Staff serving were friendly and helpful, even whilst training someone new. Great service and a value cooked breakfast. We’ll be back again.

Never again, it just goes to prove that different Morrisons in different towns differ. I have eaten in many Morrisons normally for the good value English Breakfast but its only good value if its edible shame I cannot say the same for my experience in the Bath store, all topped off with dirty table, dirty cutlery no condiments and week tea and coffee with staff that just didn't care

Went in today for lunch but walked straight out due to filthy conditions. Two members of staff stood doing nothing. If this is the standard of hygiene at the tables I can only imagine the state of the kitchens! When I left I told staff they should at least give the tables a wipe down to stop potential customers from walking out, this was greeted with abuse! Filthy cafe with filthy staff

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! We have been to the Café at Morrisons, Bath today and the service was absolutely disgraceful. We complained about the poor attitude and barely done food, which we were met with ' there no point complaining to the manager, it will go no where as he doesn't care'. We left it there as were getting nowhere with our complaint. Then half of us left and as I was walking out after and overheard maybe the assistant manager talking to the two cafe staff bitching about us complaining. Saying what were we even moaning about! They were shocked when we turned around and addressed this. I told them its absolutely disgusting to be talking negatively about customers whether we are there or not. So all in all, horrible underdone food, rude and unprofessional staff and a manager who doesn't care about the customer experience.

Terrible, tables full of dirty crockery. No signs to say only breakfasts at 12.30pm and no apology from the rather useless members of staff. Walked out and won’t return

Went at 830 sat morning for nice English Breakfast still not open at 900 so left. This is no means anywhere near the first time this has happened. I love their bfast but this Cafe is just totally badly run, their excuse is invariably staff shortages. Well pay them more or SHUT

What did I expect for £7 ! Small breakfast with brown toast and a coffee. Good vfm but had to wait half an hour and then it was cold. No decaf coffee and no option online to swap the egg for something else. Staff were friendly enough but young and not interested tbh.

Walked in around 9am. It was empty. Started to order at the counter & I was gently told it’s now done by app or by taking a picture with your Mob of the GR code. Our hearts sank. Both over 60 we’re on the edge of our knowledge here. The waiter said if we struggled he could still do it at the (last remaining) till. Unsurprisingly we failed although in our defence he tried the photo way & also failed. What is alarming is that the last till is also going apparently so get clued up on your apps! I had the small breakfast (£3.75) the Wife a croissant (£1) & jam (50p) plus 2 teas (£1.45 ea) (Yorkshire Gold tea bags it was delicious) Help yourself for the croissant & the little breakfast came out very rapidly (most already cooked?) It’s good value but for some reason comes on a tiny plate so you have to eat half the stuff before you can fit your slice of toast on (I like to put the egg on it). It pretty basic fry up but fills you up for under a tenner.

The air con was on at 09:30am when it was blooming freezing outside. We had to sit in our coats and put extra layers on our 4 year old who was shivering. We were told they have no control and it will automatically go off at 10am - it was still on when we left at 10:10am. Main lights didn't go on until 10am either - I don't think they should open or serve people before 10am in this case. The food was cheap and adequate. I originally asked for poached eggs and avo on a muffin but they had no muffins. I asked for it on toast - fine, but they couldn't poach the eggs... Not sure why they didn't just say we don't have that available today... Our breakfasts were sat on the side for just over 5 minutes before my husband went up to ask if he could take them, which he wasn't allowed because of covid. They were brought over a few minutes later which meant they were luke warm.

Discovered the quality of Morrisons cafes, since the 50% off meal deal they operated during August all week. This is what drew us, but the quality of food and the excellent service we experienced we

Waited in que for a good 10mins once we had got to the front of the que we were told that they had stopped serving hot food . A manager was called over who had a chat with the lady serving . The lady serving again said told sorry no hot food . A manager was in the cafe and he couldnt be bothered to explain to the que the reasons for no hot food or apologise I had brought my dad to eat in the cafe he is very poorly and struggles to stand /walk . It took a lot of effort for him to get out of the car walk to the café and stand in the que and he then had to stand for a long time .Dad kept saying how much longer to me he was in great discomfort. He then had to struggle back to the car .He had to stop several times to get his breath . We then had to go somewhere else to eat and go through the hard job of getting out of the car to get to the cafe. My dad has a sever heart condition and everything is a massive challenge for him to do I travelled 250miles on thurs 12dec to take my sick dad out for a bite to eat and the experience that morrissons left us both was very unpleasant . My dad was looking very unwell by the time i had managed to get him back to the car. we had chose morrissons as it was close to home and easy to get into .

Had a "Big Daddy" breakfast here the other morning. It had been reduced from its already very reasonable price to £5. The quality was extremely good, everything very fresh. The cashier and girl who brought the food was very friendly. A word of advice - if you have this breakfast don't plan on having lunch, it's huge!

Being a large chap I like a large breakfast. I had a tip from a fry up connoisseur that Morrisons don't skimp on portions or quality. He wasn't lying. The cafe seemed clean and colourful, well organised and not very busy at 8.30am. From placing my order to having egg yoke on my chin took about 10 minutes, everything was well cooked. I had 'The Big Daddy', a belt buster for only £6. 3 x bacon, sausage, hash browns, 2 x fried egg, grilled tomato, a huge portion of beans and mushrooms and fried bread. The fact that 2 x black pudding was meant to be included but wasn't didn't seem important as the meal was already over 2,000 calories. I was determined to finish it and was nearly beaten. For price and quality this is the best fry up I've had in Bath so far, and I've had a few. I left happy, but I know next time I'll have a smaller portion and double check that I've got my black pudding this time, that's the only reason it didn't get 5/5.

Lush plants, wide choice and the shop has something for everyone…. But! AVOID THE CAFÉ. Service is DIRE. 4 Staff about, unmanaged. 3 tables were occupied. 1 outside - the setting is lovely, 2 inside. We ordered 2 paninis - waited more than half an hour! The couple on the table next to us got restless…. They had ordered long before us, they remonstrated, got their food long after we had finished ours. UNbelievable!

In the area unfortunately for a funeral. Traveled down from North Wales. We could not fault the Riverside Inn. Our room was absolutely spot on. The whole place was spotless. Holly and the team were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
