My friend purchased a large stoneware pot. Anthony was very helpful. He was polite, friendly, and cheerful. I said I would put this review in his name, as he went the extra mile. The staff overall very friendly, and approachable, which is appreciated. I will revisit in the near future. It’s a bonus having dog friendly venue, catering for people under cover from the ailments too. I will recommend the emporium also, as we walked in smiling, came out laughing, the ambience very nice. Thanks guys, a pleasant experience all round.

Car parking machine out of order so had to queue for other one, no staff to complain to and on checking bank statement 2 payments left for car park there but couldn't claim a refund cause no one would answer the phone, and believe me I tried. Never going back i don't get stung twice. And their prices on website are wrong, it's £6.40 for 4hours not £5:30!

Says they shut at 4, came here for ice cream and some drinks at 3:40 and told they were closed 🤷🏼‍♀️

Cantina is now under the new management of Janine, and she is providing a larger range of delicious breakfasts and lunches in this charming and well run cafe. There is outside seating if you prefer and a lovely welcoming atmosphere.

Called in here for tea and cake after passing it many times. Can honestly say this is a real patisserie! We had the most amazing cheesecake which tasted how I remember a cheesecake should taste. Breads looked delicious too, as did the sausage rolls which looked totally melt in your mouth. So lovely to have in independent business to try inplace of the usual chains. We will be back.

Thankyou to your staff for treating my 89 year old godmother as a "VIP" yesterday. We had the most delicious lobster in this friendly restaurant right on the beach in the sunshine at West Bay. First class food and service with attention to detail to their customers. Superb. Plus parking right outside the door. Well done. We will be back.

All the staffs there are so friendly and tends to any individual need graciously but not her. The following detail might look just like “A storm in a coffee cup” to you. I’m firmly believe that any successful business factors will always want to be ahead of the curve with the right customer services. I am always bringing my thermal cup for my favourite flat white. And I also knew that there will be a triple shot of coffee in it Which will making me a bit jittery hence I am always asking for a bit more hot milk on mine. Every bouts of my visit on this branch ,they all knows my favourite by heart, not even need to ask. On my visit today with this female staff, I specifically politely asked her the same manner of making. Theoretically speaking,I could be wrong from her training. Her foul response was ricocheting me with a lecture of how to make flat white ,plus she said she’ll be told off if she’s giving me more milk. I don’t mind to pay for extra drop of milk but she didn’t mention it. All she’s done was turn to be stern and rudely blank me by turning her back to me without any further rectification..The magnitude of her acts made me stunned and walked out. Few minutes passed, then I just can’t drink that coffee. I need to walk back into the shop again. I politely asked her for more milk again then she’s not only refuse to my need but also turn her back to me again by rallying the other staff next to her declaring her raucous victory over the customer!,, By asking the other staff whether her wrong or right! Talking about me within my earshot. If you can see from your cctv , she deliberately ignored me without rectifying nor mediating the incident. I am their very local and also been there nearly on a daily visit. Gobsmacking by being blatantly ignored and not being treated as a customer at all. In the end, I decided to walk out and stay away from this shoddy service. I just need to reassure you that I won’t be back to patronising any things from this Wimborne branch again.

Fantastic experience. Family friendly and staff super nice and helpful whilst we were trying to order for our hungry children. Food was very tasty and generous portions. Coffee delicious.

Great place to meet friend for a coffee. St. Steven's castle good for a walk afterwards or cycle from Alderholt, Wimborne or Ringwood.

Decided to try this place for my daughter’s birthday, as they have a small play area and it was a nice sunny day. Booked in advance as wasn’t sure how busy it would be. We arrived a lot earlier than expected, however the staff were happy to show us to the table early. Lots of choice on the menu and was advised of items not available. Sadly after ordering our meals, we were advised they only had one pie left, so two of had to change our choice. Portion sizes were good and kids were happy with their meals and loved the play area. The kids enjoyed it there so much, they convinced my parents to take them back today for lunch!

We attended as a group of 10 for a tribute night. We had one lady who was celiac and this was noted when we pre ordered the food choices. Our food was great, she was given Pasta in her stuffed pepper. We complained and the food went away, no alternatives or a free drink was offered or a full refund. Very disappointing as she was ill the next day. very disappointing!! We did enjoy the evening and the entertainment. (Take dietary requests seriously)
