Very enjoyable lunch set menu - good portions, delicious and great value for money.

Did what a pub needed to do. It was a busy Saturday but we got what we needed. The staff was focused and efficient. The beer selection was good.

He estado aquí un par de veces y siempre lo he disfrutado, sin embargo, en esta visita dominical en particular el servicio fue un poco lento. Siempre me ha parecido agradable y educado. El interior refleja el carácter histórico del edificio creando así un ambiente agradable. Si el clima lo permite, sentarse afuera es genial para ver pasar el mundo.

Wonderful location, right next to the baths. The vegetarian curry was average.

Had a great time at the quiz, Charlotte was a great host, making everyone feel welcome and making us all laugh.

The Rising Sun is under new ownership and I’m pleased to see it seems on the way back to its former glory. The pub is undergoing some much needed renovations. We had a really good meal there and very enjoyable evening, the menu isn’t huge but what was on offer cooked well and very good quality. All washed down with an equally good bottle of Malbec.

Horrid coffee and overpriced tea ! Never again !

Visitamos por primera vez en la víspera de Año Nuevo cuando nos reunimos con los miembros de la familia que se alojan en el lugar - una noche fabulosa disfrutada por todos para ver en el Año Nuevo, el personal y el DJ eran increíbles y decidimos allí y luego volver a reunirnos para una reunión familiar antes del Día de las Madres. No me había dado cuenta antes de que el sitio también estaba abierto a todos y no solo a los huéspedes que se alojan en el lugar - maravillosa ubicación junto al arroyo y asientos al aire libre para el clima más cálido. No nos decepcionó hoy, un encantador asado tradicional de domingo en un entorno acogedor con personal amable - sin duda volverá más regularmente para la comida y bebidas ahora sé que esto está en mi puerta. La familia visitante quedó igualmente impresionada con su alojamiento.
