Starbucks in Bath and North East Somerset

Lovely staff, large and comfortable coffee shop. Shout out to Kath, who was really good and all the staff who were so polite

This place need a good clean the floors haven’t been done for a while, it’s only 12:19pm in the afternoon. The tables are dirty it’s a student lounge they take up all the space lol, one coffee last hours. For such a large company I expect better hygiene.

Muy bien espaciados durante estos tiempos. Personal enmascarado y muy amable y servicial. Mi esposa y yo desayunamos todo el día con té, que era encantador y sabroso, los niños tenían tostadas y chocolate caliente, que les encantó. Una gran manera de prepararnos para visitar los baños romanos y la abadía. También tuve una buena sorpresa cuando llegó la factura con el esquema de "comer fuera para ayudar".

Visité esta tienda con mi familia y también tuvimos 3 niños, ¡había libros y libros para colorear para niños, lo que me pareció muy útil y a los niños les encantó! Realmente me gustó el ambiente, el personal era amable y servicial, la comida y el café eran encantadores, la tienda estaba limpia y ordenada al igual que los baños. Definitivamente regresaré allí y definitivamente lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

This coffee shop might as well be a uni library, no where to sit just students on laptops taking up all the room with their empty cups of coffee. I’ve seen at least 6 people walk in and leave as there is no room as students have placed Their coats over adjacent chairs for space, this place must be losing money, avoid

Really great service and friendly staff. Coffee was very good to, well done team! Toilets however where uncomfortable to be in as there was days worth of grime all over. Bit of a let down but otherwise great!

Was very disappointed to visit this cafe which had no coffee, rude staff who served me a soggy chibatta cooked in the plastic wrapper from the microwave. Tea had a greasy film! When I complained then had to wait further 5 mins before she came. Meanwhile over heard staff making comments about me.

El café estaba tan sucio que nadie se molestó en limpiar las mesas, había 7 personas en turnos, pero todo estaba charlando y no le importaba el servicio al cliente, el gerente de la tienda fue grosero, tomé un café gratis en mi aplicación Starbucks la chica lo escaneó y sacó el dinero de mi tarjeta. Le dije al gerente que era gratis y ella me dijo que tenía que avisarnos antes de escanear la tarjeta. Le dije que le había informado a la niña pero que no me estaba escuchando y que el gerente se fue en medio de una conversación. ¡No puedo creer cómo una gran empresa como esta contrata a personas groseras e inexpertas para ser gerentes! Nunca volvería allí de nuevo.

Came 10 minutes before I started work, left 15 minutes later after only having 1 person in front of me. I ordered 2 drinks, a latte and a Frappuccino. The latte came out first, and then I watched my drink be made and left in the blender for 10 minutes whilst 3 people behind me got their drinks. Finally got my drink and walked to work- my coffee was missing the main ingredient- the caramel. Waste of time

Dropped in this morning with family of 5. Staff on duty was very friendly and helpful. The cafe is quite large with heaps of seating.

Walking into this starbucks, you may think to yourself that you have accidentally wandered into the College Of Bath's common room. The first thing I noticed was the faint hiss of laptops, and the dead eyed students staring longingly at them as they sip there small coffee as I struggle to find myself somewhere to sit down. The entire place is grey, grey walls with dim lights, it was all rather depressing, especially seeing the soulless staff ask the same questions over and over, I was waiting for someone to come and crank there smiles up, the whole place is just robotic and soulless.

Asked if I could have a cup was told we close in 20 minutes?? Well that's not now is it!! Rude staff who couldn't be bothered hot chocolate not very hot dont waste your money go to somewhere that want to serve you!! As this is what the 2 girls were getting paid for 🤔🤔🤔 oh I could be wrong horrendous customer service 😡

I visited this branch of Starbucks and was charged £1.55 for a talk filter coffee yet just a short walk away the main Starbucks by the guildhall charge £1.25 for the same drink . Come on Starbucks franchise stores should be the same as a company branch . I'm afraid I won't visit this branch again while such a large disparity in pricing is resolved .

Not happy that Starbucks did not accept my Starbucks card to pay for my coffee. The coffee was a nice change from the tea I've had nonstop. At least I was able to get wifi.

We dropped in for breakfast - this is a large starbucks with plenty of seats and it wasn't busy on a Thursday morning. Food and drinks were good and staff friendly. Unusually the toilets were also good and clean.
