We can't celebrate this place enough. We have lived nearby for three years, and the pub and staff are our home and family away from home. Can't recommend it enough!

Whenever I go to England, a hot chocolate never fails.

Lovely and hard working staff, much better now under the new management. Lovely bunch of new people working here, not so loud as before. I can enjoy my coffee in peace.

Have enjoyed their coffees and ice creams and had no problems. The staff were helpful. The service was efficient. For a small area on Quiet St, the layout was very good and a lot of work had gone into it.

Llegamos justo antes del almuerzo con la esperanza de tomar un café y como el café estaba vacío nos acercamos a una mesa para sentarnos y mirar el menú. Apareció un hombrecito con gafas y preguntó “¿para almorzar?” Sólo por café y pastel, por favor. “No, no solo el almuerzo, ahora dijo despectivamente y se puso de pie. Nos sorprendió dado que nadie estaba cenando y era tarde por la mañana. Así que nos fuimos dándonos cuenta de por qué probablemente estaba vacío. No estoy seguro de si la comida coincide con la mala actitud del personal, pero no había otros cafés vacíos en Bath que descubrimos. Leyendo las críticas ahora y viendo su puntuación, obviamente no solo nos decepcionamos a nosotros. Las otras cafeterías en Bridge Street son bulliciosas y ofrecen una mejor experiencia que encontramos.

Plantas exuberantes, amplia selección y la tienda tiene algo para todos... ¡Pero! EVITA LA CAFETERÍA. El servicio es DIRE. 4 El personal está cerca, no administrado. Se ocuparon 3 mesas. 1 fuera - el entorno es precioso, 2 dentro. Pedimos 2 paninis - esperó más de media hora! La pareja en la mesa a nuestro lado se inquietó... Habían pedido mucho antes que nosotros, demostraron, recibieron su comida mucho después de que hubiéramos terminado la nuestra. ¡Increíble!

Staff serving were friendly and helpful, even whilst training someone new. Great service and a value cooked breakfast. We’ll be back again.

Este es un lugar bastante grande de Starbucks con un interior funcional bastante soso. El personal era lo suficientemente amable y la comida y bebida bastante buena, pero no parecía haber suficiente personal para limpiar las mesas y mantener el piso limpio.

Avoid…booked family of 8 on Christmas Day Christmas dinner.what can I say for the cost of this meal 600+ was absolutely disgraceful from start to finish.our table had no decorations nothing festive plain plastic table cloth a cracker and the knifes and forks not set out.no salt and pepper no fresh jug of water no glasses absolutely disgraceful would have got more in a cafe.waiters not interested no smiles felt like they didn’t want to be there.staters of salmon and prawn sauce served on a plate not a bowl or cocktail ball come on..the wait for the carvery was about 20 mins.the choice of just beef and turkey disgraceful of which the beef was tough and the turkey well say no more.the Yorkshire pudding dry non edible frozen stouts dried parsnips just a small section of veg..no broccoli swede cabbage cauliflower absolutely awful.dessert say no more. I must say also in with the price would of been nice to have been given a free glass of bubbly also.Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.Avoid

Increíble servicio y vibraciones traídas por Kian . . por encima del servicio. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestro tiempo en este su bar . . definitivamente deberían probarlo!

honestly you are hard pressed to eat most of their stuff, kids too...it tasted cheap, like asda cakes only worse my dog usually finishes it but this even she refused.

I do not recommend Ella's Cafe. Horrible experience popping in just for a coffee. Before we even sat down we were asked what we wanted. 2 coffees please. Do you take sugar? Yes please. Sat down and coffee brought to us. The coffee came with sugar pre added rather than sugar being brought to table. I take 1/2 a teaspoon and 2 heaped spoonfuls must have been put in, the coffee was undrinkable!!
