Popped in on a Saturday lunch time which we knew was going to be busy but when we saw the Christmas lunch as a special we were prepared to wait the 30mins which was advised to us . No more that a wait in any pub in a Saturday Lunch. All came out piping hot and was lovely for the price of £5.50. One of us went for the Fish and chips which was also freshly cooked. Staff are friendly and worked well under pressure . Lovely lunch after a lovely walk. We also had a pigs in blanket sandwich a few days before and that’s awesome for £3.50.Well done all . We will be back .

The coffee in the café is not bad and a good selection of cakes etc. to choose to go with it. Service a bit slow however. Is a bit staff canteen like but this is usual with cafes within stores.

Droitwich iv visited this petrol station/shop on numerous occasions and have usually found its clean, generally a pleasure to use (apart from the manager, lady who's always miserable, reminds me of a sour old strict school mistress!), until my last visit!! Spent £70 plus!! I ASKED THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER (JOANNE) FOR 20 of the cheapest cigarettes please! For her to walk away to come back to me and pass me a folder!! ( With the most aggressive look) I was gobsmacked,! To say the least, the main reason being the other members of staff are brilliant and totally professional, I just couldn't believe how she ever got a job there, she really spoiled it for SAINSBURY S, I'm from yorkshire 200 miles away from droitwich, and I can safely say ill avoid this Sainsbury just because of that awful cashier JOANNE!! The miserable school mistress I can deal with

Sainsbury's Kidderminster is a good store. Shelves are usually well stocked. It is clean and tidy and staff are friendly and helpful. Fuel prices at the station are the cheapest in Kidderminster. My only complaint is consistently being hassled by the car wash guys on the car park. When I want my car washed I will go somewhere to have it done properly. These guys use a drop of water and charge the earth.

Always come here for my shopping. I love the fact that sainsburys provide many rare products that specialist stockers would provide, such as their Date Syrup.

A large branch of the supermarket. A very good selection of homewares and clothing too. Wide aisles. Parking can be an issue during busy periods.

We come here for breakfast regularly and are never disappointed with the quality. A range of cooked breakfasts are on offer and they are quite willing to substitute some items for others according to preference. Staff are willing and helpful; one time when I had my granddaughter in the pushchair, the lady behind the counter carried my tray for me so I didn’t have to leave the pushchair unattended. This might not sound like much, but it was appreciated and means I will go back. We have also dropped in for coffee and cake and also a light lunch, which was of equal value and quality. Only downside is that there is quite often only one person behind the counter who is taking orders and making drinks. If there is a queue this means waiting time to be served can be quite long- not fair on the staff either if they get a frustrated customer! Cafe is clean and well equipped for cutlery and sauces etc.

Good range of food and clothes. My wife and I both like the fact many of the clothes and bed linen are cotton. Nice café.

We use Sainsbury in Kidderminster as our must shop location for items we cannot get in the US or are too expensive to have shipped. We loaded up on Cadbury's chocolate, Wine Gums, Fox's biscuits and short bread. Also, we use Sainsbury for our every day items while in the UK.

We were shopping in the retail park and called in here before shopping in the main store downstairs. We had free range eggs and cress sandwich, ham salad baguette, 2 packets of cheese curls and 2 flat whites. Quite large seating area. Food was tasty and where we were seated we could look down into the main store.

Dined here last night, nicely decorated for Christmas, with a cosy atmosphere. We were served by Stefanie who was polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. All meals were well presented, well cooked and served piping hot. All meals were served together without us feeling we had to wait but we were not rushed in any way. We have dined here several times but this was our best experience.

The kids who work here spend more time messing around than focusing on their jobs and customers. The food variety isn’t as good as others in the chain.
