The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Mid Devon South West

We were driving through to Totnes and wanted lunch in a pub on the way. Thank goodness Google Maps showed this place! What a brilliant little pub. Almost full for lunch, got one of the last tables without a booking. The service was friendly and professional and the food was really delicious. Worth a detour!

This was our first visit & certianly wont be our last. When we have previously passed this place it always seemd to be full so we went elsewhere. We have now discovered that there is additional seating on the first floor - perhaps they should put a notice in the window Any way I had croque monsieur which was excellent, my wife had the home made soup with a montrously large portion of pate and toast - again excllent well done - see you again soon

Good coffee/teacake reasonable prices.friendly owners doing it all. Go there!! Support local owner traders. Clean cafe just off main high street,close to river and bridge. .

Visited while on choir tour ,there were 40 +people in our group .We were served delicious food which we had the opportunity to pre order .The service was prompt ,organised ,and very friendly. Everyone enjoyed a great lunch in a beautifully clean ,well managed environment.A first rate experience .

A great find, they do an amazing bacon sandwich cooked just how you like it. Staff are attentive and friendly, nice atmosphere.

We arrived to a very friendly welcome from the landlord, locals and the pub dog Booboo. The landlord said it was just him working so the food might be a bit slower than usual. He needn't have worried as I have had far slower service elsewhere but a nice touch to let us know. The drinks were a good selection of ales and ciders. We whiled away the time chatting to the regulars and landlord and fussing over the Frenchy Booboo. So onto the food. WOW, JUST WOW. This was some of the best food we have ever had in a pub. Amazing flavours and cooked to perfection. We left wishing we had found this place earlier in our holiday.

Having used many establishments in the area for breakfast over the years I can honestly say that The Kitchen at 25 serves the best breakfast in the area. All the ingredients are locally sourced, of the highest quality and cooked to perfection. I will add that the staff are as perfect as the food, polite, respectful, helpful etc. A very good experience on every visit and definitely the only place that I will use for breakfast. 😁

This is a real gem in Dorchester. We love the coffee best in the area. The food is always excellent. The staff are very good always very helpful and service with a smile. Lovely place to meet up with friends and enjoy the lovely open space. Not sure why they were closed today Friday 5th August, but did hear that it might be closed for a while due to on going dispute. Be a real shame if it does close as it was a good find with excellent coffee.

Wow, what a delicious roast! In an amazing setting. We both had lamb, amazing Yorkshire pudding, a lovely choice of vegetables, green cabbage, red cabbage, swede, carrots, cauliflower cheese and broccoli. Followed by an amazing trifle. Lovely friendly staff, will definitely be returning.

The coffee was a disappointment, even when I asked for an extra shot it was weak, I was told it came form a local firm but not impressed

Me and my husband stopped in Costa on cullompton high street on a Saturday lunch time whilst we waited for one of our daughters,as always the atmosphere was lovely,it was busy but not over busy,we managed to find a table and the lovely members of staff brought our order over when it was ready,we watched as many regulars came in and didn’t even need to give the drinks orders as the staff all ready knew what they wanted.

Booked an afternoon tea for my mums belated birthday present. All staff were friendly and helpful. The afternoon tea was absolutely amazing, such a variety of cakes and everything was fresh. It's definitely on my list for one of my favourite places for afternoon teas. Definitely get your value for money! Their breakfasts are good too. So lucky for this place to be on our doorstep!

Delicious light lunch - avocado toasts, freshly prepared by friendly efficient staff. Pleasant decor.
